Colton was courteous and extremely helpful locating my account # so an invoice would determine the colorants added to paint. There was no label on the 2 cans I have.

This Sherwin Williams is top notch! Ive been in a few dozen Sherwin Williams paint stores and this one is probably in my top 5 favorites. Great staff and they have met my businesses needs every time in a timely manner! I have been to the other local SW but prefer this on for the staff.

Im currently dealing with a nightmare at store number 7436 in Victoria, Texas. The employees gave me the incorrect paint and now Im having to deal with the wrong paint color in my house and possibly have to deal with paying painters a second time. Im not sure what happened but If I cannot get this resolved, I feel there is going to be bigger problems to deal with. If someone from Corp. can call me and help. I currently have Store Manager Steve looking into it but seems like he is a bit defensive as if it was my fault.
