I was in my friends car and he need to figure out when the next oil change. Also he have to fix the tire pressure. It wasnt busy during that time but I dont think they fix the issue of the tires. They still nice people. But maybe my friend had to figure out his own.

They no longer vacuum the cars, though marking receipt as not requested. The exact recommended type of oil for my car is never available, ie., 0W20. The workers seem to change every time I visit, indicating poor management and even lower wages. Basically, getting less than I did a year ago, much less than 4 years ago. I try to stay local, but this business is going down fast.

I never had to do my own oil change before. My ex husband did that for me. Fist experience and it was super fast, no line, stayed in my car the whole time, steped out just to pay, and the three men there were very nice and professional. Also, they checked my lights for me. Overall quick, inexpensive, and felt taken care of.

Jiffy Lube has always been reliable for me.

When I get my oil changes done here everything has always been real good. The only thing thats changed is that they stopped showing what theyve done to the car when you pay/check out & they dont vacuum the car anymore.

I love THIS location! Ive been a few times over the past couple of years...employees are always polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Had an oil change in less than 30 minutes. I drove from Fairfield/20 minutes to go here. They always have coupons but prices are reasonable without them.

Didnt fill my fluids, tire tube caps gone, didnt leave a sticker for next service date. Car was leaking oil after as well.

Its o.k. but first thing was coming into my space and opening the door of my vehicle when I barely asked for an oil change if I had. Friendly bunch. Did more thorough job than any previous jiffy lube Id been to.

Just the experience alone is the reason I will return. I was taken care of right away. The 2 gentleman that helped me were friendly and courteous.

I have trusted this place to do their job with changing my car oil but they have failed to do that. Not only did they not tell me that the dipstick was rusty, metal parties was going into my pipe, they did not put enough oil, they did not change 3 of my O-rings, they used the wrong filter and oil. Not only did they not do their job their Manager John was rude when being spoken to. When saying about this issue he mentioned “ Once I am clocked out Idk what happens!” So you mean to tell me that you are a manager but you just clock in and out, and not care if your staff has done their job? So for their negligence I am paying over 2k in repairs. If you do not know how to change a Mercedes oil then they could have said it. John was not helpful and did not even show concern and did not apologize. If I can rate this a ZERO out of 5 I would.

I had actually quit coming here for a while due to poor service, lack of knowledge and professionalism by staff, and loud blaring “club” like music in the work areas.Apparently there is a new manager, John. The staff under his direction today was a totally different experience. Very satisfied with the service I received along with the extras.

Wouldnt change my oil because they said they needed to fix a $200+ oil leak. i hadnt seen evidence of oil leaking on my driveway and my oil light was not on. took the car elswhere and they detected no leak! the other place serviced my car for a great price. not going back to jiffy lube

I couldnt believe it... $60 for a basic oil change... others there got their windshield wipers and lights checked, but not me.. we need an oil changer thats not a RIP OFF!

11:20am I sat in my car almost five minutes, no one greeted me. Two cars pulled up to the port next to me and they were checked in immediately. I dont like being treated like a second rate citizen so I kindly left. I wont come here anymore :(

Everyone there was friendly and provided EXCELLENT SERVICE. They greeted me, told to watch my step towards the door, the service was quick and didnt take very long at all. Then after the oil change the other guy walked me to my car and opened the door and said thank you, we hope to see you soon. They are just AMAZING. 5 stars to all of them! :)

They were ok. The staff want very helpful with dealing with service for my fleet vehicle and they didnt reset the maintenance light, so I left with the indicator on... I can use the old school method of paying attention to the miles for next service, but I thought it was a sign of poor service. I mean, all they do is drain and change oil. They should have a better attitude of service. I dont plan to go back there. It was my first time using them but in not impressed. Theres another drive through oil change place near the Admiral Callahan Safeway that was much better.

Ive never gotten to go here, as every time I drive up, its packed and a 2 hour wait... But, the staff was cool, so props on that.

Worst service ever this is my 2nd time coming back for same brake job....they keep some how putting them on backwards and braking the spring in the rear drum...most unprofessional business ever and when I come to get the warranty serviced they give me the run around keep telling me it’s not my brakes so I went and got a print out showing it was there work that was done wrong then the store manager tries to take paper and keep it saying work can’t be done till Friday and I use my car for work daily. I strongly think there corporate needs to come down and swop staff or just close shop

Service was good but they were out of blend oil which ended up costing me an extra $20. $100 is way out of line for a simple oil change. I will change my own oil in the future.

Quick service and friendly employees who get the job done. They have coffee and water in the waiting room along with a TV. They keep track of your work history and make recommendations based on that. They vacuum the floors and take good care of my 1993 Honda Accord.

