The managers here are amazingly helpful, and understanding. Its quiet and no one gets too nosy in your area. Love this place.

I have been here for 13 yrs this is my storage for buissiness and home I love working with amber she makes it worth staying . Even after moving to Nc I still Have my stuff at this storage because I’ve tried others and this one is clean and well taken care of .

Amber was fantastic to work with! She was full of personality and made Renting our storage unit a breeze! We’re super happy we ended up with security self storage because we also got to utilize the moving truck for FREE at move in! It’s a big box truck too! All in all 10/10 experience, will definitely recommend and use again if needed!

The ONLY reason I chose this place was the 24 hour access it boasted on the website and on Google. Well, at 11:42 pm I just pulled up to get some belongings and it is closed! That is the reason I am canceling my unit.

The staff here are great, have had a unit here for over 3 years and have had no issues ever! I moved from public storage to this place because they raised my rate every 6 months.this storage place has been here for a very long time, I love that its a locally owned and ran facility.

Just started a contract today, took a total of 20mins. Amber is incredibly professional and efficient, the prices are impossible to beat. When I opened my unit, it was clean. Cant ask for anything more.

I currently rent a 10x10 unit and highly recommend this storage facility! Friendly staff, well maintained units, great price and a free truck! I had initially reserved a unit and truck in advance with Uhaul and the day of moving my reservation had been messed up and the unit/truck I reserved had not been saved for me. I came here needing a unit the day of moving and they had me all set within a few mins! The free truck had been reserved already for that day but they went above and beyond by staying open late for me to use the truck after it was turned in by the other person. Greatly appreciated!

Where do I start...these guys & gals have it under control!...from when I started my storage with Security Plus til my last day with them (for over 2 years) these guys have made storing my personal belongs so easy a sailor could do it...& I was in the Navy so I speak from experience...24hr access, low rates, & they are even willing to work with you on that also!...With a super friendly staff Why go anywhere else🥳🥰👍🏾...only reason I left was because I moved into a house and no longer needed their services...“A1” company when it comes to your storage needs & and just down right great ppl!!!V/rYouTuber - RayUp

If you value your belongings, go elsewhere. We had a death in the family and did not know when the storage locker was due. We called and were 2 days past due. We tried to pay for what we owed and empty the decease members locker. Barbara was nothing but a mean uncompassionate person. Demanding a death certificate, saying we should have one the day he died, telling us we needed to go to probate court all while we have the key to the locker and the money to pay for the few days he was past due, due to whom being dead for almost 2 weeks now. She gave nothing but push back. Her husband Lance was a bit more sympathetic but also still did not allow us to clean out the locker. Here we are a month later and they still wont allow us to clean out the locker and are racking up fees. All because the coroner and doctor have not issued us the death certificate yet. So we have the key, money AND are on the contract as an authorized person to access the locker. Hopefully no one dies in your family while having a locker here because you will not get your loved ones belongings back.

Ive been dealing with Barb and Lance for almost 2 years now, and they are fantastic! This is the cheapest storage i could find in my area and they will work with you if you are having problems. I will recommend them to everyone!

This place is okay. Nice people that run it. Really hard to get into if you are bring in a moving truck. Hard to see off the road. Also very tight spots.
