Stopped here on my way from Dallas to San Antonio and my check engine light came on. This was the closest mechanic. Stopped in, the amazing man (sorry I didn’t get your name) who helped me was the only person there. He pulled my engine codes and checked my oil and assured me I would be ok on my trip. He could have taken my money like many mechanic experiences I’ve had but he didn’t, he had integrity and was so kind! Thank you!

Took my new 2021 Ford F-250 Platinum in for just first oil change. I provided the oil and filter and just needed them to do the oil change. First guy that met me outside the garage quoted me $35 for the labor then once I pull into the garage I’m told it would be $75. I had no choice so I just paid it and now regretting it all together. Started noticing oil drops in my brand new homes garage, crawled under the truck to see it coated with motor oil, oil all over the oil pan and all over the oil filter...not happy. No telling what they did wrong but avoid this place if you want an oil change done right

Like it says in the name....Quick! They checked all my fluids and filters, put air in my tires and changed my oil in 10min. with no appointment while I waited in the car! Fast friendly service. It was $10 more but 2hrs and 30min. faster than the dealership (Where Ihad to make an appointment!).

They offer quick, friendly service at the North Valley Mills location. I always use them for oil changes and inspections. There is comfortable seating in the waiting area and there is a clean unisex restroom. Pricing for their services is clearly displayed. They might not be the cheapest for some things but the speed makes up for it.

This is our local go-to. Jonathan has assisted us multiple times and he is professional, kind, and attentive. He always goes above and beyond to explain and clarify any details we ask about. Really feel comfortable here and appreciate the professional environment. Thank you!

Wow, on the sheet they said I decline. No I did not. I WAS NOT EVEN ASKED. they did not check the wipers. Have the stuff on this sheet is a lie. Ask them to check brakes no answer as they rushed me out. So tired of company not doing what they say you paid for. Never again. If just going to do an oil change then say that. 😠

Pretty good place to get an oil change, only cost about 60 for 6 quarts of 5w 30, we also needed a state inspection which they also do and it was just 7 dollars more. Everyone was really nice and professional and because of Covid they have you wait in your car through the whole process. All and all we were in and out in about 15 minutes. Would recommend!

Fixed my car a little pricey but great work

Since Covid the service has gone way down hill. They no longer vacuum your car, wipe your windows or rotate your tires and offer no apology or discount. I asked if my tires could be rotated because we are leaving on a trip and I was told for Covid safety’s sake they would not do that for me. Then the same guy who told me that came and took my credit card (out of my sight!!) to the office with the dirtiest hand imaginable and brought it back. No gloves. That is not sanitary and that is terrible service. If y’all would like to keep customers, you should probably treat them like you want them to come back. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years, but I will be taking our cars elsewhere.

Im always a little hesitant to have my service done at shops. Generally I just take care of it myself, but I figured while getting my vehicle inspected Id go ahead and have the oil changed too. The guys in the shop where courteous, professional, and most importantly, fast. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, they communicated well with each other during the service which gave me the peace of mind to know things were done correctly. The lower bay technician even washed down the under carriage afterwards to ensure I didnt have any dripping oil spots. Well done, gentlemen.

They were super friendly and quick. Update, my daughter went back because she dropped the oil fill cap into the engine compartment and couldnt find it. They found it and put it on for her, free of charge. It seems trivial to most but to a dad it is a big deal. Great job.

Its ok for my truck besides the part that they smoke inside the garage part stinking up the place and they get rude when you try to ask them not to come around your vehicle smoking cause we have a baby inside the vehicle. Gross.

I needed an inspection sticker today and the guys at Kwik Kar were courteous and professional. Due to social distancing, I remained inside my car and demonstrated the horn, blinkers, wipers, etc. They were quick and soon I was on my way! I highly recommend them.

This place is wonderful. The service is great every time. As the name states, they are very quick. The mechanics know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable. They explain everything to you before making any big decisions or changes. The prices are totally reasonable as well.

Having to sit in the car while your oil is being changed gives you a birds eye view of the service technician. Apparently luck of the draw is at work here. Earlier this week took my pickup in and watched as the service technician topped off windshield wiper fluid, check power steering and added a little, added to anti-freeze reservoir, checked the air filter and checked the transmission fluid.Another employee checked and adjusted the air in the tires Took my Cougar in today and watched the service technician check the inside of his pockets for lint. Did add water to the windshield cleaner, BUT NOTHING ELSE! Did not check power steering, transmission, air filter, nor check tire pressure. A full service price for Walmart level of service. Next time i will save the $10 to 12 dollars more that Kwik Lube charges. Oh by the way, on neither trip did they take the two dollars off the price that is offered on the mileage sticker on my window

A great place for a quick oil change or state inspection. I have never had to wait long, and dont think they make appointments. They will change your oil and top off your fluids. Like most of these places, the will check it her stuff and recommend additional services like cabin or engine air filters, windshield wipers and occasionally a transmission fluid change / flush. Thats okay, just be informed of your manufacturers maintenance recommendations and use common sense...if your wipers are working fine and not streaking, you probably can wait.For inspections, make sure you have proof of insurance with you.

