The packing service left a lot to be desired as the 2 initial individuals had a poor attitude and did not pack items carefully. They also complained consistently throughout the whole process.On a different note the loading/unloading/transport crew, which was different then the packing crew, did an excellent job! Juan Martinez in particular was great throughout the whole process and took great care with our items while providing a high quality service.In summary, the packing experience was poor and would not use again, however definitely recommend Juan to anyone for a move!

Beware of the salesman. He was happy to tell us that other companies were lieing to us and make promises that Brooks was not able to meet. On the other hand office staff and the movers who did the work were outstanding. Very pleasant and really seem to like working for the company. All of our interactions with Brooks were very professional.

Great experience with the Brooks crew (Wendel, Dale, Shawn, and Sean)! The crew was on time, worked diligently, and made sure that our newly built home didnt sustain any damages while moving 13,000+ lbs into it!! Troia Brown and Kate Ritas were two amazing women who packed our 2,500 square foot home in 1.5 days. They were on time, professional and took care of our things like it was their own. We were constantly offering our assistance and they continuously refused. With their combined 28 years of moving and packing experience we felt like we were in great hands, and that if we were to assist we would probably just be in their way. We thank them for their friendly service and all around professionalism.

This review and score is limited to just the people moving my stuff in. I am still missing items and have some items damaged during the move process. My entire experience was great. Dana did an amazing job of explaining the process from start to finish. She was very down to earth, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible which was nice. Same with anytime I needed to contact the front office with questions or to request boxes, Erika and Katie were amazing as well. The movers who loaded my belongings Ricky and Kyle did a wonderful job as well. They were very detailed in making sure my stuff was protected, and moved carefully. They did all of it in a timely fashion too. I cant speak for the movers who unloaded into my new home since I was not there, but I was told they were very professional, careful, fast, and great to talk to. My belongings arrived earlier than expected thankfully, and nothing was damaged. Overall this company and the superstar team that worked with me was perfect. Everyone had a great caring attitude and was a joy to talk to which helped since moving is a very stressful event in itself. My experience with this company made my move 100x easier, and less stressful.

This was an excellent company to work with from the very beginning when Mike Denny came to give us an estimate up until the time that Ricky, Sean and Eric moved us in. Ricky, Sean and Eric were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time and worked efficiently and had us in an hour under schedule.

We did a military move with Corey and Jonny, these guys were AWESOME! They showed up on time with great attitudes, ready to work! Super fun to chat with and very considerate of our belongings. They also answered all the questions we had. We got to our new place and have since unloaded all of our boxes. All of our things were carefully wrapped and packed very well, nothing was broken! The service provided by the Brooks team was very poor and subpar.Poor planning by Brooks management caused them to promise what they could not deliver. A one day delivery was promised even after we questioned this promise. Their lack of planning caused us to either unpack 100+ boxes ourselves over a weekend or live with limited access to our beds, kitchen, living room and public condo areas. The management team set up their moving team to fail by only sending three movers and then one of things movers leaving for a personal emergency at noon...even with three movers, it was not possible to finish in a day.While the moving team was set up to fail, their attitudes at the end of the day was unacceptable. After telling one moved to stop throwing trash and empty boxes off a stairwell balcony over a public walkway, the movers chose to tell at my wife; sarcasm when asking to sign paperwork; not completing cleanup until I asked them to finish getting the trash out ( Are you asking me or telling me to remove the boxes? ); refusing to unload boxes in the floor when directed (and in compliance with the contract); and then leaving their trash both in the house (drink cup) and in the community drive (nails & wood chunks from the lift vans).In the unscheduled second day of work, we asked them to remove the remaining boxes and packing trash as we unpacked the 100+ boxes in our own over the weekend. They did an admirable job moving the trash. The general manager did come out and apologize for the troubles the previous Friday. While this was nice, it did not make up for the frustration and aggravation of their employees or our time doing their work for them.A poor performance...I cant recommend using this company.

