Very friendly, and helpful. As I waited I watch people come in who needed their tires checked on at least two possibly three occasions and the staff got them in right away and on the road free of cost. That impressed me in this day and age that does not happen very often. God bless the staff,the workers, and of course, Gary!
This is the second vehicle that we have bought off of Memerings and both times the service has been wonderful. We are younger and most dealerships look at like some dumb kids but Memerings has always treated us like actual adults. They are very knowledgeable and easily answered all of our questions.

Recently - I had my compressor for my AC unit freeze up and the belt snapped off. I am getting this work done third party via warranty. After Memering completed the oil change and tire rotation (they didnt ask for my lug nut lock either) they gave me a report of fluid levels and overview of my truck. In there, they said my fluids were good and my belts were good.... except for the fact i only have 1 belt connected and not 2! This means that they didnt really check the health of the truck which makes me question on if the oil change and tire rotation were even completed. I brought this up to the service tech and the cashier ladies as I was paying and they just said oh, better make sure to tell them to actually inspect the vehicles. To me, this is unacceptable for being a Chevy dealer here in town and I probably wont ever go back their for service, or to purchase a vehicle.
If I could put zero stars I would. I purchased what I thought was going to be a new ECM, I waited a week and nothing showed, called back and they hadnt even sent it yet! They said they would pay for the freight, I got the part several days later... The part was used and unprogrammable as it already had a Tahoe vin in it, and clear markings that it was previously used for warranty. They told me I had to pay for freight to send it back to them...as if they could even use it? What is the point of me sending back an unusable ECM? DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THESE JOKERS! BUYER BEWARE!

Update- they contacted me and addressed the issue- they also mailed me a letter and gave me a complimentary oil change. I did go back and it was fine this time. I still will give them my business. I appreciate a business that owns their mistakes and makes them right.I have used them for 7 years to service my Regal and this last time has me all shook up. On my way to work, two days after getting my oil changed, I get a warning that my engine oil level is low. I’ve never had that before and it appeared that upon checking it was at least a quart low. Either I was shorted or they didn’t get something back on tight enough because my car has never leaked oil. I’m a bit worried about going back now.

Took my mother here to help her find a good reliable car, we looked at several 2016 and 2017 cars on the lot, every car we looked was dirty one extremely bad. Im not talking about just needing to be washed I mean they need a good detailing. one would not start and the other died in the middle of the road while on a test drive. Not anything I would trust to let my 74 year old mother drive.

In fact, I liked my first purchase, a 2013 Altima, so much that I kept it as a second vehicle when I purchased my 2020 Nissan Rogue. My own experience, as well as the experience of other family members, has proven that I can trust staff when reviewing contracts as opposed to questioning every sentence! Ive had all maintenance for my 2013 Altima done by Memering, and I will have all maintenance for my 2020 Rogue performed in its service department. Got my vehicle right in and very quick service
I went there for my headlights on Monday and I was told that I would get the car back later on the same day. When I came back they said they hadn’t put it back together yet. I didn’t get any notice of anything abnormal on the following Tuesday, Wed nor Thursday. I get a text on Friday saying that they’re done and then I gotta pay for over 8hrs of labor and $167 for parts for a total around $800. I had to still find a way to work for the next two weeks and come back to pay them. Surprisingly the headlights was still not working as I had brought it to them. They made me wait for another 15 minutes, then the “manager” came back with a little lightbulb trying to lecture me like I have no type of sense. I couldn’t let him insult me any longer so I left. At first I thought they were racist then I realized that I was too naive. The lady at the front desk couldn’t even look at me in my eyes. I’ve always thought that I paid enough attention to prevent people from taking advantage of me until then...

Do not take your diesel to get serviced here had an app. on may 14th they didnt even look at my truck till June 11th so 4 weeks. told them I had a stuck open injector as well as all other work that had been done to truck before hand and they finally diagnosed after the 5 week point. was told they had 6 hours invested into truck to tell me I was missing a fuse which caused a no start issue and my number 8 injector was the one stuck open wanted 2k to replace 1 injector and a fuel return line that was leaking. when asked if they could give me a break on price since it took so long then I was informed they had 10 hours in it and were only charging me for 6 and nothing else could be done. so over 500 dollars to tell me Im missing a fuse and my number 8 injector needs replaced

They wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee for a drivers side door module that was melting after I had already removed it from the door while it was smoking. I guess they wanted it to catch on fire. It was on a car they sold new. I was not amused.

Horrible service! They not only partially changed my oil instead of alerting me that my free service was not available. They broke my car play and became argumentative instead of accepting responsibility. Horrible experience it’s a wonder they have any business.
