While the audiologist I saw was knowledgeable and timely, I did not appreciate her seeming annoyance at my struggle as I did the hearing tests. There were times where I couldnt hear the tones and did not provide a response for an extended period of time - which I understand can be frustrating to anyone measuring any type of data. But I simply could not hear the beeps and in many cases was unsure if there was even a stimulus being played, or it was just my tinnitus. She described it as pushing me I assume much the way a coach pushes an athlete but I dont feel that approach was appropriate in my context. All it did was make me anxious and second guess my responses. I did not have this same problem with two other hearing tests I had done with other audiologists later this year.I do appreciate however being referred to an ENT to address my anomalous hearing loss as well as a thorough examination with the available equipment.

I went to see her a few years ago needing a hearing aid she never followed up with me nor returned my calls regarding obtaining a hearing aid. I was very disappointed that someone like her being a certified audiologist just ignoring a patient that came to her for help.

Courteous, polite, professional. Clearly loves what she does and it reflects in her work.Went in originally to get ear moldings done for CIEMs, but the right ear impression got damaged in the mail. She took impressions again on the damaged ear for free, and the visit was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

I was seen for hearing loss and then refered to ENT who repeated a hearing test. Turns out Molly at this location seems to be a better option. After I saw ENT they want to repeat my hearing test by a person like I had done. She asks you to repeat what you hear vrs a computer screen that has 3 choices and your going to choose the one that sounds close to Plane when the options are Plane, Cake and Hat unless you really hear nothing getting the correct answer if you only heard the sound P. I like Mollys testing service and style.Obviously its more accurate then the computer generated one because I now have to have her test repeated by ENT.

Visited Dr. Howlett to have ear impressions made for custom in ear monitors from JH Audio. She was kind enough to squeeze me in her schedule the same day I called. She was professional and kind, and administered a hearing test just to make sure everything was fine.The IEMs based on Dr. Howletts impressions came back from JH Audio fit perfectly. Would recommend her services and advice to anyone looking for hearing aids or monitors.
