These guys are just awesome! My first time here, and the quality of the service they provided will definitely make me a repeat customer. They did the transmission flush the right way. Not even MB dealer drains the torque converter, and for these guys it is a common practice. They also pointed out a few other things, which I wasnt even aware of. I serviced my 2020 sprinter crew cab at this station based on a friends recommendation and all I can say that I will never go to Mercedes dealer for service at all.I called in with no appointment and needed to wait for my van since it is my only way of getting to my jobs and in one hour they did my oil change/filter/cabin filter/fuel filter/checked transmission fluid and full tire rotation plus a full check up of the entire underbody for any leaks or issues.Three confident mechanics completed the job in less than one hour and the price is almost 50% less than dealer for 30k service.(service B)The price of service is on the menu sheet as you choose for your specific year and model and you are getting exactly what you ordered plus much more.I recommend this place to all Sprinter owners for speed, quality and professional services that they perform with no hassle and headaches of dealer services .

This place is really rad. Maxim and Vlad were great. They took lots of time during my initial visit to explain EVERYTHING to me that they suggested, but with no pressure to have them do the needed maintenance. I returned a couple days later to have them do all of the suggested work. Maxim took the time to review one more time everything that they did, as well as give me numerous pointers on how to extend the life of the van. Great place for sprinter work. Way cheaper than the dealer and surprisingly much more knowledgeable. They don’t push service you don’t need. Highly recommend.

I drove about 110 miles to have them service my sprinter van. Normally I would do it myself but I’ve been trying to find a good mechanic that can do things that I don’t want to do. I had them do an oil change and they checked the moisture in my brake fluid, looked at the brakes, transmission and differential fluids. Their prices on parts they used was on par with the market prices. Unlike the dealer who sometimes charge double the full retail price and more. Sprinter repair offers a very reasonable price because I know what it cost to buy the oil and filter and on my vehicle and it’s about $135. They charged me $199 so I can’t complain, good value and no mess in my driveway. The Mercedes dealer would charge at least $350-$500 for the same thing. The attention they gave me and the value of their service from what I can tell so far was unbeatable. I will be trying them further when I have a more major problem. For now I’m happy.

My wife Jean and I traveled from the East coast to San Diego to visit our daughter, her husband and our new grandson (5 weeks old) for Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving afternoon I was checking our 2012 Freightliner Sprinter for the return trip Friday when I discovered that both serpentine belts were seriously compromised. (Parts of the wire core were separated from the belts)I went online and started to make calls. The second call was to Sprinter Service & Repair. I was shocked when Maxim answered. He listened to my description of my problems then made arrangements for me to deliver the Sprinter to their shop on Friday morning.Friday morning Maxim, Vlad and Alex inspected the major systems (brakes, transmission, differential, minor oil leak, etc) on the vehicle and made recommendations for service in the future. Maxim then gave me a written estimate for replacing the belts as well as the water pump, fan bearing bracket, tensioner, and idler bracket. Extremely reasonable priceI left the shop around 9:00 AM with family and returned around 1:00 PM. The work was finished, I was shown all the parts that were replaced. I paid the bill and started on my return home.Maxim texted me Saturday afternoon to check on our status.Unbelievable!GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT WORK!!

I dont understand in a car nothing .I just explained very simply my problem how I could to Vladimir. It was overheating my engine when I drove usually in the mountains and it happened not periodically. And he found my problem in changing thermostat that doesnt work sometimes. I thought my transmission was running hot so I brought it here to have it checked out. They checked the transmission and fluid and said everything was OK. Took me in right away and it was no charge for the inspection.

So fortunate to find this business. After years at the dealerships, booked their free inspection. Thorough and professional, they gave me a quote of what needed fixing immediately, a separate list of what could be deferred for now, and most amazingly, a discussion of what didnt need to be done - despite the dealer recommendation. They provided all that time and effort without any pressure or upsell. I left with the priced quotes - thought about it and called back a couple days later to schedule service. Work performed and van delivered on time, no surprises. When I picked up the van, the walkthrough of the work performed was just as thorough as their inspection - along with tips for prolonging the equipment. What a pleasure! Will definitely be back in a year for next service even though it is a 50 mile drive each way. Well worth it!

