Went in here to get some ice cream first time trying it. Super good ice cream and the girl at the counter was super sweet! She said it was her second week but she had wonderful customer service skills! Will definitely be back again!!

Their ice cream is really good. This place is your go to for the ice cream. 🍨 The people who work there are really nice and polite. I have came here for the past couple of years and nothing about this place had changed. Amazing 🤩 👌

I love Marble Slab, but the one in Victoria just gets worse and worse with each new hire. It seems like there is zero time put into training them. I went there with my mom and the employee said they didn’t know how to make the purchase count towards the rewards app. They said they’d have to ask a manager and seemed too uncomfortable to actually go ask them. The icecream is yummy but the employees need to be better trained.

I used to love coming here for ice cream years ago when it was under different management. I went recently to order and one of the young men was adjusting his nose ring in the open with no gloves, and didn’t wash his hands. Then when it was my turn to order he didn’t ask me what I wanted he looked at me blankly. So I placed my order and he clearly didn’t know how to make it…as he was trying to figure out some of the ingredients he started rubbing his hair and handling the ice cream. He never asked if I wanted any toppings and sloppily put whipping cream on top of the ice cream. The cup was overfilled and dripping everywhere. For $8 it wasn’t worth it at all!

Ordered a milkshake. They had already started making it before telling me they were out of the topping for it. They also do not look anything like the ones pictured. I received none of the candies and such. I paid a lot of money to be a little disappointed. The product however still tasted good and seemed to be high quality.

Fantastic service! I had never been here before, but the staff was very cordial in their assistance of my choice.Went here for a date with my girlfriend and ironically some of our favorite genres of music were being played.

Icecream and service was great. Cones were stale, otherwise 5 stars.

Very Good ice cream, but not creamery good. Just because you make ice cream in house doesnt make you a creamery. No mass produced ice cream can compete with actual farm creamerys in taste and quality.

Worker was polite and efficient. There were some cleanliness issues and a piece of shell from the pecans hurt my tooth but otherwise everything was great!

I usually love this place and would rate 5 stars, but they need to provide hair nets or something because my husband found a long blonde hair in his ice cream (mind you my hair is dark brown) so he went back in and showed her and she gave him attitude asking what color it was and rudely made him another one but told her he didn’t want another.

Went to the store today (8/26/20) @3:11. The clerk (Alana) needs training in customer service. No communication, or common knowledge on shes selling. Needs to know how to communicate to the public.

Usually good. Just depends on the person working. Some are lazy and tell you the marble slab they use to mix on is broken and they cant mix. Other than that.

This is the best place (and may be the only place) in town for quality ice cream. They have lots of flavors to choose from but the Sweet Cream is my favorite. Be careful though, a quart of this yummy stuff will set you back $15, while a waffle cone with two scoops and a topping can cost as much as $8. Tattoos and ice cream are the same; good ones arent cheap and cheap ones arent good!

The ice cream is delicious of course but this is the second time Ive gone in there and felt bad for the staff. The line is wrapped around the store with one person working. This time was worse because it was late at night. 9:15pm-10:10pm and there was only one person working.nit didnt make sense to me.

Went to the store and asked for an application. The guy said that they were online. When I got home and looked for an application online it clearly stated Please apply directly to the store location youre interested in working at!I am angry. Dishonest store that nobody should be proud of working at.

We really enjoyed the ice cream today despite finding 2 hairs in one of them. They really need to enforce some sort of policy for folks with big thick beards and/or long hair.

The sweet cream was amazing and fresh. Its always a pleasure eating their products on a hot day!

Typical Marble Slab but for some reason this location feels like it is dead. Perhaps its the sign that blends into the building or the lack of friendliness of the staff but it is not the type of place that makes you excited for ice cream. If you decide to go here, take your ice cream to go. Your home will be more exciting.

Usually I would give 5 stars. I really love their icecream.The service was not good. 2 girls were working, talking to each other the whole time about their private lives, causing them to mess up our order more than 3 times.

1/4th - scant 1/3 c. scoop should NOT BE $4.19!!! It was not even a full scoop, but a hollow curl scoop. Homemade or not, that TINY jr. scoop was NOT worth that money. Stay away from it!!

Bought a cake ahead of time and got the wrong cake at pickup. None of the customization options like frosting saying Happy Birthday were available. Ice cream was tasteless and almost freezerburned in flavor. $25 for something I could have made myself that would taste twice as good.

The ice cream here never seems to be delivered to you in the frozen condition, the stone whereupon your dish is prepared does not seem to be cold enough to keep the ice cream in an enjoyable state. The counters are usually dirty, but as the only real place in town what can you do?

Gimmick of Cold Stone with the quality of a poorly maintained Baskin Robbins. And my waffle cone tasted like it had been sitting out on display for weeks.
