Slow but reasonable service and very good prices.

Had my oil changed here before with no issues. However, today was a bad time wasting story. Arrived in line with 6 cars in front of me. No one came out to sign me in for 45 minutes. Now there are 4 cars in front of me. Attendant now says it will be another 1.5 hour wait! I asked if they were doing tire changes, and he informs me no, only oil changes? Are you serious, 4 workers to do only oil changes, and now another 1.5 hours to wait! All the time Im staring at a big sign they have at the front of the line saying no waiting. These guys were moving like snails. Wont be back to these time wasters. Even if the price is low.

No one answers the phones. No operator, no one in the auto center. I guess Walmart doesn’t want my business.

I called multiple daysbat different times during business hours, and no one ever answered the phone. I was simply trying to get a quote on mounting and balancing tires that were available from the website.

Horrible and dangerous non- service. I would give below zero rating. Destructive... I Went for a simple tire rotation, and they damaged my van with the lift. Dented the underbody in 4 places which is frame damage. They dont even know how to run their own lift and almost dropped the car on the ground, damaging it in the process. Incompetent and dangerous! This is really a negative star review. Showed up at 8:20am for an oil change and was told it would be a 45 min wait. Did some shopping to kill time and was done after 30min. When we went back to the auto care center we noticed our car was ready but we didn’t receive a phone call. There were no employees to be found so we were waiting for 10min until someone finally came. He then tells us that we can’t pay here (we always pay there) and sends us to electronics. We walk to electronics just to be told we can’t pay there either. We then walk back to auto care and tell the same worker what electronics told us. We asked to speak to a manager so he went to go look for one, he comes back after another 10mins and said he didn’t know when one would be available. We had to walk back to the front of the store and pay for the oil change then walk back to auto care once AGAIN for the car keys and now we’re waiting AGAIN.

Great oil change prices. Wait was about an hour.

It was the worst experience I had with the associate in auto Center and the store assistant manager. They closed 3 hrs early and stopped services without any notice . They also never answer the calls so customer knows when they will close. When I complaint they asked me to call the higher up . Easy like that!!! That was a horrible experience with this store. However it was not the first time the associate in this store mistreat the customers.

Worst spot ever. They need to get rid of sherry she has a horrible attitude.

I was scared to go here because of the add reviews. However, it was convenient for me. So I got an oil change. The service was really good and I was in and out and a half an hour. I will be going back

This auto care center has improved tremendously, The team was very quick and very detailed in completing my 4 tires and oil change. I would recommend Walmart for your next oil change! Not only they were very fast they were kind courteous and very professional! Thank will be back

Excellent experience definitely returning here 🙂 Victor was the tech who helped me out with my oil change not only did he provide me with great customer service but he was very professional and straight to the point when I had a question he had a great answer. My car was ready just in perfect timing like he had promise. I DEFINITELY recommend this place, and if youre lucky enough to have Victor as your tech I assure you, you will leave satisfied with both the job and the service.

Its a Walmart, so you can expect low cost vehicle service as well as low cost customer service. Neither of those are really good nor really bad.

Been here for an oil change about 4 times but I’ve had issues twice now (first issue was an estimated 1 hour oil change taking almost 4 hours— I decided to let it go and give them the benefit of the doubt). This last visit they used a different brand and weight of oil than we had discussed/ I asked for, and then argued with me when I questioned it. I had wanted to stick with what I have as back up in my trunk (Penzoil High Mileage Synthetic 10 W-30) and said I had shown them Valvoline 5 W-30? Small details but still frustrating and makes you question their honesty and quality of service. I will not be returning.

These idiots don’t know how to change oil correctly. Got an oil change and they spilled oil everywhere causing a belt in my car to break about 2 weeks later. If you’re going to get your oil changed go to an actual mechanic and not these idiots

Gabe, Leo and the crew here did an excellent job on taking care of me and my vehicle. They knew I was going out of town and they provided me with nothing but the best service and products. Ill be coming here next time for sure. Thanks guys!

Worst experience I’ve ever had.Four hours and half to replace the oil and tires. The guy told me it will take only one hour and half. The old lady to check me out wasn’t friendly at all it took from her 30 minutes to check me out. They gave me wrong prices when I first came. I will never go over there again.

I needed 1 tire because I had a nail and my tire couldnt be fixed. I was told it would be three hour wait, so I agreed to wait. Three and half hours passed and I was still waiting. I asked an associate when they would start working on my car? He said the guy just went to lunch and he would work on it after he finished some oil changes. I could not wait any longer I was starving and depressed because of the wait. I just left. I hope I never have to go back there. Wal mart should not sell tires if they cant help out their customersNow I just hope I can make it to work tomarrow.

Worst service ever! These a holes not only took over an hour to change my oil, they left more than half the screws off my skid plate!!! Are you kidding me?? Got 5 miles down the road and the whole thing starting to drag and fall off! When I went back to get it put back together this idiot tells me they knew it was missing some screws and the tech working on the car should have replaced the screws...well duh, ya think?!?!?! GUESS THATS WAL-MART FOR YA!! Why would I expect any better, ha.

Over 3 hours to replace a flat tire..the employees dont care about getting the job done, the lack of motivation, training and supervision on this team is probably the worst Ive seen.

Lol I got transferred 3 times before talking to anyone for more then 5 seconds. I’m afraid to even try and do business here.

Terrible terrible service. Supposed to open at 7am but its pass 8 and haven’t started on first car. Same experience in past also.

They said it will be done in 30 min to 1 hr. It was done after about 1 hr and 45 minutes. I went during my lunch break from work. I lost almost 2 hours.

Good getting them to answer the phone.
