Worst service ever!!! I have been to many Oil Changers since I bought my vehicle. All of them top off fluids but this one didnt. I had to find out the hard way! My low coolant light kept on coming on but coolant wasnt low. I asked them to check it out and they said all fluids are being topped off and documented on my receipt. Come to find out none of the fluids were topped off, 3 weeks later, all fluids were bone dry. I have always trusted Oil Changers but not after this incident. Please check their work after you have an oil change.

I took my ac to be repaired the mechanic Keith did a horrible terrible job do not recommend and will.not be bringing my cars to them again. He did more damage to my ac system than fix it. Wasnt able to fix a broken blower. Thats something that I assume they should be able to fix or let me know they cant. He cut wires on the system that shouldnt be cut. Then they were charging me more money to fix their mistakes and make me come multiple days. Thats an inconvenience for me due to my job. I had to finally take it some where else because every time after I made an appointment they couldnt take my vehicle. So I went somewhere else which let me know all the damage they Midas Keith had caused to my car they assured that it was another mechanic or individual that tried to address a broken blower. He does not know what his doing at lease when it comes to ac system. Now Im going to pay double what I needed to fix the issue and the damage he caused.

I had a coupon that I told them about before the full synthetic oil change that Midas said theyd look at after the work was done. The work got done and then they said my coupon was a fake and it wasnt their Midas even though it had their address attach to the coupon. My coupon was for full synthetic oil change for 59.99 and then was told my bill was 116.00. Will NEVER get my business again. Felt like I got scammed.

I was able to stay in my car while the getting my oil change. Everyone in the bey had masks on and I was able to use a $10 off coupon. The service was quick, the service men were friendly.

Lobby is large and Clean, service staff was friendly. Plenty of space for social distancing while you wait.I wasnt a fan of the wait time or the shopping center thats just loaded with sketchy people.My advice would be1. If your waiting on site, stay inside, its actually nice for a auto shop in Vallejo.2. If you are dropping off your car, take everything out of it, they will park it in lit when done .3. They have a charging station for phones and laptops, so if your waiting, bring your plugs.

Very professional service.

This was my first time at SpeeDee-Midas and they were very attentive, they knew exactly what my car needed. I dont have a standard vehicle so they had to order a filter for my car and it was delivered quickly. They had my type of oil on site and were able to get me in and out in a short amount of time. The cost was very reasonable, I recommend this location and I will be a repeat customer.

Quick and efficient oil change. Not my first time there and usually have a good experience. However, they do need to remind their staff about the importance of attention to detail. The sticker they put in the window needs to be accurate if theyre going to put it there, and when they say theyve reset the oil life indicator they need to actually do it.

The technicians were very thorough with the oil change and 17 point inspection. Normally I go to the Nissan dealership, I have been to this speedee twice. After my experience with Nissan and Speedee, I prefer bringing my car to Speedee. Not spending my whole day waiting on my car to be serviced.

Went in for a-power steering fluid exchange. Customer service wasn’t good at all. Been going here for years not the first time I’ve had an unprofessional experience. Power steering fluid comes with an inspection of hose& connections for all I know they didn’t do an inspection. At least they didn’t tell me any information about the inspection, didn’t say if everything was fine or anything ... just paid for what they done and that was it. I’m not making this review to tell anyone not to go here. Just wanted to express the lack of customer service. Still a good shop and there is some good workers there.

Liars and crooks period . They put the wrong oil in my car when I specifically asked for what I needed. I told them while I was paying and they said they did not have the oil I asked for. I asked if they could put the right oil in if I bought it myself, they said they would. About a week goes by I come back they tell me they have to charge me for a while new oil change. The could have at the very least been honest but he chose to lie. I will definitely Never be back . You make your own decision.

Although they were extremely busy (because apparently there were many of us doing the same thing that day), I was still treated like I was their only customer! Kudos to the staff this past Saturday - great attitudes, friendly, professional and efficient.

I have oil change 2 week ago, right now, my car have 15% oil. I came today for that. They said dont have anything. They said not apologize. They said my car was wrong. Not set up last time. Are you seriously??? I wont be back....

Wheel alignment was done poorly. Also, in 3 occasions during an oil change service, my wife asked the Tech to check the brakes since it squeaks when backing up. And every time she has been told that its still ok and the squeaks are due to change of weather. Then I decided and asked my wife to have the brakes check againand the same Teh said that the brake rotor is worn out.

I went in without an appointment to have my oil changed and rotate my tires. They took me in and I waited about 45mins - 1 hr. for them to complete both items. The charge was very reasonable and I was quite pleased with their service.

