This place runs hot and cold. Some times its good, and the next time they mess up. I think corporate needs to whip them into shape😅

I was VERY excited to find the sell a dairy free treat here. A dairy-free Dilly bar. I wish there were more dairy free options but Im glad theres at least one. It would be great if there were also gluten free options!

The Dairy Queens in Victoria dont do any of the advertised Dairy Queen specials you might see online or on TV. Neither the owner or the franchise worry about quality assurance in these branches. Received half a paddy on a hamburger, among other things, but any complaints fall on deaf ears. Customer service here is non-existent.In response to your response, this has been the case pre pandemic. I contacted the Dairy Queen home office as well and they said its up to the owners, so this isnt because of the pandemic, this is systemic here in Victoria. So...

My mom has COVID and she cant smell or taste but wanted DQ tacos with jalapenos. She said they went down well.

Horrible service! They all seemed to having a great time laughing and talking on their phones. I guess I interpreted their good time because when it came to taking my order they seemed irritated. I ordered a fish sandwich with no tartar sauce add ketchup and a chili dog meal. I got a dude with ketchup and no fries with the meal

Brout torder. No napkin, no salt, no ketchup.. Order an oreo blast. The girl didnt get anyone to make. It. Finally l asked who was making it. Ohhh. Ill make it. Hmmm

They gave our order to someone else it took over 30 minutes to get it right. They came out to the car and repeatedly asked me what my order was I dealt with two managers. Only saving grace is the manager gave me a refund and also remade my food..

So far of my few visits I have not yet met an employee that seems happy. Everyone there seems miserable except the wonderful manager. This is fast food so you get what you pay for but for this place its usually someone elses meal if you go through the drive through lol.

First, I would like to acknowledge the staff that works at Dairy Queen on Red River. The are very efficient and hard working. The food is great. I absolutely love their grill chicken salad and also their crispsy chicken salad. Hamburgers are great also. Staff is very professional and efficient in their jobs. Keep up the good work.

No help. With no customers at the time we wad to wait 30 minutes for ice cream. Had to go back and ask for it 2nd time. It was not ready yet.

I called in my order and told the lady on the phone I wanted lots of extra taco sauce. I got to the window and told the lady make sure there is a lot of taco sauce, hands full. This is what I got, two packs. Very disappointed in the service.

It was good food but they were so busy I didnt get a drink carrier and pretty much ruined my burger but positive note if you lightly dip your burger in barqs root beer and let it sit. It tastes like a pancake burger! So yeah positive note there.

Phone etiquette is the worst. Was put on hold for more than 8 minutes. I finally hung up cause i was already there.

Been going to this place for years because its close to the house,and it is very rare that they get the order right the first time. And recently its seems their large blizzards get smaller and smaller. The last time it came in what looked like a 14 oz movie theater cup. Guess ill make the trip a little further to one of the other dairy queens in town from now on

Edit: One year later and they missed part of my order. Now I wish I had gotten at least one piece in my blizzard.Very disappointing. Haven’t had DQ is some time and now I remember why. Got two blizzards, one with brownie and one with cheese cake. Had one piece in each. Should have just gone to Sonic.

I went through the drive through today at lunch and the lady wasnt very polite to begin with. I ordered my food and got sent forward to wait. My food arrived the person who delivered it to my car basically threw it at me and walked away. So when I had a brief second to realize my order was incorrect I had to drive to the front go in and get it fixed. I obviously did not want to have to go in if I had chosen the drive through. Only to get home and realize they had YET again messed up my order. I paid good money for food I will now not eat because it does not fit my dietary restrictions or my allergies. Thanks a lot Dairy Queen.

Called in my order and went to drive thru to pick it up. The girl working the window, the same girl handling all the money and taking debit cards from people, is the same girl who went to bag up my food in a carry-out bag including the condiment packages, napkins, and unpackaged silverware without cleaning her hands. Thankfully I didnt need to use any of that stuff.

I never knew they had breakfast at the DQ in Victoria, TX! Its so awesome now that I know they serve breakfast. I got the sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo for just $6.

Great food and service.

My wife picked up lunch, a hamburger for her and a taco salad for me. The taco salad was only half full and there was a napkin containing sauce on top of the salad. My wife tossed her hamburger at me saying you eat it, Im not eating a cold burger and went back to DQ with the salad. All the apologies in the world will not make up for staffs screw ups.

My friend & I both got the chicken strip special. Food cold. Strips were hard, very small, cold. They were cooked already for some time. Bread cold. Gravy was steaming hot. Fries also cold. Older worker was not friendly. Cant wait for Bush chicken to reopen. No more Dairy Queen chicken strips for us. Well worth the drive to Bush in Cuero until victorias reopens!!

This DQ has very unprofessional people who really does not pay attention to customer on a call in or drive though.

My husband and I visit the Red River Dairy Queen. We both had the Chicken Grill Salad. It the worst salad ever. We normally order the Crispy Chicken Salad. This salad seemed like the salad had been frozen. Not good at all. I normally rat all.my salad but this one I couldnt. Also they just put a few chunks of chicken I asked for ranch and they gave us taco hot sauce in pkgs and forgot the crackers.

The food is always hot and its usually clean inside the restaurant.

This is by far the best Dairy Queen Ive been to. Food is always fresh and usually made fast. Cant go wrong with their burgers and shakes.

Im sitting here, the only other customer in the restaurant, and is been over fifteen minutes since I ordered a breakfast plate. I love the food here, but the service is not nearly as fast as other local restaurants. Clean store, good food, but show service. If youve time to spare check it out.

Stood in line for 5 minutes with no one at the cash register. The staff were having a powwow by the ice cream machine and the rest were running food. The drive through was out onto Red River. Seems to me the manager doesnt know how to manage a team of 10 people.

Ice cream is always good, but customer service SUCKS! arguing in the lobby is never a good idea, the girl on the front counter looked pitifully, if you enjoy your job quit! Gave this location 2 tries not going in for a third!!!