A recent moving experience was made a pleasure due to the team members we worked with from Brooks Transfer & Storage Co. We had made arrangements with another moving company that fell through several days before the move out day and Erika at Brooks worked with us in order meet our deadline. Michael Denney came for the estimate and to explain their process and answered all questions we had. Storage at their facility in VB for several months was involved. He was thorough, professional, timely, pleasant and accurate. Adam H. and Kyle C. were the crew that handled the packing, loading and moving to the Brooks Storage facility. They arrived on time and handled challenges (street closed due to construction requiring finesse backing up the truck in to position) and a non-functioning elevator. Both issues taken in stride and resolved. The elevator was back in working condition while packing was being done. Adam and Kyle were polite, professional, hard working, careful and thorough.I highly recommend Brooks Transfer & Storage Co and would use their services again.

I had a 2 bedroom apartment that this company handled for me. Jeff and Artie were my movers and they were EXCELLENT. Not only were they professionals, they were proficient and funny! We had a Full Service Move from start to finish with Brooks Transfer, United Van Lines. The packing staff came in and packed up our entire house. They were careful and respectful of our lifelong cherished belongings and our Driver was with our shipment from start to finish! The best surprise off all, was how economical it was to have full UNPACKING services. We are an older couple, and do not move around like we used to. To know that there were people to move us, that seemed to care about our move, as much as we did, was priceless. The importance of hiring a professional moving company is more than just about price, it is about the experience. I have nothing but positive things to say about this moving company, even with the little hiccup that happened in the start of the day with them arriving with the wrong crates. This error could have resulted in us receiving our household goods at a later date, which would have been extremely difficult for us to reschedule. But after my husband spoke with the guy in charge, Bob?...(I hope I got his name right), he ended up working something out that exceeded any expectations we could have had and arranged it to where we were able to get all of our household goods delivered that day and within reasonable time, despite the delay.All of this wouldnt have been possible without having a stellar crew who did an exemplary job and were very pleasant to work with as well. Ricky, Wendel, Carl, Chris, Corey and Johnny, and I might be missing a few other guys, you all have excellent work ethics and did an amazing job. You were not only quick in working on correcting the error but you were very professional with your response and the manner in how you guys handled the situation. Thank you gentlemen for being very professional, efficient, friendly and courteous.

Many issues with them, starting with delaying the moving date one week out. I understand things come up, but that was just the tip of the iceberg. They then show up a day late and we heard 3 different excuses as to why. They were supposed to pack one day, load the next day, and deliver the following day. Well when they showed up a day late they decided to cram all the loading and packing into one day, which led to several issues including no final walk through being done. This caused several things to be left behind. When we saw the items left behind we notified the Relocation Manager that night who assured us those items would be reimbursed and it wouldnt be an issue. We couldnt fit the things into our already packed vehicle, but it was about $200 - $250 dollars of stuff. They then found a loop hole and said because the items werent on the truck manifest they wont reimburse us for them...well of course theyre not on the truck manifest, they didnt get put on the truck and there was no final walk-through to ensure everything was taken! They also had my wife drive one of the movers to pickup another truck while the rest of the crew was left in our home unattended. About an hour round trip drive for that. We never asked for reimbursement for gas, we just asked repeatedly they honor their statement that the items left behind would be taken care of. They repeatedly denied responsibility and closed the claim. I dont normally leave reviews, this is the first one ever, but the process left such a bad taste in my mouth I had to get it out.

My cousin was selling her condo to make a move back to Pittsburgh. Our crew members from Brooks were Chris and Ricky. They were very considerate and hardworking. Very professional and meticulous when packing up the items that we saved for them to package up. Very careful with everything and packed it to be put in storage for a month until her new place will be available. We would highly recommend Brooks Transfer and Storage for your move!

I just had a delivery from Brooks Transfer & Storage. The two guys were Chris and Shane and they couldnt have made the process more seamless. It was for a military transfer and they made sure I had all of my Ts crossed and Is dotted without hesitation. I had gotten home in the middle of the delivery (my wife was here) and both of them made sure they greeted me the instant they saw me. They were also very good with my daughter who would not leave them alone! Definitely would recommend Chris and Shane for anyone needing these services.

We had an excellent experience with Brooks Transfer & Storage Company. Throughout this process, the workers arrived earlier than their scheduled time ready to begin their job. There was never any idle time amongst them.We received several telephone calls from the main office checking to see how things were going with the packers and again with the movers.This move was by far the smoothest move we have ever experienced.The three packers were efficient. The movers, (Corey, Jonny & Shane,) worked well together. They worked together as a team.All employees were polite and demonstrated a good work ethic.Unloading our household goods to our new home went well. Nothing was broken nor was there any scratches or dings to our wooden furniture.

