Well Ive been with them for 2 years could be 3 years I lost count so far no issues like other companies where you run out of data and they limit you like boost Mobile you start off with 35 GB or is it megabytes they get used up quick and then get reduced to three gigabytes or megabytes I can never understand all that I just want a phone that works and doesnt leave me stranded hahaha π
The guy who helped me was very helpful and knew his stuff. Will be back for other stuff! Visible spot in shopping center. Not as much as it used to be as far as stores due to pandemic, but still has a lot to see

Ive had the best experience here. Its hard to find great customer service but this store had it. Jackie I believe her name was, I apologize if I got it wrong, really helped me out and went above and beyond for me I really appreciate her for that. Would definitely without a doubt recommend this store!!! P. S. My sons were very happy with their phones and cases.
It was very good. I am very pleased so far. Jackie (my sales person) was very attentive to my needs and was able to answer all of my questions with no problem. I was very pleased with her customer service skills and I would recommend anyone to go and see Jackie on 7th st. In Victorville.
The store manager was very rude, lied said she was district manager, I came in to get my account number in which I called before and her fellow employee stated that she can get it for me with a manager override, drove 30 mins for the manager to say she doesnβt have access to account numbers, I was manager at cricket with spring mobile for 3 years, in RQ it has the account number top right corner or left, so saying you donβt have access is a lie, she should have stated weβre not allowed to give account number in store not I donβt have access. Also she parked her car on the side walk literally on the side walk blocking store visibility and Iβm entrance, literally directly in front of the store to where customers has to walk around her car to get in store very unprofessional.
It started off bad. Because thier system was down. I was tired didnt want to drive another 20 minutes to another Cricket. I called them, the system was still down. But at the gas station they called me back. System was back up. Omg. Excellent Service.
Dont do business at the cricket wireless on 7th Street.... Bought a car charger that was supposed to be fast charge compatible for my s9 didnt work so I got another one also didnt work asked to get money back and then manager refused.... calling corporate but there a bunch of buffoons to... Youre fine that some stores have great people and others dont I found one in Hesperia they were very helpful help me out set up my new phone got it going again but then theres other stores theyre all independently owned the managers tell their employees what to do and say especially when it comes to refunds quartz Hill store refused to give it to me a woman who was a trainee few months back gave me an attitude refuse to issue me a new charging device which broke it had a one year guarantee only had it for a week and a half and it broke should I call corporate office and talk to Bruce well you know what happened after that I got my new charger for my phone and guess what that one also came apart I had to go pay $35 for a real good one after that I never go to quartz Hill again storesome of these managers or owners that own the store try to think they can get away with certain things but as customers have rights and I fight for mine you should too if it has a warranty daybetter honor it not brush me off like they did a quartz Hill storenow Ive got Bruce to back me up if I have any more problems

I bought a X-Men Bluetooth on February 5, 2018 it worked for about ten minutes and then it shut down. I took it home and changed it for for 2 days, when I started to use it again it would work for about 20 minutes then it would start beeping and then shut off. I took it back to Cricket and they replaced it with the second one did the same thing. Cricket would refund or exchange it for a different one that was 37 dollars down the drain and living on a fixed income thats hard to give away
I wasnt happy with my options I wasnt happy with the prices they offered me but the customer service was excellent
