Used them on several occasions. Repaired cracked screen, and replaced screen cover. Quality workmanship and great customer service. Went in to order parts for phone and they checked it out and determined parts werent needed. Made me happy to know that they are not trying to take advantage of people and not charging for unneeded repairs.

Its only been two days since having the screen replaced on a Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra, so well see if this review still holds merit in 6 months or so, but I think it will. One of the biggest compliments I can give this repair shop is how quickly the turnaround was. I had my phone back in about an hour and a half or so. Moreover, everything was explained exceptionally well before anything was agreed to. Also you dont pay until the work is complete to make sure the job is done to youre liking. I would recommend this place if you need to have a phone repaired and if Im not mistaken they repair other electronics as well.

Went looking for a TV repairman. They no longer have the resource l was looking for, but the lady with whom l talked was very helpful and gave me the name of someone who might help me.As l left, l noted they advertised an old-fashioned TV antenna service. Since l dont have cable l will think about finding a solution. Im glad l stopped.

I went in, associate was very nice, however I have an LG phone which they do not fix.

Jeff and his staff were very helpful restoring my phone for me. I broke the front and back screens and now it looks like a brand new phone again!!!

They are fast and friendly great customer service.. i did have a little issue with my front camera after they fixed my screen (nothing major) but they fixed it in just afew minutes. Hopefully I dont break my screen again but if I do Im going back to CPR

Josh replaced the screen on my phone in less than the estimated time. CPR is a very professional, reputable firm and I highly recommend them to anyone having cell phone issues.

The guy was super helpful and knowledgeable. Bought screen protectors and didnt last a month due to a bubble. Became a issue after hanging off on half the screen. Make sure if it comes off the lifetime warranty is only good if you bring the protector back. Lol its understandable but never told not on the receipt. Thank yall

No help at all..!! I left a text msg to get faster service and NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME BACK or RETURN MY TEXT!! When I called them, they said they didnt have any supplies to fix my phone but, they could possibly find some items. They didnt even try. Only 1 star and dont even deserve that!!

Great place to take your phone if you don’t know what’s wrong with it. They helped me out with my phone and answered all of my questions and my concerns. Labor cost was cheap enough to afford and I will go back anytime for all phone problems. Thanks cpr