First off I want to personally thank Erika for being an amazing guide throughout all of this! First, she requested that I would be moved out in the morning like I asked and they delivered! Secondly, when the shuttle with United Van Lines wasnt able to take my things to Florida on time, which wasnt Brooks fault, Erika kept me updated throughout the process and always made sure that I was taken care of and was well informed. She is such a wonderful guide. She has called every few days to check in and even sent follow up emails in addition! If you want a company who cares about you and your move across country, Brooks is your best bet. :) Ask for Erika!!As my second shout out, I wanted to thank the awesome move-out team, Corey and Artie. They were professional and quick! It was a very smooth transaction. They were very courteous, pleasant, and polite. They even wrapped my mattress for me! It’s green cotton and wool so it was very heavy and awkward to wrap on my own. (As a note I was a self-packer; I did not pay for anything to be wrapped or packed.)One more thing, they give free boxes too. Moving is expensive, especially across country, so ensure you ask for some! :)

What can I say! It was an amazing one night stay at the Rome villa. Everything was perfect! I would highly recommend coming here for a romantic getaway, with David’s attention to detail and little hidden surprises, from the scenic views to the bed (best sleep I’ve had!) you can’t go wrong. Ive worked with Brooks Transfer on a weekly basis for over 10 years as an extension of my business. Their moving teams are professional, courteous and respectful of the clients household belongings. They arrive on time and finish the job in a timely manner. The office is also wonderful to work with. They have great customer service, always return calls and emails in a timely manner. In the rare occasion that a claim is submitted the claims dept. is very quick to resolve the situation in a friendly manner. Brooks is my preferred vendor for all moves, and the one I recommend to family and friends as well.

Brooks Transfer & Storage Company did a great job. It rained both days we were moving and the movers did not slow down. They covered the furniture and flooring and didnt damage any of it. The movers were also pleasant to be around. This is a first class moving company! I highly recommend them!

I am giving 3 stars. Id like to give no stars for the manager who estimated the job and 5 stars to the actual movers.The gentleman that we hired came to our place to give us a quote. He seemed very professional and I felt confident using their services, as I was told he would personally oversee the details of helping us prepare and execute our move. I never saw him again, he would send someone else to drop the boxes, the color coded labels, took days sometimes more to answer emails. Only called the night before to talk a game plan, which wasnt helpful because any time I said something specific we needed, I was told that I will need to talk to the manager facilitating the move. I thought that was who I was dealing with! He had no responsibility, no follow up, and certainly did NOT know how to accurately estimate how long the job would take. After the move was said and done, there was no follow up phone call, email or anything. We had a couple things scratched and I called him during the move, was told he would email me Monday. We are now a week past that Monday, still no follow up. He sorely misquoted this job, lost money and is mad - which is not the customers fault.Now to the movers. They were WONDERFUL! They went above and beyond, worked LONG hours, no breaks, to ensure all our stuff was moved in timely. They were friendly, fast, and efficient. They all worked great as a team. If it wasnt for their service and efficiency, I would not recommend this place. Because of them, I do. After all, the movers are the backbone of the project. I am hearing that there are better salespeople that care about the movers and the hard work they do, as well like to be present, instead of this man behind the curtain.

Shipping was originally ment to arrive between 1530-1630, recieved a phone call informing me that they were running ahead of schedule. Turned up around 1115. Shane and Willis were the 2 gentlemen who got everything out of the can and in the house, they were both very careful and also very quick and treated our belongings as if they were their own.

People who work for Brooks were very nice and helpful. Problem is that our things did not all show up and it took me hours of follow-up to get no compensation for things that were missing.We had a door-to-door move scheduled from out of state and let them know when we arrived in town - before our stuff was supposed to. Somehow the message was never passed and they crated our stuff and it took 2 weeks before we could get a delivery scheduled. In this process, about $3000 worth of tools and other items were lost. Beyond this, about half of the tracking stickers were no longer on their items and were stuck to other items or within the crates - making it difficult to know what was there and what wasnt. We had a long list of discrepancies and let them know immediately when we found things that were missing but never got a call back or follow-up. No offer to pay for any of it either.While they were nice enough to pay for repairs to damaged items, and everyone we talked to was very nice - a moving company is rated based on the arrival of your goods. Here, they failed.If you use this company, stop the shipment as soon as you find a discrepancy and ask for a manager to supervise the rest of the work. It is much more difficult on your behalf, but the only way to protect yourself.

