First time I have been in this store in twenty yearsafter witnessing a young employee disrespect a person that had a stroke.Today I have to say both of the employees I saw were friendly & helpful. The young man even installed my new windshield wiper blades. Thank you .

Best place in town to talk to someone about a car you know nothing about

Go in for a battery, cashier litterly has zero customers, I walk up to him at his cash register and he without saying a word points to the cashier who is on the phone with a customer. Rude and unprofessional

Rented a tool for 166$ paid with debit card h guy Harvey told me when I return it it would go directly back to my card but it didnt went back they oh it takes 5to 7days they to school Harvey this is inconvenient for me in times like these I work no stimulant check they need to get it together

Store manager eric williams was very rude and disrespectful. called and reported him to corporate. hope somethings done about it. that location needs a better, more qualified manager.

Great staff, they answered every question I had and helped me find what I needed.

I went into this location and talked with the salesperson and she told me that if I bought the part and it wasnt the problem then I could not get cash back but I could get store credit against the problem part but when I brought it back, she tried putting it on a card and had to call her manager to find out she was wrong.... I would give less than 1 star but 1 is the least.... very disappointed in management of this store and hope I can tell everyone I know

They were actually out of what i wanted but staff was extremely nice and got it for me the next day.

So, Needed a generator belt for my EZGO golf cart. Called Advance Auto - cant cross reference the part number. Immediately refer me to a golf cart store near by (giving away business?) No effort to try to help other than referral, lol. two minutes later, I google part, run to OReilly and get belt. Lost sale for Advance. When you have people that dont care to help, it shows.
