Ive been a body tech in San Diego co over 35 years.In all that time we Always had a Rep to come out once a week to maintain our account.He would order everything we needed for that week,and ask if isomething is enough to last til the next week and to keep everything organized and to remove all the empty boxes. He would also show us new products to maybe make our job easier and more profitable..Now we have a new manager and 8-9 months ago we switched to finish master., the Rep from FM told us that the employees are responsible for all the ordering, stocking,and organizing. He says hes a manager an too important to order material for us.We all work on commission so when do all this, we do it for FREE and they get the money.Before we had everything we needed ready for us when it was needed. So now they tell us we have call in the order Before 8am to get what we need on the first run.If you order a $1000.00 worth of materials on Monday, then you forget something small on Tuesday, you have to wait 2 days because they say the order is not money to bring it to us. We only see the Rep every 4 -5 weeks and he never talks to the people who actually has to work an produce for a living .We have complained to the manger SO many times that he doesnt want to here it anymore,so we are stuck. So now we dont order anything unless we absolutely need it. For example if I need super glue, l will bring it from home before I order it from them.It the last 8 months, have they ever brought us a doughnut or piece of pizza for all this thousands of dollars of materials.The answer is No, or the employees have never seen anything.We pray that the day will come that we go back to our old supplier where we were.respected and appreciated