Broke a ton of stuff, lost two boxes. They were supposed to unpack and remove boxes which they failed to do. They were supposed to assemble beds, shelves, furniture, etc, which they failed to do. Receptionist had a poor attitude and gave me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Look elsewhere.

From the very beginning Brooks was with us. We packed ourselves and they packed the grandfathers clock and the disassembled hutch.Brooks offered boxes for our china and clothes. When they packed the grandfathers clock i was very impressed with the care given as well as to the hutch.Our furniture arrived on time and Allen was there to greet us in our new home 2 states over. The unpacking was done in a timely fashion and we said goodbye to BrooksFollow up calls throughout the process were frequent and helpful.I will never move again but if i do i hope to find another company like Brooks Transfer and Storage

The worst move in 24 years of military service. Provided a specific move-in date to this company to our new residence, they did not deliver HHGs as requested. Instead they put everything in storage so my family will be without everything for weeks. I had to rent furniture, out of my own pocket, and go to the lending locker on base for some of the basics, but will have to buy more. When I move again I will not accept them as my moving company.

Would of been a 4 star review if the promises that were made were kept. My husband and I moved back to the area for the Navy. They sent 2 gentlemen to unpack our stuff, so we opted to put our stuff away ourselves. When we asked if they would come & pick up the boxes, they didnt hesitate in answering yes. When I asked what they do with them, they stated they have a community box area where people can help themselves to the boxes. Great! Called the office today & was told there would be a $125 to pick up the boxes! The lady didnt care we were told differently.

I had high hopes for Brooks Transfer. I chose them because of their long history in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I should’ve read the reviews before hiring them. They were a sore disappointment. The price was highest of all bids I got. It all looked and sounded good from the sales person, but the actual execution of our move was weak - and that’s being generous. Everything did make it from Virginia to Florida, but there was a great deal of damage, and the items that were damaged included some replaceable family heirlooms. Many items arrived dirty, and my were scuffed and scratched The driver admonished me: “your husband can just rub that out with some wax. “ I was more than a little offended by that suggestion, since my case goods are extremely expensive, high-end products, that I would not dream of attacking with just any wax. It was very clear to me that the reason my goods were so damaged was that the driver completely overstuffed the truck. When the truck doors opened at our new house in Florida it look like a can of sardines. Items that should’ve had nothing on top of them were underneath heavier items, and even with packing in the boxes it was not enough to protect the contents. On the bright side, everything did arrive on the day we expected. However, while there was a crew of us seven people packing and loading at our starting point in Virginia, there was only the driver and one helper to unload in Florida. The next unpleasant surprise was that Brooks Transfer apparently self-insurers their moves, which turned into another huge nightmare. After telling me I would be dealing directly with Brooks staff in Virginia Beach for my claim, I found out the truth that Brooks quickly outsourced my claims management to a local company here in Florida. There was long and protracted negotiation between us and the outsourced insurance agents to get fair reimbursement for all the damage that was done. I literally had to chase them down by looking them up on LinkedIn to get them to respond. This was a very unpleasant, and I believe unnecessary.In short, if I had it to do over again, Brooks United would not be the mover I chose. I tried repeatedly to resolve this directly with the owner of the company, as well as with the Better Business Bureau and some state agencies. I never got any real satisfaction. To make matters even worse, when I posted a negative review on Yelp, Brooks Transfer responded with a very disingenuous denial of their inability and unwillingness to properly resolve my claim or address my concerns. In their response on Yelp they pretended that they didn’t know who I was and inferred that they had not been responsible for my move at all. I would not give them a recommendation of any sort after this experience.

Could not be happier. The packing and moving crews were different people but they all did a superb job. Packing charges were fair and the estimator, Dana, gave us some good tips on where we could shave costs. No damage at all to the furniture and the only broken thing was one glass dish out of an entire crammed-to-the-gills house. The furniture was put where we needed and reassembled well. Could not have gone better. They even hauled a piano to the 3rd floor!!

