They will go out of their way to help you find what you need. Ive never had a bad experience here, and they honor the rewards card. I recently bought a new set of brakes for my truck, and paid around 5 bucks. The original cost was about a 100 bucks. They reminded me about my rewards card.

A few of the employees were very nice. But I needed a certain battery for my car, this Auto Zone did not have it, and did not go get one from the Auto Zone who did. I couldnt go anywhere till I got a battery. I was there for over 4 hours. Ended up buying a battery to be able to get home, my husband had to take the battery back out of the car, take it to another town, swap it for the right battery and put the new one in. After I had to pay a man to put that one in so I could get home

This store has been awesome since I started coming back in the last 6 months. I use to come here years ago but quit because there were a couple of employees here who would make you feel dumb and were not very helpful. It is nothing like that now! I come here for everything and the employees are extremely helpful and are always willing to assist you with any of the needs/questions you have.
