Ordered grilled chicken sandwiches n the bread was very soggy, meat was rubbery hard to chew. Ive ordered burgers there before n they were great. Will b coming back but will not order grilled chicken again

Second consecutive time that Ive come here while Im town and had to wait several minutes before I spoke up to get an employees attention. Witnessed several potential customers walk away upset after never being acknowledged. When I did get an employees attention she was rude and said that everyone was busy even though I could see and hear 2 people just standing around talking. Finally did place my order. Wont be coming back. May be a good idea for the owner to actually visit his store once in a while to guarantee his employees are doing their job. 4:15pm Sept. 19

I live locally and I’ve been going to the store for 30 years, I’ve always been pleased. I love their patty melt and their tacos. Staff is always ALWAYS friendly and efficient.I’ll give five stars but I Wish they would relocate the drive through menu station. Not always easy to park there, and if there are more than 2 cars lined up they block the vehicles parked on the south side waiting for their pickup meals. I mentioned it to the staff and they agreed with me but that’s what they have for now. So I filled out an online feedback form to make it official. Whether it’ll help or not, that remains to be seen. Still, I’m pretty much satisfied with this store.

Easy drive thru quick service food good

I really like their food. I just have one complaint. They always make my blizzard first and hand it to before my food is ready. Then it takes at least 10 minutes to bring me my food(even when they arent busy). By the time I get my food and then get home my blizzard is is like drinking flavored milk.

I go here often, most of the times the service is great and food delicious! Once in a while they are slammed and service is slower... but it’s to be expected when it’s crazy busy. We love the taco salads, and of course the blizzards ❤️I’d love to see one on the north side of town.

Went through drive thru, Rude workers at this moment, was sent to wait for my food to the back like a child just waved without even acknowledging me directly and when food was handed I was making sure my condiments where in there and was just blown off before even finishing my sentence.is that why you guys are hiring ??

Bad service, cashier just checked out her friends with 10 min of talking and right after, left the register even though I was in line. Than told other cashier order was to go and that the ice cream treat wasnt for me so that was to be packaged to go (ie. With a lid) and didnt do that. Asked for a plastic bag and girl gave me paper bag cause she was more concerned with playing with her friends

Love the Tacos. Tex-Mex . Not bland, not spicy. Just right with the provided taco sauce. Decent hamburgers also. Better than the usual mystery meat slapped together with soggy random veggies. Nope, DQ has a quite large burger with fresh fixings and toasted buns. Hot Fries anyone? A secret... In a lot of restaurants have enchiladas as well. I like to get extra chili and cheese. Making me hungry..... Dont forget a blizzard made with a nice choice of candy addins. Ok, that does it. Im headed back. Hmm, wonder what Ill eat today. Maybe the steak finger basket with lots of white gravy for dipping. See you there!!

Repeated my order back to me correctly, rang it up wrong so I was now missing items. Didnt bother trying to fix it at all, just pretended that I never said those items in the first place.

Only went through the drive through but it was fast friendly service considering the way things are right now with the virus.

IMO better than the one on red river. Better quality good for the and price. Doesn’t make sense.

It has been a very long time since I have visited a DQ. I personally think the parking lot and drive through area was poorly planned out. If someone is ordering, only one other car can fit behind it and if this is the case, you might as well go inside. There is of course the option to pull around the back way to access instead of the street, but then the line would form completely blocking the parked cars.We ordered 2 kids meals and i was asked to pull up. Ok, no big deal.U til it became a big deal when they forgot I was up there and while making food for the people that didnt pull up. I was already frustrated but i waited the 20 mins bc my kids direly wanted their steak fingers. Next time I will be going inside.

DQ food was good as usual but the drive-thru for this restaurant is a bad idea. Supper time drive-thru line was split between blocking Moody Street traffic and blocking eat-in customers parked in the lot. I would never consider using the drive-thru for this reason, but plenty of others arent deterred.
