The sales management is dishonest at this dealership. They have blatantly lied and gone against their word.We have had enough mechanical issues (28 warranty claims and counting - including full engine replacement, multiple turbos, HVAC system, main hydraulic valve, Def system, cylinders, etc) with a low hour SVL95 that we have attempted to get Kubota corporate involved for assistance. We did not purchase the machine new from Scherer Kubota. However, since we had Scherer Kubota working on a few of the warranty claims, Kubota Corporate paired us with Scherer to help find and work through a solution to the mechanical problems with our SVL. If you did not purchase new from this dealership they struggle to even give you the time of day, let alone work through difficult service/warranty issues. It should not matter who/where you purchased a machine; service related to a factory extended warranty should be honored by any dealership and customers should be treated with the same level of decency and respect. To be clear, Kubota has fixed and honored the warranty on all issues, thus far. The problem and issue remaining is continuing coverage and their efforts (or lack there of) to provide and honor a solution moving forward.The reason we gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service department at their Hallettsville location has been empathic and helpful.If anyone would like further details or info, prior to doing business with Scherer (or Kubota in general for that matter), I would be happy to provide more info, offline. It is not our intent to bad mouth a brand (or dealership), but rather to educate and help inform others before they make the same mistake we did by placing their trust in Scherer.

Mike Reyes was VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. He was able to get me all of the answers that I needed. Stayed in contact with me while I had to wait for one of my implements to come in from the factory. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Scherer Kubota!!!!

Visited to purchase a tractor. Ryan, in Victoria and Chad, in Halletsville, were most fantastic! I highly recommend both locations.

Recently purchased a Z400 series zero turn from the Victoria location and am I so glad that I did. This machine surpassed all of my expectations. My yard got overgrown while I was shopping around for a replacement mower but this monster went through my 2.5 acres in under 2 hours and less than 2.5gal of gas. I would like to add that the sales rep that I dealt with, Andrew Perez, was great to deal with. He is knowledgeable, non-pushy, and had none of the usual salesman vibe. I will absolutely be a return customer and when that time comes around I hope that Andrew is there to deal with.

Answering service is horrible. You would think they would accommodate for multiple service calls by now. Past 1hr and a half only busy ring. There is no excuse

Had a great experience with Clint, one of the salesman in El Campo. He kept me up to date on deals and packages, was also able to get me more than a couple discounts. Kept in contact with me regularly offering me new and better deals as they came about. Highly recommend.
