I went in to buy a cheap set of tires for my truck. The tires I was looking at wasnt really made for trucks and was a low end tires. They upgraded me to a really nice set for the same price. That was really nice of them to do that. They didnt have to do it at all considering I was already set to buy the cheap ones. Great people working there, nice, friendly. If you want a nice set of tires for a Great price come here first before going to any other places.

The mechanics here are very informative, I had Timmy helping me out with my brake pads. Let me know what was going on with my car and very professional and very affordable prices. Definitely recommend coming here and definitely will be back.

My experience at the Vista location was great. I ordered my tires when I called the call center. The tires came in but they were the wrong size. Lino, store manager called around and was able to find me better tires for the same price, and have them installed the same day. Kudos to him. I cant say the same thing about the call center.

Very friendly customer service. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning and they had my tires at the shop. They were short staffed but explained the situation. I didnt need my car back right away so I just told them to take their time. And you cant go wrong with the buy 3 get 1 free deal! Worst service in my life time award. On my way to store for breakfast supplies and saw my front driver tire had only 13 lbs of air I stopped to put air at my regular gas station and found a screw in the tire. Since I bought my tires recently at American Tire in Vista I immediately headed over to get it fixed. I pulled up by the front and was going to show them the screw. It took a while to find someone but he wasnt interested in looking at my tire at all. He pointed to several huge stacks of tires and said all those are ahead of you. I said I had an emergency as I had a flat. He said they all made an appointment and you will have to wait at least an hour and a half. There were no customers to be seen anywhere waiting. I never heard of planning ahead for a flat but I guess that was expected or wait for every tire order to be done before me. It was very hot out and I was already getting dehydrated from the sun so I left to find a friendlier shop. Tony could use some customer service skills. No one should be treated like that when faced with an emergency. I would not recommend this shop since they do not follow through with repairs when needed. I felt as a woman he treated me in a very demeaning way like something you would not expect today. He never approached it like he was going to help me he only continually emphasized I would have to wait for all the other orders ahead of me. I hope you get a wake up call Tony as that is not the way to treat your customers.

The guys that were here are cool. But there was a disconnect with scheduling on yelp vs when I got there. I went to get new brake pads. Scheduling on yelp they quoted me 1hr and $150-175. I got there -- Now its 4hrs and $225 :/ came back after 3.5hrs and was told itd be at least 2hrs more :/Be prepared to spend the day w/o your car. Lol

Went here today day for the first time to get an oil change. Awesome experience. Cesar and his guys are great. Friendly, courteous and professional. They got me in and out of there quickly. And the best price around. This is my new place to get all my oil changes for all my vehicles. I will try them when I need tires also.

Cesar was very helpful.The only thing that wasn’t A+ is the two hour wait because they put a car a head of mine that showed up 30 minutes after me. I would still go back, they did a great job.

I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation at 0830 on a Saturday. I showed up at 0900 (cuz honestly, who wants to get up before noon on a Saturday anyway). I checked in and apologized for my tardiness. Within 15 minutes, they had pulled my truck in, rotated the tires, and had me back on the road. No charge (i bought the lifetime free rotations and road hazard repair certificate at time of purchase in Fresno). Great deal on fantastic tires backed by excellent service.

Went in with an oil change coupon. Was told they were busy and that it would be a 3 hours. I had the time, so I waited (hung out with a friend). Realizing I left my house keys with them, I went back,. Here I was annoyed to find my paperwork and keys were still on the counter in the same spot as I had left them about 1.5 hours ago. So I grabbed my house key without talking to anyone. Whatever, maybe they will get to my car soon...Came back at 3.25 hour mark and my car still hasnt been seen, the annoying kicker is that my keys and paperwork were still on the counter

About six months ago I bought new wheels and tires from this place. Couple nights ago I picked up a S hook on the road and got a flat tire. I showed up this morning and Cesar took a look at everything, got my tire patched, aired up,torqued down all my wheels, checked the tire pressure on all four tires and sent me on my way. That’s the way service is supposed to be done! This guy and his team exemplified what customer service is about. I will most definitely do my business here.

What to say about this place. Well there busy if you don’t have a appointment. Is it worth your time and money? I say yes. Fast friendly service at a low cost. They got me in and out and I was able to get other quotes on other services they proved. Will definitely be coming back to get my vehicle serviced here soon. Recently had my GX460 aligned and new CV shaft installed. Work done was excellent and the price competitive. I had just installed a lift kit and the tech even took the time to re-torque the new UCAs, struts, and shock connections.