I got my oil changed in mid August, well yesterday 9/25/20 my car had no oil in it at All!!!!! DRY!! We had to put 4.5qts in, and now my motor is messed up! I HAVE NO LEAKS AT ALL!!!! IM CALLING THE BBB ON THEM, AND A LAWYER!

Best shop in Waco. My grandfather suggested this shop and I’ve had great service here. Can’t thank these mechanics enough for keeping my 19 year old F150 humming. Thanks to Harv and the other mechanics for quick tune ups, fluid exchanges, and maintenance. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Great service, but did not get charged the price I was quoted over the phone and I was unable to use the coupon I got off their website, so that was false advertisement. Website provides a coupon that they would not honor due to the “PANDEMIC”, this is the most important time, when times are hard, due to the “PANDEMIC”. Service was good but they should be more truthful with their prices.

First time and had a great experience. Had to move my car so they could reshuffle cars to different bays. Before I could get it back into line another car drove up and took my spot. The man made sure to get mine put back in line and I was in and out quickly. Great experience!!

Went in this morning and asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. It didnt take long and the guy came back and said the truck was finished. I told him that I wanted the tires rotated also. He acted very put out and said Im gonna have to pull your truck back in. I said... ok pull it in. Thats what I came for and asked for up front.Then I got back in the truck and there was an oily hand print on my cloth console and oil all over my door and handle on the inside. Then my tire valve stem caps were never put back on.I hate feeling like Im a burden to someone when they get paid to do the job I came in for. Not to mention going home to clean up the mess they made of my truck.Will not go back! I will find a new place.

I have faithfully gone to kwik kar for years and never had a problem until I went to this establishment to get an oil change and my air conditioning looked at this past week. After I left, my vehicle was worse off than it had been before. The guy who put freon and dye in my vehicle to check for leaks forgot to put the cap back on the fill port AND they caused a bad leak in my transmission. My vehicle had NEVER had problems with transmission until after I got it serviced at this kwik kar place this past week. It got so bad that I put more transmission fluid in my suburban yesterday and the fluid just flowed right back out and my vehicle wouldn’t even go in drive. I called Mike at the Kwik Kar this morning about everything and he just dismissed me and my car problems like I didn’t pay them $133.52 to take care of my vehicle. Never go to that particular Kwik Kar!!!!

THE FOOD IS GETTING COLD!

They guarantee their work for a year, but they forgot to mention that the year was at their discretion. They go by the date that is convenient for them. Upon their recommendation I had my ac belt changed on 3/17/17. It broke a couple of days ago. I went up to the shop to have it replaced since it was still covered for the one yearu guarantee. They proceeded to tell me the guarantee could not be honored because the year was up. Today is not the 17th and they could not justify their reasoning for denying the replacement. Only that they would not honor their year guarantee. I or my family will not go back.

Usually quick unless they are really busy. They do a great job. Been many time, never a problem.

They did a good job, I assume, on the oil change. But they also said that the wipers were pretty old (they were) and told me that theyd be $18 to change. That sounded a bit high, but saved me the trouble of going to Target and buying and installing them, so I said to go for it. Only after they changed them and I was paying did they tell that it was $18 *per wiper*. Who changes just one wiper? Its not a lot of money, but it did strike me as dishonest. I will not be going back.

Got me in and out in less than 15 minutes

I went in to get what I thought was a new belt. I was told that my Tensioner was loose and that their mechanic wasnt there. I leave my car overnight and around 8:10 I get a call that the repair will be 100 dollars to fix. Sometime later I get a call that supposedly my Tensioner fell off and that the bolt is broken off in my engine. This is a 1100 dollar plus repair that they cant even do. My car was towed to a shop that specializes this kind of work. I was told the bolt appeared to have been turned to wrong way and that is why it broke off. You can determine that by how the break looks. I confronted the owner/manager about this and he keeps sticking to his story that the Tensioner fell off. He will not admit his shop made a mistake and will not turn it into his insurance, which he could easily do.I tried to go through their so called corporate site. I finally called another Kwik Kar and this is what I was told. Their corporate office will not do anything. If you file a complaint, they wont even look at it nor will they even contact the owner. I have since found out that a friend of mine went in to get some work done to his car. They drained the oil out and didnt put any back in. The almost caused his engine to burn up. Oh, Ive been going to them for over 5 years for oil changes. Just know this, if they screw up your car, you are out of luck. Avoid this place at all cost. I wish I had. Not even 1 star, Google wont let you post Zero.

They changed my oil quickly, but it was really expensive. Depending on the type of oil your car uses, youll probably get charged $40-60. Im used to paying half of that.