I was driving by when 2 employees followed a car to the street who pulled out right infront of me and started doing donuts. The employees laughed and were video taping the whole incident thinking this was funny. The car not caring about any other cars in the intersection just kept doing donuts and burning rubber. He almost hit multiple cars and had myself and my child scared he was going to hit us. I went and pulled into the parking lot to ask why they thought this was acceptable and funny. One of the employees John Haas got rude and rude and tried to say it was a mad custmore but that was a lie. This place is very unprofessional and its employees and management should be ashamed.

Went there to have my service engine light reset was told I had to make an appointment, so on my way to work I called to do that but the manager JR recognized my Jeep and said he could come by my work and reset it for me...he was there within the hour and did just that....now thats great service

Ive serviced my cars here several times. Today, I had an oil change and tire rotation done. I made note of a marked tire before the service, when I picked up the vehicle, the marked tire was in the same position. The technician assured me the tires had been rotated until I pointed out the marked tire. He then claimed he got distracted and put the tires back on in the same positions, I watched him carefully while he actually rotated the tires. Hes either lazy and dishonest or inattentive and sloppy.Update: Manager got in touch with me the next day. Told me that particular technician quit the same day and offered me a full refund or equivalent service. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and had them service my other vehicle. Upped rating from 1 to 3 stars because he did right by me without asking me to take down the negative review.

Always excellent service. They are conveniently open I need an oil change & filter service on my vehicle. There prices are reasonable, look for coupons online and print them or they usually can scan the coupon from your smartphone or tablet.(ask the staff)

Very very very disappointed in the service here. I came about a month ago to get my brakes and rotors replaced. I never was shown any results of the damage detected to the pads or rotors, besides the fact the gentlemen came in to me in the waiting room stating that my rotors were gone and were creating a shape due to the metal contact of the current brake pads. So, I told him go ahead and fix it, to only have waited to hours later for the job to be finished and be charged $420 for (1) My rotors were never replaced and (2) It was an extreme liability that could have resulted in an accident with my children and I in the car.All of this information resulted from getting a second opinion from another mechanic who initially pointed out 30 days later after having them replace my back brakes, that the front rotors and brake pads were gone.I really do not appreciate being lied to, taken advantage of nor conned for money from a place that runs their businesses mission off of quality and customer satisfaction as their top priority.I would really wish that they would work on putting better quality and car into clients cars rather than just making a quick buck off people built off false recommendations or recommendations that were not legitimately done and bill services that were never replaced or completed.

30 minutes only to do a 17-pt oil change and inspection AND a fuel system flush?? Fast is one thing, but compromising quality for quantity, that s*** wont cut it! I had to double-check all the work! Sad too, cuz Ive been coming here for nearly 8 years, and it was never this bad! I will not be back to this franchisee store!!

11/10/17 Used to be an older lady that worked the desk. She was very nice and personable. New lady has an attitude problem. My car was ready for 20 minutes before she finally checked me out. Went up to ask if I was next and got arise reply. I got basic oil change and people who had come after me were getting rung up before me. Also this place is the only place Ive taken my car for an oil change in 10 years yet they told me that a filter was missing from my car??? Missing? The only way that could happen is if they forgot to put it in last time. Guy told me someone might have taken it out. Really?? Im still sitting here waiting and the guy that did my car is already done with his next car. Think its time to find a new oil change place.1/1/18 But it was not long ago I got this oil change where brake fluid should have been checked and filled yet a few weeks ago my cars brake fluid light started coming on. That has never happened before and shouldnt be happening at all so soon after an oil change!2/20/18 I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but I just called regarding these problems and JR was extremely rude talking to me condescendingly. Ive been going to this place for over 10 years but they have completely lost my business with horrible customer service, lies about services done, and just plain crappy work. I will make sure to go let everyone know to avoid this place at all costs. I highly suggest Joes automotive repair in Benicia!! Words can not express how mad I was sitting on the side of the freeway with a car with a engine destroyed due to not having ANY oil in car. Especially since I just had an oil change 1 hour ago.After breaking down on the side of the road, and having Cal-Trans tow me to an exit, I check my oil, to find out that there is not a single drop of oil in my engine. After having Jon (JR ) drive out and verify there was no oil in my car, we had to ride back with him to the shop, and then to get a rental car (truck since they had no cars) now I have to wait til they replace it with an engine that has less or equal miles on it.Not only does this ruin my plans to clean up my car and sell it in the days of leave that I have left before I have to go back over seas. Now the value of the car is less than half its worth than it was before the oil change.My biggest problem with this shop is that there are suppose to be A LOT of steps in order to ensure proper procedure. The fact that I recieved my car without oil means they didnt put the oil in and nothing was inspected on my car before or after. If people cant even do a proper oil change, do I trust that they did a 17 pt inspection ?

