Best service in San Diego, Savannah has great customer service and a vast majority of knowledge on her products, I wasn’t sure what I wanted yet but she helped guide me to the right direction on exactly what I was looking for. I’ve wasted my time buying bulbs online that just wouldn’t last and the worst part is that I never had warranty but Savannah informed me about DDM tunings lifetime warranty which was a deal breaker for me. Now I don’t have to waste my money on constantly buying bulbs. It’s hard to find good places nowadays that carry great products and have employees that care about delivering customer satisfaction. Once my new headlights come in and we figure out what style bulb they use I will definitely be heading back to DDM tuning in vista for some hid bulbs.

Purchased Ultra CanBus HID Kit and Saber LED + LED Decoder in 2018. System works great! Installed in 2015 4Runner - Lights up the road for me but doesnt blind the oncoming traffic. One of the HID bulbs failed in May 2021. Stopped by Chula Vista store and got a free replacement bulb in about 3 minutes. Couldnt be more pleased with the lights and the service.

Wow great place have just about every led light or HID kits for pretty much any car great service and the quality is not bad I must say Ive had the ballasts on my civic for 2 years now for my HID kit and still running great I highly recommend jeep this place in business there perfect at what they do

Was a Customer for over 10 years at the Retail Stores.Terrible Customer Service with the Online Store.Sent them photos of the LEDs I bought, with the Front LEDs not on.They said they were defective. It took 16 emails to get them even consider replacements that I had to pay for first. And I would only get a refund after I destroyed the old ones and sent them a picture.I was not about to give anyone my CC info over the phone and asked them to send me replacements first. They said no, and that was their policy.They said the stores had them in stock (not when I ordered online) and they could handle the returns. So I spent 1 hour of my time in rush-hour traffic to find out the ones at the store light up exactly the same.WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!Sarah is going to be the Death of DDMI contacted Amazon, which gladly refunded my money due to the rudeness they saw in the email thread.

Was recommended to come to DDM for purchasing HID headlights. I found them to be knowledgeable and very capable of handling all of my questions. They were able to provide me the kits that I needed for my vehicles and even offered expert advice as to how to get the whole kit to work properly. I would recommend DDM to anybody who is looking for LED or HID headlights. They are both in stock and are ready to help.

DDM Tuning has great product. I’ve been running they’re interior and exterior lights for many years on multiple vehicles and they all are great product. Also a big reason why I love DDM Tuning is because they stand behind there product.

What can I say I love this place they hooked me up phat with all my lights I literally replaced every light on my Audi A4 all I have left to do is the fog lights and then Ill be completely done with every single light on my car I love this place thanks to the guys that work theyre they always help me find the right lights for my car and give me the best deals

If you want to be charged a 10% restocking fee because the customer service rep chose the wrong light bulbs based on car info provided...go here! I had to buy some locally because I needed lights instead of waiting for approval for exchange or refund. Then it took 4 requests to get it authorized which we found out could only be done in writing. Not only do you have the restocking fee but then you also pay for shipping all because the rep didn’t know what he was doing. The entire process took a month & since they couldn’t refund my card, they mailed a check. Now I’m out about $20 on top of that! Product could have been great (I will never know), but not worth the hassle of inexperienced employees costing me my hard earned income.

Products with lifetime warranty and fail they try and find a way to either upsell to the newer version cause they dont have the old style anymore. Had to pay more money just to get working lights again.

I got one HID light bulb from Huntington Beach from Ddm my light bulb was dim and no warranty

Placed order over the phone. Lights got shipped to the wrong address. Was told they would ship from California, but ended up coming from china which took several extra days. On day of delivery when they went to the wrong house I called and had to argue with them about getting me out a new pair of lights and making sure they shipped to the right address and from California and that day. Well guess what they didnt ship that day and I now again will not be receiving them till two days after I need them. Customer service while helpful does not follow through on promises I will never buy lights from here again.

Go somewhere else! Their instructions on their website is outdated. The rep even admitted to it at the vista store. In any event, these guys didnt tell me to bring my own tools to remove all the wiring harness if the needed to test it. For whatever reason, I decided to bring my tools just in case. Its good thing otherwise I wouldve had to go home & then come back. The wiring harness passed. However, their was 3 wires that needs to be connected to a blue thing that connects to the vehicles wiring. Its the one where one is high, the other is low, & the other is the ground. He told me if I flip those around not touching the ground wire, that should do the trick. However, they didnt have a tool or want to help me flip those 2 wire?!? He said people were stealing their tools. What?!? Screw these guys & go somewhere else. You probably get better customer service.

Dropped by the retail store in Vista, Ca and purchased LEDs to upgrade the halogen bulbs in the interior of my BMW E91 wagon. Great products and knowledgeable staff. Lifetime warranty, but you will have to wait 3 weeks to receive replacements. The product itself is good while it works but they will fail and your are better off going and buying another set than waiting to go through their warranty rma process.
