Please PLEASE take the car you are interested in to an off site mechanic. I asked her to have her mechanic look at the car before purchase, said everything was fine. Two weeks later my car won’t start and now I have to pay $1000 out of pocket to replace fuel pump and positive battery cord. She blamed it on my driving. If it’s your first time buying a car please bring someone with you and do lots of research. It’s worth getting that $85 diagnostic to save you money down the road. Know your rights as well Consumer Rights Act 2015

I was extremely impressed with Cars USA, specifically Angie who I dealt with. Looking for a car out of necessity is the worst, and we all know it. Working with them was a seamless, pressure free process. I never felt pushed or shoved in a direction I didn’t want to go in. They are doing everything they can to make smooth my purchase of a2012 Kia Sorento. There are a few minor issues with the car that will be corrected and Nick put everything in writing to assure me that it will ALL get done to finalize the Deal. He even offered to provide a Loaner vehicle for me to drive until my Kia is fully ready to drive off the lot!!And I cant say enough aboutAngie G (gotta Love that name 😉)! She took care of me from the test drive to answering all my questions to completing my paperwork in between taking care of her busy work in the office! Staff was great. Car had oil leak they fixed it no questions asked. The environment was super chill, I almost feel like I have known them for a while. They jumped thru hoops to get the car cleaned and ready to go on time.

I purchased my 350z a year ago from these guys . when i first called them about the Z they were about to close and stayed open just so i could stop by and get a test drive in . haven’t drove manual in a while and they were patient and let me practice getting back used to it in a lot down the road . Yes the car had a few issues here and there but you’re buying a used car not a brand new one . Completely recommend to anyone looking into getting a car . 10/10 service .

Although the experience was great I was and am disappointed that the service center and communication about my car issues were not handled seriously. I understood the car is “as is” but When I was told that they would call me back whether it was the shot or a supervisor I didn’t receive a call from either one of them which is quite disappointing because they stated that they would try to assist me to the best of their ability and pass it along but neither party talk to me communicated with me and I ended up without my car for a month

Came to test drive a couple Hondas a few months ago and were left waiting on the couch for an hour while two (white hmm) customers were being helped by two sales people. The blonde older lady seemd pretty rude and I heard her making fun of someone(maybe employee or customer) on the phone. The person at the front desk seemed overwhelmed and was loudly informed by who I think is the owner that she needed to do her job and if she couldnt she would be fired?? Anyway we ended up driving a couple cars and it was getting late I wasnt really ready to buy. Both the blonde lady and owner werent ready to let me go, I understand theyre trying to sell cars but it was a little much for me. Anyway, ended up buying an accord a couple months ago and it was just barely out of factory warranty which Id been able to look up on carfax. When I asked abt buying warranties she kind of talked me out of it, seemed like she was tired of the paperwork by the end of it and it took like 2 hours to do everything but we were the only ones there. There was a different girl at the front desk and the sales people seem to just not like their employees. Oh!! After spending half a day trying to buy this car they essentially refused to let me leave without giving a review. So I can see why they have so many! I ultimately turned off my phone when they left the little room in the back (which smelled kinda weird?) and I was really thrown off when I realized the owner office had a two way mirror. The entire place seemed micromanaged and next time Ill have to go somewhere else, you get what you pay for I guess.

A/C worked perfect for the first drive, then the next morning after i bought it the A/C doesnt work. I saw for myself it was leaking R134 from multiple places and a shop confirmed it and did the repair for me.to make it worse, Angie from CARS USA ended up calling me to say they didnt charge the right amount of registration and i had to pay more money to get my license plates and title. i wouldnt trust them to put gas in a car.edit: I did them let them know about it, and lady closed the door in my face, later the guy there threatened to take me to court for leaving a bad review. this place is a joke.

We came and left with the vehicle that my wife wanted, but there were caveats. The vehicle needed repairs, after promises that it would get done, we have had to call and receive no call back, just reassuring. Its a simple part, simple repair. The salesman was really pushy for the review and talked my wife into it while I was on the phone, I didnt appreciate that. They did get us a great loan, also a nice vehicle. I will update this if they get the vehicle fixed, but the experience was muddied a bit now. Would still recommend them, but watch over them and get things in writing.

The process was very quick, the team were all very nice! They made sure the car I took home today was in perfect conditions! --- the AC issue came back a month later .. I could hear an escape sound and no cooling. I took it to different shops for repair, according to them it was a new AC system and only the Honda dealership could fix.. $1600 to fix because it was broken and it did have a hole... I honestly do not know what kind of 150 certified preowned they run over there.. and there is a tire that looses air every 5 days...

Probably one of the nicest auto dealerships Ive ever been to as far as the manager...Mario. His assistant Angie... Absolutely no pressureMario and Angie both were very friendly.They actually make u feel like youve known them forever. We were extremely comfortable there. Mario has extensive knowledge of cars because he LOVES WHAT HE DOES. A rarity in todays market. Bottom line...they are honest...no bs...and we got exactly what his sign posted. Car selection was great and we found that his sign was honest. We couldnt find the car at any other dealer for the price we got. I would buy another car from Mario and plan on steering my friends there...🇺🇸

My cousin is in the military and bought a car from there that had issues. They have refused to fix the issues they sold the car with. As someone in the car industry I find this very unprofessional. Stay away from this dealership! They sell cars that have issues then refuse to do anything about the pre existing issues. Especially for those serving our country for their freedom.

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT buy from this location. They dont look after our Military. My son purchased a car when he was home after being gone for a year. We noticed a noise and took it to the Mitsubishi dealership before my son would have drove it 19 hours. The Mitsubishi dealership said it had internal engine damage. We called the dealership every single day and every day I heard, let me look into that. The last thing I heard was that the receipt I sent showing what the Mitsubishi dealership found, they stated that the receipt didnt say Mitsubishi Dealership. I told Angie to call and verify because I cant help what the receipt said. AGAIN, let me look into that and call you back. That was January 7th. Sill have not heard anything. I had to purhase a last minute plane ticket for over $600 to get him back to base in time, I had to spend another $979 to ship it to him because I didnt want him paying for a car that he owes about $9500 (including loan interest). It is still making noise and I am currently trying to add this company to a Military Do Not Use list!!! Please keep looking for a car lot that will work with you if there is a problem.