I love this shop! Everyone was very professional. They found my problem within 15 minutes. The labor and material was very reasonable. They ordered the parts that were needed on Friday. The thing that blew my mind is that the parts got here over the weekend and on Monday they fixed my Mercedes now it runs good as new. This is a first for me that it’s in and out. We are very busy solar installers and we need our Vans working all week. These gentlemen waited till 8 PM to receive our van and worked on a Saturday so we could go back to work on Monday. Try that at Mercedes!! No way, no service on the weekend at Mercedes. On top of that, they were 1/3 the price of Mercedes! I FULLY recommend these hard working men. It was time to change the oil in my Lexus NX. I called different companies and every each of them suggested to make an appointment for a few days ahead. Finally, I was lucky enough to find Vladimir who was very friendly and invited me to come in half an hour. I arrived on time. Surprisingly the guys changed oil very quickly. Theyre using high-quality premium oil, which is much better than the dealership Lexus offered me. The result is amaizing! No doubt Ill use this place again. I highly recommend using their services!!

In the past, I have only had my MB Sprinter serviced at the dealership, and for more than one reason decided it was time for a change! I am so happy that I found this place- they were so much easier to deal with in every way!They did a comprehensive evaluation and effectively triaged what needed to be done- no pressure. I was able to have the most essential work completed that day, and have a specific plan and a timeline for future service recommendations as well. Much more specific than the MB A/B service plans. They also gave me some helpful tips for diesel vehicles., and put dated stickers on things like the filters so that I can easily check the status. Unless its a warranty issue, I will never go back to dealership service!

Just had my Sprinter Motorhome with 20k miles serviced by San Diego Sprinter Service and so far so good. Had oil change, fuel filter change, transmission fluid exchange done and in cabin filter. They seemed very knowledgeable in sprinters and likely a lower price than Mercedes Local dealer but still not cheap service but that’s what you get for buying a Mercedes... They labeled all the filters etc that they changed in engine compartment too so easy reference to last time they were changed. Service was communicated clearly and finished in timeframe noted. WiFi access was provided and was able to work while I waited. Maxim’s customer service was top notch!

We were looking for a service center for our “new to us” Forest River Sprinter RV, fortunately for us we found Maxim at Sprinter Service & Repair. He made his first good impression when we had an issue with the emergency brake on a Sunday and he was available, helpful & willing to send a mechanic out to help us! Fortunately we didn’t need help that day after all but we took it in the following week for an oil change and inspection. Service was thorough and quick. Five Star Service center! Ive always taken our luxury Sprinter Ultimate Limo to the Mercedes dealer for service, until one day the dealer advised me that I needed to invest in a trans service and other work...at only 18k miles! My intuition told me to get a second opinion as the proposed service would have been very pricey. I quickly found Sprinter Service & Repair online and called right away. After 15 minutes of a wonderful and quite educational conversation with Maxim, I was quickly convinced these guys know Sprinters better than anyone else in the industry, and their pricing was fair and most likely cheaper than anywhere else. I refused the trans service at the dealer and later scheduled a visit to Sprinter Service & Repair. Vlad is truly an expert in his craft repairing Sprinters and Maxim is exactly the same with the biggest heart. This time around I had my intercooler, air filter, fuel filter, transmission mount, & all 4 brake pads / rotors replaced as well as they found an air leak in my turbo. Our 2014 Mercedes Sprinter Passenger van was making a sound that concerned me, and then, not long after, it was suffering from some pretty serious performance loss. The dealership said it was an intake manifold issue. I wanted a second opinion, so I came here. I liked the idea that they only serviced sprinters. They took it in and tried two other less expensive repairs before determining that it was indeed the intake manifold. While they were attempting other repairs, we had a loss in the family and we really needed the Sprinter in order to make it to the funeral. Maxim, Vlad, and the rest of the team made some sacrifices by working on the weekend and overtime to make that happen. This was their first intake manifold repair and Im happy to say they got it fixed, and things have been running great since.One of the things that I appreciated most was the communication. I would receive pictures of the parts they were working with accompanying explanations. There was no doubt they were doing what they said they were doing. That type of transparency is something Ive never experienced with any other mechanic.I was also grateful for Maxim who gave me some important tips about driving the sprinter that will in turn prolong the life of the vehicle. We will definitely be back for our regular service when it comes time.

Went in for a free diagnostic on a T1N Id just purchased. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. They found and explained what was wrong and looked at some extra things I had questions about. They gave me a quote to fix everything, but never pressured me in any way.

