Needed a special socket and they hadIt in stock, CHR rates 10 star
They seem to always have what I need and if not its 10 minutes away. Always nice people great service.
First time at a NAPA and its like AutoZone but cheaper usually and you can find more things geared towards trucks and stuff. Knowledge staff
The salesman graciously took 10 minutes of his time to find me a $1 fuse that I needed. Not pushy at all.
These guys know what they are doing
This store wasnt crowded very nice sale person. I had purchased some oil but I didnt have a funnel and they let me use a funnel without charging me for one.
Its surprisingly they have the part that you need how great in stock any vehicle the part thats going to be needed is there should we applaud the car builders or the economical way of it engaging a system that only I will be able to give you the total because the numbers are past zillions like the years years like they believe that they used to be monkeys. Hear me the monkeys are monkeys until this day. Is that why youre economical total from day and night$1 produces so many numbers then why is my people below zero the people will be glad to hear you answer because they have been supporting you years and years now were not going to go all the way back to when you used to be a monkey because thats what you teach that used to be a monkey and the monkey knows more than you so dont you dare compare yourself with my beautiful living animals.
Had to replace my battery and a very young guy helped me. Very kind and informed me about about my battery and asked if it was still under warranty. Thank goodness it was under warranty because instead of $135+ I only had to pay half that. Very grateful for there kind services.
I been going here faithfully for over 20 years, the crew are always the most knowledgeable and experienced you will meet within a 10 mile radius. They can figure what parts you need just by telling them how the car is behaving. They are always polite. Even when a customer isnt. You can tell they love their job. And they always have the right OEM rated parts. And it never takes more than a day to get any specialty part if needed.I believe in You get what you pay for and A nickel saved is a nickel earned.NAPA, Auto parts is a blend of both of those quotes.
If you dont pull out your wallet customer service assumes your visiting to shoplift. Felt like as a customer I was an inconvenience that I came in to shop.
The selection is ok. However I have been to this location 3 times in recent history and each time the service wasnt all that great and the guy at the counter acted if he was going out of his way to provide any kind of service.
Its the only place I buy my cabin and air filters from. 5 air filters...$132.00. The dealer wants twice as much.
I cannot find what I needed but the sales rep was very helpful and tried really hard to get what I needed.
I always like going to Napa because they usually have things when the other stores do not.
Guys are always up beat and helpful.
The prices are a little bit higher than the other chains, But they have more knowledgeable people.
I purchased snow chains for my husband who needed them for out of state training and before the purchase was made I was told these snow chains WERE refundable, that is only if theyve not been used and as long as I had my receipt. When my husband came back I called the store to see if I could get store credit or a refund even past the 30 days and with no help at all the manager told me they were non refundable and insisted they train all their employees to state these are non refundable. I beg to differ...excuse me, he wasnt even there. Not to mention the creepy sales guy who didnt give me my receipt upon leaving the store just as he was closing. Luckily I was still in the parking lot looking for my receipt and I caught him by the door...weird thing was he had my receipt in his pockets and said ohh I forgot to give you your receipt as if he didnt know. I will take this to Napa customer service until something is done. If I could give this a no star I would!
Very helpful. Had most of what I needed and was able to locate the rest and get it to the store within a couple hours.
You can find everythingFor you heavy truckAnd auto parts..genuine.
Stopped by here for some light bulbs for my top mount break light. They ordered the parts for me and had them there the next day and gave me a hand putting them in. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
These guys know their car shhh. Always a great help!
Needed a bearing for my 56 Willys transfer case, Napa wanted $45 for it and it was coming from Ohio. they said it was a Timken. on a whim I stopped at Auto Zone, they had it in stock, Timken for $12!
Great auto parts store. Professional and friendly employees.
Great bunch of guys.
NAPA Auto parts been around for years. They dont always have what I need at this location. Often send me to the Oceanside store....total poor place to go...Hope the new store expansion in the Vista location means more inventory !
Grumpy old men working, not a fan of the place. I will shop elsewhere.
