Had an awesome experience with this place. Erica helped me through the process. She was knowledgeable and explained in detail every step. First impression was great and made me feel comfortable to leave my valuables here at this storage facility. Would definitely recommend.

Hands down one of the cleanest places to store your goods. I have never had a problem with insects or mice. I have used this facility for 10 years. The staff has always been helpful. The last few days Gale has checked in on us to see if we were doing ok and if there was any assistance she could offer us. If I ever need storage again in my new state I will only use extra space storage.

This place is clean and well lite. Both girls in the office were knowledgeable, polite, patient and thorough. Answered all my questions. I would definitely rent from here again.

Storing my business items with Extra Space Storage is one of my best business decisions yet. These guys are great... and the facility is safe, clean and well maintained. I get so busy with things but Erica or Gayle is always right on time reminding me that my bill is due and to avoid those late fees... Im right on it thank you so much for reminding me... there isnt NO OTHER storage unit doing this and Ive been to quite a few in my seasoned years 😏Keep up the great work Extra Space Storage ☺️

Erica is amazing.i come in to pay my moms bill for her all the time and Erica always is so outgoing. I give her 10 stars if I could. Now the other girl in the office, I could go without conversing with her. Anytime I come in she is rude, when the phone rang and she picked it up and hung it back up! I know why Erica is the manager. The company needs to reevaluate gails customer service skills all around.

Gayle helped me move to another unit. At first they didnt have one but then she went outside to see if anyone moved out. She found one for a good deal and saved it for me! Im very grateful for her professionalism and kindness!!

I had a great experience getting setup with a climate controlled storage space. The unut is very clean and everything is well maintained. The staff was thorough and made sure they answered any questions i had.

We called before we went to the location and the girl told us that we had reserved a climate controlled space for a certain price. She said that someone would reach out to contact us to finalize or we could come in. We arrived at the location less than 10 minutes later and another girl in the store told us that the unit had been rented and the one we had reserved was only the price, and the unit wasn’t climate controlled. The girl in the store was very nice and helpful but we were lied to on the phone and do not recommend this place.

We had a great experience setting up our rental space with Extra Space Storage. Specifically, Ikeem was incredibly thorough and professional, ensuring we were aware and understood the disclosures, policies, etc. We had some initial trouble getting some of the forms through my email, he was able to remove the barrier by providing me access to a computer, allowing me to complete the form, and not to delay my registration. We appreciate all his help!

Love this place. This is my second time over the course of years renting a unit here and it’s as good now as it was then. I tried another storage rental business a little closer to my house in the interim and quickly said, “no thanks.” All storage rental places are NOT the same. This one is safer, cleaner, more maneuverable, has units that seal better, has better staff, and both the climate controlled and regular units are better than other places!! Staff is friendly and helpful, especially Erica. You will not be disappointed!

Kind of slaps ngl. There was loads of storage at a cheap price- perfectly fit my needs. The employees didn’t even judge me for dedicating a whole unit to my superior lightning mcqueen toy collection. Will continue to use this service and location. Kachow.

The storage spaces are clean, maintained, and secure. And the Public Storage website makes it easy to manage your storage space online. I just leased my third storage space at this facility.