Bottom was old review but what happened that day. Change bc of the great customer service from the district manager. He helped get my refund quick and fast and was super nice and answered me quickly. 10/10 customer service from the distich manager.Worst place for tire installation and service. I ordered tires from simpletire and had them shipped their and I was scheduled at 12:00am I actually called that morning if I could come sooner the the guy said yes. I arrive at 10:11 3 hours later my car has not been moved or even looked at. I asked the manger when thr eta on when Ill get my car serviced and just said “ idk I can’t tell you we have to service all the cars that have been here”. But 4 of the 5 their was employees cars. And at 1:30ish almost 2 a lady showed up with her car 40-30 mins later her car is getting serviced. Then once my car actually get serviced and done my car was not aligned and I had to pay 174 for the labor but I’m simpletire yoy pay on the website and that’s it . You pay for the tires tax’s and installation and alignment. But I showed him and said that’s just put that their and was not gonna let me take my car without paying for something I already paid for . Finally left at 3:20 . 5 hours I spent in total and 3 and and half of that time was waiting to be serviced.

Lino from the Vista location is the man! Great customer service all around. Got a quote from a few other places. He matched and even beat them by adding hazard certs to all 5 of my tires. The call center was very courteous and helpful. Only thing is they miss quoted us on a couple items which raised our price and was explained to me once I brought my car in. Their prices beat out other big name tire centers that wont work with you at all. Overall a good experience.

My contact was with Ceasar.He was professional, courteous, and informed.A friendly and pleasant demeanorThere were some delays due to tire delivery.He was apologetic though it was not his fault.On innstallation day, he was shorthanded.He was running the shop and installing!Again, he was apologetic though not his fault.The rims needed a special unlocking tool.I had no idea but Ceasar did.He knew where to find it.I waited awhile but was very pleased.We had a discussion about the tires.The tires are excellent. I can tell the difference.Believe me l checked around.Bottom line... American Tire Depot -Vistahad the best tires at the lowest prices.I will and have recommended this outstandinglocal business and their employees.Especially Ceasar!!!

Im sitting here trying to write this review and honestly Im just speechless at the amazing service I received from Lino at American Tire Depot. In this difficult and dark time in our world Lino was a bright spot and hope that this world is full of people who are kind, honest and full of integrity. I have always been afraid going to the mechanic as I have had my fair share of being overcharged, cheated on service and even lied to about repairs that were done; I feel like Ive found a mechanic I can rely on. My car is running smoothly and even looks cleaner then when I droped it off. You can be sure that I will be referring all my friends here. I am just so grateful and thankful for people like Lino.

I was experiencing quite the brake issues. I had glazed rotors, worn out pads, and worn out rotors making my car sound like a screaming banshee whenever I drove it. Some friends of mine recommended Vista Brake (now called American Tire Depot) and I gave them a call. Chris was courteous and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He informed me that the shop is in fact open on Saturdays from 8a-5p, which works well with my crazy student/full time work schedule. I took it in on a Saturday morning and they got it right in for a free diagnosis. Within an hour or two they called to give me the diagnosis and provided me with a quote that was within my budget. Chris was honest and understanding as he presented me with all of my options up front and let me decide what kind of work I wanted done. The techs are fantastic and I was delighted to learn that my car would be done the same day! A few hours later and I am no longer driving a wailing death trap. Honest, professional, respectful, and fast. I will be taking my car back for all of my auto needs!

Incredibly professional, hand torqued lugs and started them by hand, not something every tire shop takes the time to do. Great tires at a great price. Every one of my concerns were addressed. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for tires at a good price with professional service.

I had made an online appointment for 1pm, two days ago, but for some reason when I arrived it didn’t show up in their computer. But, they took me along with the customers already waiting for their work to be completed and I was back on the road within 2 hours. They kept me informed as to status during the wait. And, I was able to do some local shopping while waiting so it was a good experience. The gentleman that checked me in was very nice, professional and helpful.

We have been here about 4 times (good experience), on my last visit . It was unpleasant, the gentleman was obviously already in a bad mood, he wasnt helpful and also they denied the fact they have repaired a sensor that has failed days after the repair. Basically denying the fact they ever touched it. Im unable to locate our receipt. Im willing to adjust my review if the establishment makes it right. Until then i dont recommend using this shop.

Super rude, I had a flat tire and I walked in and was waiting for someone to help me out, there was two guys behind the desk, completely ignored me for 5 minutes then asked me very rudely if I needed anything. (Obviously I did) my tire was flat and I had my 3 y/o daughter with me it was super hot that day. I asked if they could change or patch my tire up. Some guy with glasses responded with “were pretty busy you’re going to have to wait” I said ok that’s fine when can you change it. He seriously said I’m not sure maybe tomorrow then continued talking to the other guy. Super rude I’m not sure how they have great reviews. They probably give discounts for them. It was a chubbier guy in glasses kinda bald.

Amazing work ethic and glad to have my service compared to other high rated places around. I came into get my fluids changed and got more out of it then I thought. Wanting to lift and give a new look to my Ram they hooked me up and made it extremely easy for me to get everything setup. Made all the calls and web searches and even fed me and got me a water literally hands down the best amazing service Ive ever had looked out and got me a great lift brand and a huge discount 👌 youd be making a mistake to not come here for your vehicle needs or upgrades!

The staff was nice. However, I made an appointment online roughly a week prior to my visit, and not only did they not have the tires I originally requested, much of the crew was at lunch, thus making my wait time longer than it needed to be.