I just find it unaaceptable for a company to run out of equipment. I arrived today 12/27 at 5:45PM to get an oil change when I was informed that their delivery for their filters didn’t arrive yet. The guy blamed it on the Christmas holiday and said it should arrive the next day. Sorry excuse and they should have at least removed the promotion signs so I wouldn’t have even wasted my time pulling up

I had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube yesterday! Not only did I get everything taken care of that I needed, I was assured that I would have a guaranteed excellent service and they were right! The manager is extremely friendly and professional I spoke to him on the phone before deciding to come by and have my service done there! It was fast, efficient and the price was reasonable. They even cleaned off my battery block to prevent further erosion and grounding issues in the weather. I give a five star shout out to the team at Vallejo Jiffy Lube and I will continue to get my car serviced there and will recommend my friends and family to This location too! Keep up the good work and continue setting the bar high for your competition you guys are far more than a cut above the rest!

I came here to have a vehicle inspection performed as a requirement with the ride share company I partner with. I was refused service because inspections are only performed on Tuesday between 9a-11a & here I am walking in on Tuesday at 12:15, ( “how dare I”) =Sarcasm.This inspection literally takes 10 min to perform and the only response I could get as to why it couldn’t be done was “sorry, sorry, sorry” 👎🏿. They charge $20 for the inspection service but they wouldn’t do it for me.Never spending money with you lames again. ( lames=Jiffy lube policy makers.) Major Fail in customer service.

They dont perform the full service that you pay 92 dollars for. Do not go there! Better off going to your dealer or another town. They didnt even check my levels. I know for a fact there are some issues with my car like windshield wipers and tire pressure and they marked them as ok. Also did not clean anything! Very angry customer.

Oil change fast

Very reliable - I used to drive all the way from Sausalito for a service since they did such a good job. I never had any problems with the service at this location.

Pretty sure they stole some change out of my cup holder. I guess if you take a dollar or two in quarters from every car it adds up. Its kinda the prefect crime actually. Anyways, dont leave cash in your car and youll get quick polite service.

They lost my air filter housing clip and didnt put the housing for the air filter back together with the remaining clip. I had this problem before so I checked before I went in for an oil change, my check engine light came on and it was because the nice guys at Jiffy Lube. I fixed the issue with remaining clip and will have to order another one. I called and they claimed they are going to call me back but I doubt it, I will update if they do fix the issue.

I have been here several times now and same story every time!! No vacuuming of the floor, they dont use floor or seat protectors so youll get oil on your seats and light colored carpets. Today I had oil residue all over the glove box compartment and also on the compartment located between the seats which is light colored cloth. Last time there was a big black oil spot on the passenger seat and the time before that big black oil foot print on the floormat even though I had actually put another protective carpet on top of it, it had been shoved out of the way. In addition the windshield wiper reservoir did not get topped off today either like in the past. The reminder sticker on the windshield is also missing again. The people at this location has no pride in workmanship at all, just there to collect a paycheck. Will not return again!

They did not accept my coupon even though I got it emailed from the site. They also streaked my windows so I had to re-clean my car and that just doesnt seem right for 100 dollars and then have to spend more money to clean my car.

If you are coming in for Uber, I recommend you prepare yourself to be mocked for asking any kind of questions. Dude working upstairs in the uber office, aka a folding table and chairs, seemed offended by my simple question. I thought it would be a quick in and out to pick up my stickers since Im already set up on the app from driving previously. Some things have changed since I last drove so i needed clarification. My bad, bro! Dude who went after me LAUGHED when I asked if I could have a delivery sticker until i had time to come in for an inspection to drive passengers, and the guy rolled his eyes and said yes. I said nevermind and said Id come back when Im ready for an inspection. Never coming back here again. Thanks for making me feel like a dumb ass for asking simple questions. Waste of my time, totally unprofessional.

I will never NEVER NEVER return here and never recommend this place to anyone. They almost ruined my car engine because the oil spilled out and a few days later my oil light came on. Turns out they never tightened the lid and oil was spilled all over my engine. When i called they never apologize and blamed the employee. I had to go to another location just get it corrected. The supervisor was disrespectful and rude and beligerant.

Quick service, but they did not put my rear differential plug in properly, I lost most of my fluid on the highway, on the back of my car as well as on cars that followed me to closely...the reason cars backed off of me, because their cars were getting covered in oil!! When I went to this shop they said I had a small tranny leak..so I went to mechanic who installed this transmission, and he is the one who asked me had someone checked by rear differential lately, I stated jiffy lube did..Jemil the mechanic said he seen oil everywhere and that the plug literally fell in his hand when he touched it!!! So another bump I would have lost this plug all together!!! To this day I have not heard from the store owner!!

Can you give -5 stars? These idiots took 40 minutes and charged $100 to both over fill my oil by over a quart and also broke the washer on the fumoto valve, causing an oil leak!!!!! AVOID THESE DANGEROUS LOSERS!!!!!!! I will be speaking to my attorney about damages.

At Jiffy Lube the wait time is generally less than one hour for service, while at other locations, vehicle has to be there several hours or more....

I was told the minimum oil that met my dealers specs was a synthetic blend. I didnt argue and went with it. when I got home I checked ( this took way more research then it should including checking if Jiffy lubes oil met the API SN and ILSAC GF-5 requirements) to make a long story short conventional motor oil is just fine to use in my car.

Even though I say for almost 2 hours service was great and I got a discount for being patient and got to watch the playoffs
