My husband and I had our eye on a red Jeep Wrangler Unlimited at Premier. My husband stopped by several times and looked at a number of vehicles on the lot, Tom always being very helpful and knowledgeable. Finally, my husband took that red Jeep for a test drive and it rode like a dream. So smooth, and way better than we ever imagined. We came back together to make a deal, Tom offered us way more than we expected on our trade-in and negotiated a fair price on the Jeep (better than any other in the area). We were able to add on an extended warranty and really made out quite well in the deal. Tom was professional, and kind, really a good spirited man. We have bought cars at some of the big dealerships in the area and always felt taken advantage of, or just more dollar signs. That was definitely not the case here. I highly recommend giving Premier Auto Brokers a shot if youre in the market for a used car.

There was a 2013 VW Passat TDI I had my eye on and called to see about buying the car sight unseen as Im a truck driver. Tom, Gabe and Mary were absolutely awesome!!! Everything was able to get taken care of via phone and an online wire transfer to buy the car. I am super excited to pick my new wheels up on or around July 1st as thats when Ill be in town. Absolutely a great experience and I will update this with pictures of my vehicle but I definitely will buy from this dealer in the future as everything went extremely smoothly. Absolutely a 5 star plus rating!!!!Update: picked up my car on Wednesday June 30th and I absolutely love it!!! Im super happy with this car and I will certainly do more business with this dealer.

Cant say enough good things about Gabe and the guys at Premier. Little to no haggle because vehicle was priced so fairly. Gabe went above and beyond in getting me lowest possible rate. Fair deal on my trade-in. Purchased quite a few vehicles in past and this did not even feel like a negotiation. Just more like 2 people having an open and honest conversation about numbers. 10/10 would recommend!

I bought a 2012 Hyndai Sonata (fully loaded) with 46,000 miles on it!!! Tom his brother promptly greeted me and was very warm and inviting. Gabriel processed everything and handled my personal information with care. He did not send my info out to 10 banks having my credit take a harsh hit. The financial manager, Roy I call him, the Blessing from GOD, very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and You tell him your situation and he Works with JESUS, Lol, to get you approved!.. If Roy cant get you financial, nobody can! The guys that wash your car and put your tags on, 100 degrees outside and they never complained. I bought an SUV from Tom and Kevin in October 2017. I had tried to purchase the same vehicle from competitor and they basically laughed in my face with my offer. Tom and Kevin did not make me feel like a moron like the other car salesman did and we agreed on a comprised price! I had a few issues with the vehicle after the purchase and Premier helped me with the repairs, and even met me at the NC/VA border to drop the vehicle back off to me. I love my vehicle and will purchase another one from Premier!

Is this a sketchy little car lot? Absolutely. Did they help me out of a jam and get me into a nice truck, in a financial situation I was comfortable with? Also yes.

Would never recommend them to anyone and I will never do business with them again. They drag their feet with paperwork and cause the customer great inconvenience.Ive had my vehicle for one month and the vehicle is fine, the buying experience was okay. However, they drag their feet on the paperwork once you leave the lot. They dont call you once your tags are ready, I had to call them on day 30. Their response, yes they will be ready by end of day. I suspect that they have tags and registration stickers on site they can issue immediately, but they sit on the paperwork and your registration fees so, in my opinion, they can get a few extra dollars from the interest of holding on to your money. They also sat on submitting the title until 30 days causing me to risk my interest rate skyrocketing when my credit union doesnt receive proof that I actually purchased a vehicle.When I confronted Mary, after fumbling around with what I suspect was a standard excuse and I kept pressing, she just said I have 40 days to do it. Well you did it in 30 days Mary, congratulations!

Three months...havent had my vehicle in my possession once because these guys sold a piece of crap with problems they knew about.All vehicles on the lot are mere auctioned vehicles with major major flaws. I purchased a vehicle that had been returned by a military member because they had to get their JAG involved. When I received the vehicle, it was in the same condition. This business did absolutely nothing to make repairs to the vehicle; simply put it right back on the lot for sale.We were able to come to a half-ass agreement to make repairs to the vehicle. It has now been three months and I am still not in possession of my vehicle. First three monthly payments out of my pocket down the drain. When I got the vehicle for a test drive after their mechanic fixed it, THE REAREND CAUGHT ON FIRE! For another month, they legitimately stole my vehicle; would not tell me where it was even after the third time of asking.Now that I have located it, barely anything in our agreement was fixed. I recently found out that the body shop it was in, it has just been sitting. The owner of the body shop tells me he had to go out of town for a few days; I’m okay with that, life happens. However, for those few days, this dealership kept telling (lying to) me that repairs were being made. I would have been fine with being told the truth, nothing wrong with that.Speaking of truth, Gabe and I cut a deal to have a check returned to me in my favor of such a beat up vehicle. During the repairs, he tells me he may need to cut into that check BUT SAYS HE WOULD CALL ME FIRST TO GET PERMISSION. When I went to pick up the check, it was six hundred dollars short with no explanation or phone call.In my experience with this dealership, I would say stay away especially military members. They will try and tell you that they respect and appreciate your service; and it’s all smiles from them when you are there in person but beware of these guys.Worst family run business in America!

I love these crazy guys.. lol. I have bought 3 cars from them. They are honest and reputable. They will not put you in something that they know has any issues or will cause trouble later. They seem to pick out the best vehicles that are in good condition. They will really work with you if you build trust with them and they gave me a free soda. lol. I like them. We are like family now. I just go there to see what they have sometimes because really, anything is possible with them. You have a dream, try it with these guys, they will be more likely to see it through then the average guys. I know from experience.

Please dont visit premier auto on Rosemount rd in Virginia Beach. They put my daughters life and my life in danger by selling me a horrible car promising that the car could make it to Florida but it couldnt even make it down the street. Im suppose to move to Florida in a few weeks before my husband got back from deployment. The car had a leaking radiator and a head gasket blown. They kept taking off the check engine light saying it was the gas cap. Also the inspection sticker might be a fake. Please avoid. They took my money and wont give it back after multiple times I said I didnt want the car. They dont show respect to military service members and their spouses. They take your money and sell you a horrible car. I drove the car one week out the three weeks I had it. And I still dont have the car and paying insurance for a car Im not even driving. THEY DONT CARE that theyre selling bad cars. PLEASE AVOID!!

This place is full of liars, I was sold a car that had a bad oil leak! I was told that the engine was checked but later found out it was not they hooked up their diagnostics and said there was a problem with the exhaust, thats because the oil had leaked into the exhaust system I had to pay over 3800 to fix the car on top of paying a high interest loan. Do NOT shop here. Sales staff are dishonest and knowingly sell bad vehicles
