The service took a long time, but I was glad to be working with Jeremy McCormack, who kept me updated and was really nice and patient with me. The only complaint I have is that the service takes a long time. I was just getting an inspection, but service was so backed up and over scheduled, that it took a lot longer then it should. I appreciated being updated on my vehicle though, because in the past its never happened. He was really nice and kept me informed the whole way and Im very thankful for that. Thats what saved the visit for me. I think they are over scheduling appointments and trying to do more cars then they can handle. If the appointments and volume was lowered, people would be happier and the waits times would be acceptable. Im very thankful for a good visit and Im thankful to have worked with Jeremy. I will be looking out for him from now on and I promised a good review to him for making my visit great!

I had a very bad experience at Priority Honda (rude and aggressive, hostile environment) When I visited Hall Mary Dickens a Service Advisor greeted me with a friendly smile to include Shannon, the Service Manager. Without having an appointment scheduled they had my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced a gentleman walked bye me and wanted to ensure I was taken care of as he introduced himself. This fine gentleman with the Service Director, Amil Krueger. The gentleman that actually serviced my vehicle (I am sorry I can not remember his name) was extremely knowledgeable, professional and informative. He took very good care of my vehicle and I can not wait to visit again, knowing that I will be greeted with the upmost respect and friendly smiles, moreover knowing my vehicle is in the best hands. Even the gentleman that checked me out, David, was warm and welcoming. It is people like Sharon Warren who in spite of having situations beyond their control yet maintain their pleasant attitude and calming nature that puts a very good face on Hall Honda. I bought a 2021 Honda Passport, which I love. I had never been in for any kind of service because the car is so new, so when I had a low tire pressure warning on my dashboard, I had to go to Hall Honda to get nitrogen in my tires instead of regular air.They couldnt have been more nicer. I pulled up in the service bay without an appointment, and they came out and put the nitrogen in my tire. He even checked all of the other tires and I was on my way in less than five minutes.

The team at Hall Honda did a fantastic job working with my family. I arrived day 1 by myself to introduce myself to a salesperson and share a little about our goals for our trade in and new car desires. Maurice was my sales consultant and he listened well to what I was describing and acted quickly to help me come to some conclusions. I returned the next day with my wife and our 4 month old baby. Maurice wasnt working that day but I contacted him before arriving and he called the dealership and got us set up with Dylan to continue to assist us. It was a very smooth transition. Dylan was great in sharing the details of our desired vehicle with my wife and joined her on a test drive while I stayed at the dealership with our son. We werent ready to make a decision that day and they did not pressure us to do so. We returned the following day and both Maurice and Dylan were present and helped us finalize the details of our selection and purchase. The management and finance team were very efficient and understood we had limited time with a 4 month old joining us for the paperwork that can often take hours. We ended up with a fantastic new Honda Passport and were very pleased with every part of the journey. Highly recommend the team at Hall Honda!

I paid 6k for an extended warranty when I bought my vehicle from the Hall dealership. It seems it was a waste of money because the service department is pure garbage. No one knows what’s going on and no one takes responsibility. I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday night for a Thursday morning appointment. It’s Saturday and I have still not received any worthwhile customer service. My car hasn’t been repaired or even looked at. I am beyond frustrated with this situation. It seems I’m going to have to get a ride back to the service center and say WTH in person.

These guys are con artists who pretend to have your interest at hand, but then they hustle you. Quick tricks followed by let me go see how I can fight for you in the back. They marked up their MSRP from Honda recommended prices, then added supply/demand fees. Overcharged by over $6k. If you are military, steer clear.

Ive had excellent experiences with both the Sales and Service teams here--as car dealers go, they are relatively non-pushy. High kudos to my salesman, who let test drive the vehicle to other dealerships under their name so I could test my two final choice vehicles back to back.The quality of the Service Department has so far been excellent--however, they are not quick. An appointment for recall work that was supposed to take 1.5-2h stretched into 6h, and an oil change took 3h. Make an appointment, and dont plan on waiting with your vehicle--drop it off and come back. Their waiting area is comfortable (free wifi, comfy chairs, could use more power outlets) but 3h in any waiting room is too much.

We went in today at Hall Honda Virginia Beach to find a Honda Accord Sport 2021, Anas Lear and the GM was really helpful & nice, excellent customer service! They gave me a great price for the car and I ended up going home with my brand new car. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for cool and affordable cars.

