Baskin Robbins was a treat growing up and still is to this day. My favorite is the mint chocolate chip in a dipped waffle cone or bowl! They have banana splits, shakes, sundaes, drinks and more! Never had a bad experience here. The servers are Always so nice, polite, and very patient (thank you!). The flavor of the waffle cones and bowls are so good. I could easily just eat there everyday for lunch 🤪🤭😊

Im obsessed with the banana Royale. I visit through the drive thru almost daily. Its always a fast and friendly experience. The ice cream is delicious 😋

Worst customer servicegirls are really rude!!!

Instead of being greeted with a “hello” or “welcome”, an employee at this brand new location asked where my 8 year old daughter’s mask was. She is exempt under the governor’s “orders” but I guess this location wants to make up their own insane rules and lose business. My daughter has been so excited to try this place and they treat us like garbage. That’s fine. Guess they don’t want my money.

While servicing the owner at my job I mentioned that I haven’t had the chance to visit because the lines were so long, so he personally delivered an ice cream cake to my job for my coworkers and I! 10/10 would recommend :)I went the next day, staff was very attentive and well mannered, the place was clean & service was quick and friendly!

Very nice staff and delicious icecream! Took 3 children in that didnt have mask and the staff was super nice and gave us 3 mask! Then grandson dropped his whole scoop of icecream off his cone and they gave him a whole new ice cream cone! Younger staff very well manered!

When I went to try out baskin robins I was very disappointed in my experience. The staff allowed a non employee who was still in her heb uniform to hang around behind the counter distracting employees when there was a full lobby and long drive thru line. She also was not wearing her mask properly and did not have gloves on even when she was touching on all the countertops where ice cream goes. I did not appreciate this and will not be returning to this location.