We have had many Military moves and this was the best move we have ever had. Amazing Company to work with from beginning to end. They were great with our possessions and very few things were broken. The things that didn’t make it were replaced surprisingly very quick.I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving. They were amazing!

I recently used United/Brooks Transfer to move (out of our home of 31 years in Chesapeake, VA) to Edenton, NC. I called 3 different moving companies for quotes & I was impressed with United/Brooks from their website, to the sales rep, office staff, warehouse personnel & the team of young men who loaded & unloaded our belongings. One of the things that swayed my decision to use Brooks was the fact their sales rep., Dana Salamino told me I could have as many free moving boxes as I needed. Apparently, they bring back used boxes after unpacking clients belongings & let new clients recycle them. This was a big help, especially since I needed a lot of wardrobe boxes! The office staff was very helpful each time I called to see if they could spare more boxes. Roberta, Katie & Erika were always very professional. I dont remember his name, but there was a gentlemen who helped me load boxes into my truck each of my 3 visits. The young men who loaded up our belongings couldnt have been more professional or courteous. Shane, Chris, James & Josh arrived at the agreed upon time on loading day & got right to work. I was very impressed with how careful they were with our things! Two days later, Shane, Chris, Josh & Spencer met me at the new house & got right to work carefully bringing in all the boxes & furniture, which included having to navigate a tricky staircase leading to the second floor of the house. They also had to carry a number of items up to the second floor of the garage. Throughout the day, these men worked hard & were so polite & well mannered. Before they left, they asked, Is there anything else we can do for you? I was just so impressed with all of them! I would highly recommend United/Brooks Transfer to anyone making a move. They helped me get through a stressful time & it was well worth the money we paid for this service!

Company took our household goods on June 24th, 2020 for a military move. Were supposed to be delivered no later than July 3, 2020. Currently it is July 15th, 2020 and still no sign of our household goods being delivered as they are still in Virginia Beach. When I continued to call about status of move, they told me I needed to contact our coordinator and stop calling them.

Adam H. & Chris D. Came to deliver my things. They called 10 minutes prior to arrival to let me know they were on their way. Everything went smoothly. My couch was being a bit stubborn, but they went out of their way to make sure they found a way to get it through! Thank you guys very much!

This move has been the most STRESSFUL, HORRIBLE, UNPLEASANT, and UNPROFESSIONAL move ever. My husband and I have had government moves before that was great. Being that my husband is now retired we had to pay almost 11k of our hard earned money to pay for this move from Chesapeake, VA to Jacksonville, Fl. They sent out this guy to come and take an assessment on how much merchandise we had in our home, once he was done he told us the price and everything. I asked many questions on how our items would be stored and he said, “that our items would be kept in a vault at their storage facility until we were ready for our items”. Come to find out later our items was tossed in a corner that could be easily accessed. He also insured us that our items will be taken care of. On 11/12/18 they sent out 3 guys, 2 of the men have been with the company for a while and 1 have only been with the company for a week. How do you send someone who has been on the job for only a week to do a state to state move with no supervision over him!!!! So they moved all the boxes and took down all the big items, with that being said they misplaced all the hardware for putting our furniture back together and we were later told that they should have used a parts box for the hardware. They took the legs off of our dresser which they shouldn’t have done, we had four legs before they took them off now we have three legs to the dresser, now the dresser is sitting on the floor with no legs and also a damage corner, we have two beds that can’t be put back together because of missing hardware, a computer desk that has been broken, instead of them unscrewing the legs from the desk they ripped the legs off, knobs on our other dresser was broken off which the delivery driver said he broke, another dresser with the knobs damaged, long couch has been ripped and corners damage, love seat corner damage which the delivery guy showed both chairs to me, tv stand missing hardware so now we can’t put the shelves back into the tv stand, missing a step ladder which the driver Mike said he left on the first drop off on 1/3/19 which he didn’t, our boxes was open and the driver Mike said he open them to put items in the bottom of the boxes, I found a dirty rug in the bottom of one boxes that didn’t belong to us. We trusted this company with our merchandise that is now damaged by the company that we trusted. On top of that Mike the delivery took a s**t at my home and left out toilet a mess. 1/15/18 on the second drop off, the delivery driver Mike was very unprofessional he was arguing back and forth with me about a step ladder he said, “he left on the first delivery” which he didn’t, my husband and I wouldn’t have been complaining about it if he did, then he snatched his things up and walked off, he also went back and forth with my husband about putting our furniture back together and then refused to do so. Then to make matters worse we didn’t know that they were going to split up our shipment until after they had charged our card for the one and only shipment that we thought we were getting, we called Erika who was the moving coordinator for our shipment and she didn’t know anything about our items being split up between two shipments, in addition to when we address all of our concerns about this move it just fell on deaf ears, then Erika called on 1/11/19 and told us that she spoke with the driver Mike about our second shipment and she stated that he said, “he would be dropping our second shipment off on 1/14/19” so my husband took off of work for that day and waited around for the shipment to come, after of y’all waiting hours, come to find out when he called the driver Mike to find out when he was going to arrive he stated that he wasn’t coming on Monday and he was coming on 1/15/19 which was a bunch of bull because my husband took off of work, my husband then called Erika to see if she knew about the change and she stated that she didn’t know anything about the date change of the delivery. RUN FAST AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Moved from Virginia Beach recently and have had multiple issues with the move to this point. We have had jewelry stolen from our home in Virginia that was not part of the belongings that were packed up. Our things were delivered over 1 week late to our current location. When our things did arrive we have had multiple pieces of furniture with damage (which we were told can be fixed with Gorilla Glue). There were multiple boxes/totes that were opened and destroyed in transit. Concerned about the rest of our belongings as we continue to unpack and organize.

