Legit asian market with big variety and good prices. Lots of fresh seafood. Had jimmy crab for 4.50 a pound at the time we went.

First time here, this small place is packed with people, maybe weekend??A lot of good Asian choices here, although the aisles are pretty small, but found everything I need, comparing price with other Asian stores, very good price here, will definitely come back again!

Small place, but packed with a lot of goodies, I like to come here to buy crabs every afternoon, its become my daily routine, over the years Ive been to other Asian stores, as far as crab price, size and quality concern, this is by far Hands down the best one in this area!

I came in with a list of ingredients Id never heard of, which Im going to use to make Chinese BBQ pork. I called in earlier to verify that they had what I was looking for. The lady was very patient with me as I went down my list. And then she went down Aisle 5 with me and got me everything I needed. I was most impressed by their wide variety and especially by the customer service. This will be my one-stop shop for Chinese ingredients going forward. The only problem is that its so far from my house, but I cant hardly penalize them for that, can I? I live out in the boonies.

I do enjoy coming here to shop. It is a smaller store, so be prepared to squeeze through the aisles.Also with the smaller store, there may not be as large a selection as some other stores, but there is a good selection of fresh fish to choose from.Definitely worth popping into, and seeing if they have something you would like.

Really good selection here. A few that even Four Seasons doesnt have. Trade off is that the rows are much more narrow. I kept bumping into things since there isnt much walking room. Comparable prices to Four Seasons as well. Good shopping on off hours when less people are in there.

We love the Green tea sold here. Prices are really good. Its a small store but they are packed with a large variety of items. Prices are good and we return at least once a month.

Love the varied veggies & fresh quality. I find items at Asia Grocery that are hard to find elsewhere. I shop there & feel Im having a mini trip to Asia. They also carry Hispanic seasonings.

It is my second time here, love this place, they are always busy here, but feel like a home, like i mentioned last time, this place is a hidden gem for asian product, specially Thaidland and Philippine items, got everything i need, very reasonable price, will be back next time when i am in town, thanks again!

Its fairly small store but they have pretty good selection for Southeast Asian staples and ingredients. Their prices are very competitive and you need its always good to look for the seasonal fruit for a treat.

A lot of Asian stuff and good price. Nice check and helpful. I tried the Wanglao Ji, love it and will be getting more. It’s pretty good for your health, google it and found a lot of helpful benefits drinking this herbal beverage.

Ive been shopping here for about 25 years now and havent seen much change in all that time. The place has been allowed to deteriorate a little over the years but since new ownership recently took over it is getting cleaned up a bit. Inventory, prices, organization, etc... are basically the same as before. The biggest difference is in the attitude of the staff which is now decidedly more friendly and approachable. If you have a question they are happy to provide answers.Like most Asian markets in this part of the 757, Asia Grocery has a wide variety of products crammed into a small space with crowded aisles. If you are pushing a shopping cart dont expect to be able to pass another customer with a cart in an aisle because most of the aisles are just too narrow. The aisles are considerably wider and easier to navigate on the side of the store where they sell fresh produce, fresh and frozen fish and seafood, frozen meats and many other frozen items.The fresh produce selection is decent and quality is good. The fresh fish and seafood is kept on ice and always of good quality. They have good prices on live blue crabs, much lower than at local seafood markets. Freezer boxes always appear to be in good working order keeping their huge selection of a great variety of frozen products ready to purchase. Anyone for durian? You can get it here, both the whole fruit or just the tasty flesh. Canned, bottled and dry goods are very plentiful with a very wide selection of products from China, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Japan, Korea and more. A wide selection of rice in bulk or smaller bags is plentiful and they have a huge selection of noodles. In addition togrocery items they carry a good supply of pots and pans, rice cookers, dishes, incense and other household items.Overall, Asia Grocery is a pretty decent place to shop. Prices are competitive across the board. Some prices are lower than their competitors, some are higher, most are about the same. They carry some items I cant find elsewhere and seem to have most everything my wife and I look for when shopping for Asian groceries. The store is located in the Hunters Mill Shoppes which is a small shopping center with a common parking lot which affords ample parking for Asia Grocery and the other stores in the shopping center. The parking lot is generally free of trash and debris. They are open seven days a week which makes it pretty convenient.

Small space packed with an awesome variety of groceries! This store has everything I need. Usually I shop at GrandMart but they are missing a few essential items which I have been able to find here. Happy this store exists. :D

I live on the Outer Banks so there are no Asian markets around here which is really sad because there are Asian people just like me that cant seems to get what we need, I know the grocery stores and Walmart do their best to cater to us but its not enough and a lot of the stuff they have is not what wed like or use so every few months or so you take a trip up to the Asian grocery store in Virginia and Shop for all the things I will need. Asian grocery store has a couple items that I cannot find at other stores the owners and the people that work there are very friendly and willing to help those that cannot find something or is new to the store I appreciate the generosity and the variety of stuff they have that I need.

They have EVERYTHING!!! If you are claustrophobic, this isnt the place for you.

Adequate inventory of goods imported from many countries! We go here occasionally to get produce, Maggi seasoning, and instant noodles. They also have a good selection of Japanese, Thai, and Vietnamese snacks.

Been shopping here for many years. Excellent customer service, large selection of rice, noodles and fresh/frozen/canned items. Absolutely love this grocery store. I would give them six stars if it was possible.

Went in to get some crabs... Store had an excellent variety of unique fruits and vegetables. I was so busy looking that I almost forgot what I came in there for.

Hard to find an Asian store here in Virginia. They have a great selection and a lot of the items I’d find back home. Great price as well.

Small store, large parking lot, variety foods. Fresh fruit and meat. All kinds of ethnic food such as seasoning, canned foods, green veggies. Fish is cheap.

Huge selection and great prices. If you need ramen go here. 20 bucks will fill a cart.

Awesome selection. I was making thai basil rolls and found everything for it. They have huge bushels of basil for a fraction of supermarket prices. Tons of noodles, sauces, etc. Nice people too.

Maybe small but has lots of items you can find. FYI, they have fresh cha siu pow and other selections on Fridays. These came from New York Chinatown. Service is good, very friendly to the customers.

The Asia Grocery has a good selection of fresh whole fish and the prices were fair.

Its small little store with tons to buy I enjoyed it because I get some things cheaper here than at Grand Mart. The staff is incredible and the atmosphere is great even the frequent customers are kind.

This place was a lifesaver! My regular henna person isnt an option anymore and I decided to start doing it myself. This shop had a few options for henna hair dye and conditioner (I chose the one I could read lol), and so many other goodies!!It was kinda packed (Saturday afternoon) so I just ran in for my stuff and left. Next time Im definitely picking up some snacks and trying their food, and probably stocking up on incense since they have a huge amount.They have a $5 minimum for card, and a 10% discount for cash. The staff is really nice and efficient, one of them even came out to help people exit the lot when a big landscaping truck blocked us all in.

This market was pretty decent compared to others in the area. Found fresh jute leaves and kangkong which seems to be rare around the area.

This place is very convenient close to my place. They almost have everything for great price. My go to for filipino lucky me pancit canton and kopiko all in 1 coffee. They have reasonable price for every item. Filipino stores are way to expensive for kopiko $11 - $12? Seriously not worth it. So id rather go to this place, small but packed with almost everything you need and friendly people.