Try to picture: Its 3pm on a hot Monday afternoon and your vehicles air conditioning is not working properly. This was my case and I was tired of being hot so I Googled Sprinter repair. My search returned Sprinter service and repair in Vista. Their advertising interested me because it said they only work on Sprinter. I called thinking I would have to make an appointment that would take a while, but why not get it started. Maxim answered the phone and within a few questions he said why dont you bring it over right now and let me take a look at it. Wow, I thought, is it really possible I can get this done today at 3pm? They did it within an hour of my arrival and fixed it perfectly. Try doing that at a dealer! The price was much lower than a dealer and quite reasonable. There is little doubt I will be back there for more service in the future. They know everything there is to know about Mercedes Sprinter.

He went the extra mile to assist me when my 2004 Sprinter motor BLEW UP driving down the I-5 here in San Diego. It was after closing hours and still he came to his facility to meet me with my AAA tow-truck driver and went into detail on EXACTLY what was going on with my van. This is the best Sprinter shop in San Diego

I initially brought my van down to their shop to have a transmission service performed as I wasnt sure if a previous owner had serviced it prior. Their helpful staff immediately went to work inspecting the van and within a few minutes, they came back with the transmission dipstick. The fluid was pink and appeared to be in perfect condition. They recommended that I probably didnt need the service but, as always, keep an eye on it.While I was there, they did notice a radiator line that was bent and rusting and I did have a couple codes for glow plugs. Since I had made the drive, I decided I might as well have those serviced. There wasnt any pressure to have anything performed. Maxim wrote a list of suggestions and I chose what I wanted to get fixed. He also shared some insight on how to best care for my diesel vehicle and best practices (Dont be afraid to ask questions!) The staff was friendly and trustworthy. Ill definitely bring my van back--hopefully not too soon though! Thanks again!

I was referred to sprinter repair by EuroParts of San Diego. They said these gentleman are the best.I concur completely. Maxim and Vlad and his crew did a fine job on my vehicle. It had many problems that were very difficult to diagnose. Myself and one other repair facility had given up. These gentleman stayed with the issues and would not give up. Yes use them!..buy..We purchased a sprinter hoping it was not a rich mans vehicle, repairs proved otherwise. The gentleman at sprinter service knew I was strapped, helped me do what I could and advised. The repairs were all needed and I had other work fail but not thiers. Ilike them and recommend. Needed a new Sprinter Mechanic in the North County Area, and did a quick search and found Sprinter Service & Repair in Vista, and they had a bunch of good reviews so I decided to try them out.The prices were fair, and they seemed to be very knowledgeable on Sprinters.It was easy to book an oil change online, and they were fast and efficient. I would use them again in the future.

Not easy to add anything new to these glowing reviews.I have a 2011 Sprinter 3500 RV with 64,000 miles, bought in 2017.Although I had looked for Sprinter specialists before, I only recently learned of this shop in Vista, where I live.Aside from doing my own oil change, I hadn’t had comprehensive maintenance service since I bought it and wanted it done before my son took it on road trip in a couple days. Maxim very accommodating was able to book me the next day.Also can confirm detailed communication through checklists and estimates texted to me for verification. Upon picking up my RV, Maxim spent 20 minutes going over the work done and adding a couple tips for easing stress on transmission when parking, and leaving engine on after parking for a few minutes to cool down the turbocharger.Another detail I’d never seen before was sticking labels on the engine parts that documented dates that the maintenance was done.Very comprehensive, helpful and friendly service.

Drove an hour and a half each way to bring my 2007 Freightliner Sprinter 2500 for a free inspection and to start it on a regular maintenance schedule! Well worth it. Maxim, Vlad and the team do an excellent job and are really honest and fair. I seriously can not recommend these guys enough, this is my new go-to spot for my sprinter service and repairs

VLAD and his crew are professionals. They get straight to the point and don’t feed you any extra. I was in to get a half days work done and they completed it in two hours all while giving me more knowledge and understanding of my van and how to prolong its life.

After owning my sprinter van since 2006 I have found a knowledgeable, punctual, honest and trustworthy service provider located in North County. Maxim and Vladimir know their stuff and wont overcharge you. Broke down on the 78 the tow driver told me about this place. The following day I had my work horse back. I use to drive 30 miles plus to have it serviced and now I realize I was being overcharged as well. In addition they are happy and have a winning attitude about life. Dont hesitate to use them.

I live in New York City and I work in the expedition business. I drive a lot of miles every day on my Sprinter van. My friends have recommended this repair shop in San Diego and Im very happy about it. The guys work quickly and efficiently. I will use them in the future. They replace my lower intercooler hose and made engine oil service, and finished in half an hour. Very friendly and honest.
