Arrived 25 minutes before closing for a car battery and oil change. The guy that checked me in was nothing but nice and understanding considering the time..He stayed well after closing to finish my car. No complaints here.

Not friendly and terrible work ethic. I just needed my tired patched. No one gave me a time or anything just “leave the keys in the car” is all they said to me. I waited for an hour and a half and finally asked how long it would be. When I walked over, the two were hidden over to the side, not doing a thing. They said it will be another 25 minutes. I left and will NEVER go back for anything to do with my car. Prepare yourself for a waste of time!

I had a flat tire and hobbled I to Wal-Mart service center, even though I didnt have an appointment they worked me in and were finished within an hour.

Wait an hour standing at the shop entrance an not the first employee offer to help just walking back an forth to smoke pit I even called while standing there an was told to just keep standing there place is a joke!!!

I went today at 4:48 p.m. to get my tires rotated. The lady said they was taking any more cats because she only had on man in the shop and he had two cars to put tires on. I had called ahead of time and was told they dont closed until 6. I asked the lady was she the manager and she said yes.

One car in front of us for a simple oil change. They said it would be about 30 min BUT 1 and a half hours later they still havent finished the oil change in front of us and that is the only other car in the bay. Everyone is walking around looking lost and trying to stay inside and avoid work. I will never come back here again. Dont leave it here unless you plan on staying all day no matter what they tell you.

Lady working in automotive this evening should go to a customer service seminar. She was no help at all and didnt seem to care. Plus they dont have those electronic index machines that help you find an item. Need to step it up into the 21st century. At least the young lady, Nicole, at the door was very nice and friendly.

Been here over an hour. The Service Manager over the certified Technicians has been doing absolutely nothing but putting up stock. When I asked about my car it was going to be another hour to change two tires. UGH! When you see customers are frustrated step in and help your staff get the job job. Have you ever heard of teamwork?

We came this evening at 5:45 for an oil change . The hours state they close at 12 and there was only one vehicle being worked on. We were rudely turned away and when we said the hours say they don’t close until 7 she said “well we only have one technician working”it wasn’t even 6pm and they’d already began working on the vehicle ahead of us and all we needed was an oil change.

3 different visits and each time has been Great....😊😊😊

2 cars had oil changes, waited awhile but they dud a good job and were very friendly.

Traveled over 70 miles to get here before 6pm on a spare, they refused to let me buy even 1 tire to get home. Even though only 2 people were ahead of me and their was 1 hour and a half before the tire center closed down