Barb Howard is the best! My husband and I purchased a new CR-V a few months ago and, as senior citizens, needed help with the newer technology. Ive seen Barb three different times, and she has consistently been helpful. On my third visit last week, as we were saying our goodbyes, she even told me to call again if I needed more help. THAT, she can count on! :-)

I bought my car at the end of may it drove good for a week or two and every since it’s been constant issues with it and don’t even bother taking it to the service department they won’t actually fix it I brought it to them 3 times today was the 4th, it drives worse after each visit this place is a waste of money and time, they just give you the run around and it seems like it’s always issues with the cars they sell because the amount of people that be waiting in service. I was also very displeased with my visit up there today they tried to tell me there’s nothing wrong with my car and that it drives “fine” one of my main concerns was my brakes I almost ran into the back of people cars due to the brakes not working properly they told me it is “fine” as well but completely dismissed what I said I could have gotten in an accident. I also had close family members drive it and they say the same thing I say is wrong with it. I’ve driven peoples cars that actually work properly I know how to operate a vehicle. I also been waiting 3 weeks for a rental they told me they have none which I had a rental from here before, I received one the same day not sure what changed especially since Shannon put me first on the list to get one this time I just don’t want my car to be in a worse condition due to it still not being fixed and it being a necessity to drive it day to day.I’ve missed multiple days of work for this car due to the fact I didn’t want it to break down or anything

Adam has been my service advisor for a couple of years now and every time I leave my vehicle there he does a great job at explaining to me what is being done with my car. I can tell the service team there is thorough and that they do their best for each customer. I appreciate the peace of mind that I can take my car to a reliable dealership when needed and then drive off with confidence that my car is safe and good to go! Adam and Dave were able to work with American Honda Corporation on my most recent issue with my Civics AC to get the costs taken care of since it was the right thing to do. The charges were a little over $1700!

I had a great night last night getting my first new car in 20 years. I felt like a kid all over again. The whole team was great including Neil in management & Darryl Cross in finance, who did a great job especially since it was past closing time when we were finishing up. The best though was my sales consultant Prince. He was awesome from beginning to end and we chatted a lot while we were waiting for my vehicle to be fully detailed. He answered all my questions very knowledgably and showed me all the bells & whistles on my new Odyssey and believe me, theres lots of bells & whistles. BTW, the detailing team also did a great job, thank you. Theres nothing like that new car smell! Thanks to everyone and I will highly recommend you to anyone that I come across that needs a new vehicular unit!

Service here is absolutely pitiful. Dropped my car off for an appointment I had at 9:30, no problem. Pulled it in for PAB inspection and recall check again no problem here. They performed a recall check neglected to inform me that it was complete. Upon telling me that, there is a diagnostic for SRS light, during this period everyone and their mothers in this place stepped out for lunch. At this point its 12:30. Its 3:30 now and Im just leaving with my car and all they had to do was plug a sensor back in. Also neglected to tell me this was complete. Total joke. No communication, and how to you make money if the time is not valued. 3 hours to diagnose the airbag light and plug in a sensor. Ridiculous

Safety 1 of 5. Quality of work 2 of 5. This was a horrible experience. AC not working and is being replaced under warranty (the only good part of this whole situation). This is the 3rd time it has been back for the same issue. Service is quicker than expected but the quality is garbage. Also, the safety of their customers does not appear to be important. When I picked up the vehicle for the 2nd time the hood was NOT pushed down all the way. I didnt notice until I was on the highway. I had to pull over to push it down.

My wife and I went in to Hall Honda after initially working with Maurice. He was very flexible with communicating primarily via text. Unfortunately, when we finally were able to make it to the dealership he was unavailable, but thats where Romario stepped in. Romario greeted us with great energy and a positive attitude. He made sure to listen to our needs and any concerns we had with the vehicle we wanted, especially with how insane the auto market is. We started late on a Sunday and Romario stayed with us through the whole process and explained all of the key features as well as the added services we were interested in. We can honestly say if it wasnt for him at that time we probably would have waited on making a purchase, but is positivity and understanding made us feel completely comfortable in our decision. We 1000% recommend Hall Honda to friends, family, and anyone else; especially if they are fortunate enough to work with Romario.

Shannon took great care of me and my situation. They found that someone had tried to cut my catalytic converter off my car and rather than charge me 1500 to replace it, she sent me to the Muffler Shop for their opinion. That was the honest thing to do. Thanks, Hall, for doing the right thing.

We had a great experience with Hall Honda on the Blvd. Anas Rai is a fantastic sales person with a ton of knowledge on his product. He was able accommodate my need for the bottom line and my wifes preferences on the Pilot Touring edition. We feel like we got a good value and had a great experience. Patrick the manager and Brian in finance were also great. All very knowledgeable and professional and also realized the value of my time and purchase. All around great experience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Where do I start?!!! They will tell nothing but lies and pull your credit obsessively without your permission. The finance manager Lawrence is a joke! He will make up anything to get you to let him pull your credit and change the down payment each time!!! Also while I was there someone had just purchased a Honda and they were coming in for an issue they were already having with the vehicle!!! Runnnnnnnn!!!!!!

I sent out an inquiry and the sales person, Ms. Bruce called back within 10 minutes with multiple options. I settled on a Kia Soul and we are completely satisfied. It took some time for my bank to complete all of my paperwork but the staff patiently waited for us. Thank you for your service .
