I dont understand why curbside is so inconsistent... I have wasted so much time calling to complain about giving SPECIFIC instructions for my produce or substitutions... Sometimes they listen... Sometimes the shopper puts whatever... Then I ask for a call back from a manager and I have been waiting for 4 days now to speak with a manager... Curbside was supposed to be convenient and this HEB Curbside is Anything But Convenient!!I just left HEB today and HAVIN was AMAZING....SHE NEEDS TO BE A TRAINER...I got expected what I wanted from My HEB...I never seen her there before but she was GREAT!! Exactly the service I receive from my hometown of San Antonio!

Who do I have to kill to get onevof these in N. E. Texas?Quite possibly the nicest store Ive ever been in! Theyve got everything you could want or need, and the staff was super friendly.Big shout out to Rudy in the garden center.!Yeah, its 250 miles from my house, but ill be stopping by the next time Im through the area... thats for sure!

This is our first time using their curbside pickup and will be the last. The website went well, easy to order but the pickup of our order was a disaster. The shopping cart that was brought out 1st was not ours.I had to inspect it before the person placed it into the trunk of our car. The second cart was short one item that was not discovered until we arrived home. We live 35 minutes away from this location. I will use WALMART curbside pickup only in the future. Do not recommend HEB !!!

Love this place there got a beautiful selection of fresh veggies and the floral shops amazing kinda pricy but fresh also have a sueshie bar

This is a store that amazed me when immediately I walked right into it.The fruits and vegetables section was a sight to behold.It had lots of fresh varieties of fruits and there were very affordable too.I love how organized and neat the product aisle was.The shelves were nearly arranged and the overall environment was very neat too.It had alot of products I wanted and they were very easy to find.The Staff were also very polite, helpful and cheerful.I highly recommend this store.Kudos to the entire team here.You all do a good work here.

This place deserves 10 plus stars! Incredibly clean and well stocked! Staff is phenomenal! I will never go to another grocery store here in Texas! This H.E.B. needs to be placed on a pedestal and the staff deserves a raise or bonus! Were from Michigan and visit Texas frequently and this is the first place we stop at before going to Moms. Yall need to show these other big chain grocery stores how to maintain a beautiful clean and welcoming store. I am just so impressed with Yall! I have gone outta of my way to let everyone know to shop here. We so need ya here in Michigan. These stores got nothing on yall. Please come to Michigan!!! I did the curbsideI did it once b4 right when covid started here...march2020It was hectic to get a spot online.This time it was perfect. Many options...the shoppers r so organized n load everythn up for us!I will be doing this regularly..This HEB is different than my everyday HEB..but Ill put up with the different options for the convenience..Thank u HEB

Was buying for 2 households. Cashier and bagger organized the two orders so nicely without me mentioning.

The Cooking Connection crew rock! I love the samples and convenient recipe cards for each sample. Denise is very knowledgeable and patient with my “newby” kitchen questions! She is an excellent ambassador for H‑E‑B!

I love HEB! I need gluten free food because of celiac disease. They have a good variety of bread and the gf cupcakes at the bakery are so good!

They mostly have what I typically shop for. The store is clean & organized but so many times a product I need is out of stock (Especially now with covid but happened even before covid).I like the extra big shopping carts.Every time I have a question about a product I can ask an employee. They help me but dont always have the answers especially if its about an item I found online or a product from the app (all based on my stores location).They finally have free grocery pickup but raise the prices on each item so that makes it not worth it for me.My HEB in Houston had a suggestion box for products. I wish this one had one as well. Theres a lot of products I used to buy that they dont sell here.

I shop here for groceries, although there are other items available. Many hard to find items can be found at H. E. B. The produce department is outstanding. Personnel are pleasant and helpful. The store can be crowed at times due to its popularity. Home and curbside delivery was convenient during the Covid pandemic.

Pretty cool place. Way way bigger then you would expect. I mean that is the name but still it’s huge! They have everything to stuffed animals to land mowers to games. You name it they have it. They also have great and nice staff, clean floors, and food which is nice.

Always got what I want and what I didnt know I needed. Only drawback is its starting to feel less like the HEB i grew up with, but I cant hold that against them.

This is by far my favorite HEB. They are so nice. Everything is clean. They always have lines open. Plus they have amazing coupon deals online.

H-E-B is an efficient store. I am here from out of town and every time I ask a question, I got an answer and the full attention of the employee. Wish we had a H-E-B where I live.

The home products are always are always a good price and they even have their store brands to compete with the expensive brands at a better deal.The store always has coupons to help with shopping and help save you money.They have from automotive items to fresh veggies. The store is a good size. It may busy, but the isles have plenty of space.Belive me when I say, no other state has a store like HEB Plus.Best thing about Texas is HEB!Also, yes to plenty of baby items to even baby clothes are sold at this HEB also.

Oh my goodness so let me say I love this place! Theyve met so many of my needs theyve treated me like royalty. The fact is when the pandemic started, somebody was a little bossy there at the store before you could get in I avoided this place for three full days, wondering why was I so affected?because Im always treated so good that the occurrence that was negative was culture shock !!!called the manager and she quickly agreed with me that was not their presidents nor their practice and she would take care of it

I ask to have my groceries packed light and all cold stuff together and nether happen.My sliced watermelon be and banana got smudged and bruised.It shouldnt be where I lose money by wasted food due to employee doesnt know how to bag.

This place was huge. I havent been in Texas in a few years and decided to go by to pick up a cake late at night. The people working had no problem getting behind the counter and getting the cake for me. Very nice and big grocery store. Wish I had one near me.

They have everything you want! My husband has been looking for a really good wagoo steak for quit some time and they had it! My whole family has different taste when it comes to food and HEB Plus did not dissapoint! If you havent been by there you need to take the time to swing in cause its worth it.

Clean store with great staff, fresh produce with an amazing selection, Bakery, Deli, Fresh seafood, and Butcher. I never shop for groceries anywhere else. Also HEB brand products are exceptional, often better than the national brand attentive.