Very professional we had Brandon, kraig and Dre they did a good job and were very efficient.

Great experience with the folks who packed my household goods and picked up the shipment for my move. Chris, Troya (apologies if I misspelled your name), and Niko, were excellent, and just as importantly incredibly pleasant people. They arrived precisely when they said they would. They were quick, efficient, and didnt leave any refuse during the packout. They were also very thorough in their pre-pack inspection of everything they packed. Recommended for anyone in the Hampton Roads area looking for a moving company.

The reality, you are completely in their hands on local moves. United CANNOT and will not assist if anything goes wrong. THEY DO NOT EVER ANSWER AFTER HOURS EVEN WHEN YOU ARE FORCED INTO AN OVERTIME WEEKEND MOVE! The dispatcher option is completely bogus.I was actually asked to cancel doctors appointments to accommodate their busy schedule. This was an actual conversation. So yeah, more awesome sauce!My real estate agent told me that the movers were afraid to come and requested my dad to be there.The office and management and owner are completely unprofessional and obvious money grabbers. Period.The packer Kate, packed my things so carefully. In fact I think Ive only found one cracked glass of so many fragile items. In the end, she did an incredible job.I felt disrespected completely by the office. They made no effort to disguise their crappy attitude and hostility towards me that was generated by my dad. They were so horrendous. Poisonous. Completely unprofessional. Its sad that they would involve themselves on that low level like that into a dysfunctional family relationship.The movers Corey and Cole were so great.I was left to move alone with a negative checking account balance and they made me feel so comfortable and positive and honestly worry free when they got there. I bought an iced tea on moving day on the way back to my new home with couch cushion change, as a stress reliever. The movers were complete professionals. I was really embarrassed to not have any cash to reward their incredible efforts on moving me and their complete professionalism.This company is LUCKY to have any quality people working for them at all. I mean the people actually WORKING. Not the office Bit##es.I filled out a review and requested the owner to call, which he has not. Im not surprised though since they only respond to positive Google reviews, which is a sign of an extremely WEAK management presence.Im so disappointed. The whole point of hiring people to help you move is to alleviate stress, not be the source of it!

Worst moving experience ever. We started out with three movers and within half an hour they were replaced with ONE older women who needed constant help lifting and reaching for everything. 80% of our boxes were mislabeled, and things that my wife spent weeks organizing and prepping were dumped and tossed in boxes like garbage. That was our experience six months ago. I am writing a review only now because my friend just moved cross country and this company was also hired by the navy to move her and her family. Not only does she have 16 missing boxes, a missing bicycle, missing kids toys, and missing rolling racks but there are boxes that are COMPLETELY destroyed and even boxes that were opened and gone through. I don’t know if it is a coincidence but I find it alarming that when we reached out to the military community, we found similar stories. How can a company hired by the military show such blatant disregard for our property.

Every one involved was very conscientious, especially Erika. We were pleased that everything arrived ingot condition.