Dont go here they couldnt even figure out how to install a simple A/C dust filter on my car. Told me that a filter had never been installed and they would need to cut a space to accommodate it. I was told it would be $150 in labor plus the cost of the filter. I knew different. I had one installed 2 years prior. I googled How to install a dust and pollen filter on a ***** and there were many videos showing where the filter was located and how to remove the old and install the new. The videos lasted all of 10 mintues or less. The mechanic seemed to be very sensitive about being told he was wrong, but he was wrong. I wouldnt let this shop fill my tires they might screw that up. Beware!😝

DO NOT GO HERE. Asked for synthetic oil and lab tested that it was conventional oil.These guys also try to upsale and shuv down your throat unnecessary work on your car. For example, my cabin air filter was new and the mechanic working on my car said i needed new ones. The owner of the shop acts nice because it is his business obviously but when problems arise he tries to blame it on you or your vehicle for being old and what not. They even broke one of my buddies hood and blamed it on him.Go to an oil change shop where you can actually see people do the work such as Oil Changers 3000. It is easy for these guys to sneak in whatever they can to mess you up and charge them more to repair it.

This is the worst oil change shop ever. I have been going here for over 20 years and all of a sudden the service here in the last 4 to 5 years has gotten horrible. Our trip for service here in 2018 they upsold my wife on her Range Rover and told her she needed synthetic when in fact she didnt need synthetic that was $170. Also upsold here synthetic on her Mercedes Benz which they had been putting conventional in for years. Both car had issues immediately afterward.nFast forward to today 3-8-19, after much discussion between my wife and I we return to this Speedys in Vallejo and before my wife could properly not her car the tech says to my wife the The Oil Filter is sixty dollars for this car, not knowing Im behind her in another car we were going to have serviced.I get out of my car and ask my wife to repeat what the tech said and asked did i hear him right SIXTY DOLLARS FOR AN OIL FILTER. I go ask the tech why $60 for an oil filter he replys thats what it cost, i replied we were here last year for service on this same car and werent charged sixty dollars, why sixty now, techs response we forgot to charge you last time.I explaine to the tech you guys up sold us th last visit by charging us $170 for synthetic, now here we are and your trying to rip us off for a sixty dollar oil filter, te techs reply well the filter is going to be $60. I said what kind what kind of oil filter is $60 thats ridiculous weve been coming here for over 20 years you guys have some shity service seems as if you got a little racial overtone in your voice and explain screw you and your horrible customer service, you not ripping us o ff today.The to worst customer service and unprofessional attitudes I have ever experienced. I hope there is an investigation opened on this facility, becuase i fill strongly in my heart they are ripping people off with up sales.PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION: IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY, DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF AUTOMOBILE SERVICE.

They don’t have a experience worker i went hare month ago for my car oil change when they start oil change then one guye told me i need to be change collant i said ok then they charge me 200$ extra for collant change and when they finish everything then i paid everything and when i come near my car then i saw collant leak i told on reception but they said its just normal they cange so that’s by when I drive my car then after every 5 min fan is on i went to the midas location vallejo they told me they don’t know what happen i told one guys like when you guys change collant that time to start problem but they don’t care they said pay 165$ then they check problem.

Was a bit unsatisfied took my vehicle in for a 17 point oil change. Called them after the time slotted said it was ready got there to pick it up went to paid was told it had an oil leak but my car was already supposed ready for me. The next day which was Christmas I knew they would be closed so I called two days later spoke with a mechanic your car is old and its not unusual for it to have leaks hello that us why I bring my car in for servicing. Unbelievable . Finally drive my car on Saturday after they serviced it and now my dash board frame is broken..was just fine when I took it in to them. Really disappointed I had my car done there for years when the wiped down the plastic around the odometer or changed the check oil light some how that got broken.. Very unhappy about the attitude regarding the oil leak but am furious about my dash board. How do I prove they broke it.

We had our car oil changed and we were glad that as part of the service we availed, other items were checked such as power steering, brakes, and transmission fluids checked. However, problem arose after we had our car checked and seems it like the power steering fluid started to leak when that problem wasnt present prior to the oil change. I am not sure how the levels of the power steering fluid was checked but leaks happened only after the service we availed.
