Had a great experience. Dr. Lee was very through in performing my examination. When my exam was completed, the Dr. explained the results very clearly so that I understood what he was showing me. I was seen immediately when I needed help. The diagnosis of my problem with the battery charger was quick and accurate, and it was repaired immediately. The Beltone staff were friendly and accommodating. And the coffee and snacks were good too.

Michael Lee has done a great job with assisting me with the information about the new updated hearing aids. I have been dealing with beltone every since I was 8 years old and now being 57 years old Beltone has been the only way. Yes, I have tried other hearing aids companies, due to my health insurance. However, remembering with the Beltones hearing aids sounded like, I had to go back!!Even then Beltone hearing aids sounded better. I have known Barri Growler every since she open the Pembroke office. I have to say every person I dealt with under her supervision were VERY professional. All I can say is Thank You Beltone for all you did for me as a teacher. For 31 years now, you all have made my job a little easier! Now with that being said, for the number of years and the number of hearing aids I have purchased from Beltone I shouldnt have to purchase any more!! I took my elderly mother in this morning. The staff if awesome. They were very friendly and very kind and understanding. Great place.

We first went to Beltone Independence Blvd, a year and a have ago. We have gone back for check ups, they are always very professional. But, make us feel like we are there seeing our friends. Garys hearing aides had broken. We went back, last week. Our friends were so happy to see us, and we were so glad to see Michael, Dianna and Haydn. They fixed Gary up with new hearing aides. They have changed his whole quality of life. To say thank you, seems so small for the difference they have made in our lives. We truly thank you, Michael, Dianna and Haydn.

From the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I asked Michael to show me the new Imagine system. After an in-office trial I asked if I could try the heating aids over the weekend and Michael granted my request. I love the audio clarity and direct-to-ear sound feature. My follow-up appointment is this coming Monday. I plan to purchase the system even though the aids are not compatible yet with my Samsung Galaxy S20+5G phone. I can wait until compatability is available, but I wont wait to contine enjoying the benefits already accessible manually! Great product! Great personal service! Great Pemboke office!

Michael Lee, LHIS restored our faith in humanity! My mother is 80 yrs old and on 24 hour oxygen due to COPD. She was too week to leave her home to go to the office for a hearing test.Michael Lee allowed me to come in and explain all of my mothers specific needs to include the fact that her hands shake too much to change hearing aid batteries and that the hearing aid wire behind her ears interfere with her oxygen cord and PPE mask. He suggested rechargeable batteries and volunteered to make a house call to her home on his way out of town to visit his own elderly parents that he had not seen since the outbreak of the pandemic just to make sure she was taken care of until his return. He offered to fit her for hearing aids that go in the ear w/out the wire behind her head. He also aloud her a loaner pair while hers were being ordered as she was w/out any hearing aids at all because the pair we ordered online from another company quit working after two weeks.His level of professionalism and expression of human kindness was astounding and will forever be appreciated by our family. As well as that of his staff members, Grace, and Haden who even assisted in bringing water out to the car for my dog while he waited during my discussion with Michael Lee.

This Beltone Office is wonderful. I have worked with Michael Lee, LHIS when he was in the Chesapeake office and then when he moved to this office. Michael is a professional, kind and thoughtful provider of service. He worked with me to show me options to improve my hearing and offered me a unit to test for a week or 2 to see how I liked the new technology. He has never tried to sell me anything that wasnt in my best interest, while others have tried to upsell me to a hearing aid that was more costly but was more then what I needed. Id recommend Michael Lee to anyone contemplating needing a hearing aid test, or just wondering if they could improve their hearing. Michael will never lead you for what is in his best interest but in yours.
