I got a phone and opened a line on March 28, 2020. Withing 6 days, I requested a refund. The manager was rude as hell. She refused to help me in any way and the other employee there knew nothing! I called customer support to receive a refund and they told me the store has to do it. I called the store back and she REFUSED to give me one. She just put the phone down and didnt help. So I called customer service BACK and informed them of what happened and the man said he was canceling my service and I would be receiving a check in the amount of $135 and some change. I never received the check. I called boost back and now they say there was never a case and im not getting anything back. Bunch of bull. Manager Is terrible and needs to be replaced by someone who has some brains.
I came to the store with an issue and was helped by Rae. I know where to go if I ever have questions or concerns. She was friendly, professional and most importantly I felt valued as a customer! Great job Rae!
They are clean and well maintained and have variety of products including the upgraded and updated models.

I went in to get a replacement SD card, as I wasnt getting any service at all and I received notifications I needed to get a new one to keep my service.Im also going to need a new phone pretty soon, so I figured Id just take a look around at the inventory while I was there.The gentleman who was working attempted to upsell me on my service plan, which I kind of expect with phones, but my plan? Also, he tried telling me hes not sure the SD card would be compatible with the plan I was on currently, which doesnt make any sense whatsoever, and lo and behold, it was 😒Try a new tactic.As far as the inventory, there were about 10 phones or so to choose from in the whole store, none matching what I need. I told my son we could just go to another, bigger Boost store and check out the inventory there, theyd probably have more to choose from somewhere else, and he overheard this and told me no, all the stores would have the same models in stock to choose from.Eventually he did replace my card and we were all good, but it left a bad taste in my mouth, and Ill be visiting a different location when Im ready to upgrade my phone.
I arrived with the intention of changing companies, they did not have the equipment that they advertised as free, they sent me to another branch at the other end of the city, where supposedly was the equipment that they gave away when I arrived at the establishment I was surprised that they did not have the equipment either, that there was a mistake and that it was no longer free that he had to pay for it.Bad organization and communication between your employees !!!
