Stacey the manager is the best.... she is honest and she tries so hard to get the best for her customers. She also treats the customers like they are family. They are so overly priced because they can ( we had no credit) and the vehicles always turn in to money pits plus they suck on trade in value...

Very bad place to buy a car. I wouldnt send my worst enemy there to get a car!! I would give 0 stars if I could. They should have there license pulled for the Vincennes Indiana store. Very rude there. They well not work with you. I called on Thursday told them Id be there the next day.. repo... They need sued for making predatory loans... Indiana needs to investigate these people every state they are in needs to investigate they are living the highe life from ripping people off

If you like your wages garnished buy you a 10,000 dollar car they bought for 500 then go for it

Ive got a good car from superior. Had it almost 2 years now. In that 2 years, Ive had to put a brake job on it. Normal maintenance up keep. Ive been late a day or two they never came and got my car. Never had any problems with the staff. Best Buy here pay here place around. Im about to pay mine off in about 6 months. Im pleased.

They way over price there cars and charge a lot of interest on top of that.They will want 10k for a 3k to 4k car they probably spent 2k on and when your done paying on it, you will have spent 16k on a 4k car. With higher miles.

Day 1 of buying a $12,500 Avenger, overheating problems, ALL 4 tires are totally different windshield is not sealed at all (looks like a home mechanic fix went wrong. They took it for a solid week and only changed a fuse. I have had the car back for one day now, drivers window had a small chip at time of purchase, it has spider webbed across the wondow while driving. The emgine light keeps popping up, the key they gave me os very cheaply made and actually TRIGGERS my alarm almost everytime I unlock it (was told by the vincennes dealership they could get me an estimate for new keys and fab but i would be paying for it. This isnt even half the list... NEVER SEND ANYONE EVEN AN ENEMY TO THIS JUNK YARD THEY ARE CALLING A DEALERSHIP.

Love these guys! Bought our car here and had to have work done they helped with that. And after getting in a wreck they have went well above and beyond to get us back on the road!!

Horrible customer service. I have purchased 2 vehicles through the Vincennes branch and have never missed a payment. Yet they are rude on the phone everytime I call to make a payment. Yesterday Kristi called me a liar and today her supervisor did too. Horrible company.

Ive never bougjt a car here but i have priced them high miles and no guarantee for a very hifh mounthly cost and very little trade in. For the ones i know that have bought cars from them that the cars break down and then you are paying for a junker that will cost u just as much to fix as thw car is worth. Use this place as a last option.

Never again. Im stuck with a car that doesnt run with a high price contract. Had the car a year and its set for 5 months not working out of that year because I cant afford the payment and a mechanic

If I could rate it lower I would. This company pushes lemons on to people using predatory lending practices. Once you buy the lemon and attempt to get it fixed through their selected mechanics, they add the fees on to the loan and rewrite the contract for each repair. When youve had enough of that and refuse to pay for crap, they reposses it, sell it at another auction, say you owe the difference, sue you and push to garnish your wages. They do not follow Kelly Blue Book pricing at all as our car was valued at $1500 and the buy here pay here loan was for $7000+, after them requiring $2000 down. Avoid this car sales lot at all cost. After the loan goes to collections (which is their own lawyer), somehow the debt in collections still accrues interest! You would be better off buying a fixer-upper from a junk yard than buying from this place or any car lot associated with Superior Auto.

The superior auto in vincennes they are the worst backstabbing basterds there are in the auto financing they try to intimdate. You when you buy from them and absolutely will not give you any slack at all even if you are out of town or have family emergency they dont even deserve a one star rating thats how awful they are also there employees give out information when they are home away from there they have a practice if you are one day late on your payment they come and get your car without a repo paper on the vehicle which the indiana state repo code they have too file a paper to the sherriffs office and use an autorized repo agent to do so they said they are but that is also a lie so dont trust them TJ and all of them are crooked.

All I can say is, make sure you are buying the car you want to be stuck with even if you make your payment on time every month you still can not trade in or up.
