Great value for engraving!! High recommended.

This place made great personalized gifts for my familys occassions. I used them for Christmas and graduation.

Extremely dissatisfied! They say they close at 7 PM and I could see someone in the back and no one was coming to the gate. Showed up at 645 and gate was closed, I called the number for the store and they didn’t want to answer it, as a matter a fact they made it to sound busy once I called again. I left work early from riverside just to come and no one wanting to service me.

This is a beautiful store. Everyone must stop in and check them out, they have such gorgeous inventory.

I had to get my gift redone, not happy at all. I think I will pass getting anything else done by things to remembered.

This is a store I never took time to stop and looked at their items that they have . I decided to stop and view the Great sale that they have running buy one 75% off the other actually really liked this store. The items that I seen a lot of beautiful personal items that you can have a message inscribed, on your item. I would say if you never stop and gone inside this store. Youre missing out😊

I dont know...? The image reminded me, grandma mama proud of my diploma, that she had taken it, and had hidden... so know one would take it!!!All I said aww is ok did it you!!!

Horrible service. Brought a personal item to get it engraved. Waited over 5 hours for it to be done and they misspelled the name. Next day I had to leave work early to see how they can fix it and they werent able to. So I had to go to go to the store and repurchased a new item. At least they could of done is to give me a call to buy a new item. Overall this has been such inconvenience for me.

The Service Team here is AMAZING!!! We came in for an emergency gift knowing Things Remembered is the place to shop for unique ideas of superb quality. I needed on site same day engraving which is never a problem, but I needed my item in 30 minutes! Not only was I accommodated, my gift was beautifully done within 15 minutes. The friendly staff offered me their current promotions but werent pushy at all. I LOVE this place! I travel from Murrieta to Hesperia/Victorille once a week and will only shop at this location for all my gifting needs :) Everything is beautifully done at an amazing price! THANK YOU

This place is beautiful, but I was given an extra set of batteries with my purchase and the next day I go in to show an issue with my purchas and the manager took the batteries and was super rude about it, its just batteries but... Customers are supposed to be treated nice
