Josh was the very best example of extraordinary customer service. From his hello welcome to his goodbye, have a nice day, he showed a willingness to go the extra mile for customers like me who don’t always fully understand the product and services they are buying, and in doing so, he exemplified what every company should want in a representative of their business. And since I own a service company, I am pretty hard to please. The other employees were also doing a very good job, and I highly recommended using this establishment for your cell phone needs.

The service at this Verizon authorized (but not Verizon company owned) store was great. In the past when I upgraded my phone (at the Verizon main store in Central Texas Marketplace, I basically was handed the new phone and on my own.Here they took the time to sync my new phone to my old, also synced my watch and made sure everything was working together.They also erased my old phone with me right there.If you are buying a new Verizon phone, skip the main store and go here-you will be treated well, and phone set up for you.As much a phones cost these days, we should all be getting more help!

I was told to go to Verizon so i went to these guys and Thomas and the girl (Don’t know her name) We’re amazing they helped me out tremendously. Thomas explained everything from my trade in to my billing and specs of the new IPhone I got, and the girl helped with setting me up. Highly recommend.

Christian was an ultimate caring talented professional. He corrected a mistake made by someone in the Grapevine Verizon store. It was a complex issue that he did not create. Good service, helpful and quick. Good selection of phones and accessories. I wasnt pressured into an upsell, but wish I had bought the note I was talked out of it. Also, features on phone plans should be explained a little better, I miss caller ID and dont want to pay extra for it. Overall I give 4 stars.

I got assistance from the Verizon store and the workers, have to say theyre amazing help 100% they are a little hesitant when it comes to listening to the full story, but they were 100% willing to give me a new SIM card when I asked for one. lucky enough that fixed my issue and I thanked them so much for working during these trying times

I believe this is my fourth time visiting this store in the last month, and every time I am overwhelmed at the kindness and patience and down-to-earth fitness of the employees. I just tried to voice to text down-to-earthedness but fitness works too, cause everyone here also seem to be In perfect shape. Literally the worst customer support service I have ever received. The instore experience was pleasant enough, very nice sales people and manager instore. The single star is for the terrible customer service verizon itself provided. After 1 hour and 24 minutes on the phone, the alleged tech support hung up on me. Frustrated with me Im sure, however, I just spent 300$ on a mobile hotspot that will not support my childrens online learning tho I was assured it would at time of purchase. Thanks verizon

Slowest service Ive ever experienced in any store for any carrier. Dude brings out the closed box with the new phone, starts peeling off the safety stickers and then asks if the BOX HE IS HOLDING IS THE NEW PHONE. Like, bruh. You LITERALLY WENT AND GOT IT JUST NOW. I will never return to this location, it should not take nearly two hours to activate items we spent a whopping 10 minutes to choose. W.T.F.

Most of my experience is a very positive thing. My phone needs are addressed and taken care of by a friendly, knowledgeable person. 4 stars because there is a longer wait when it doesnt seem that busy. There are those times when u need patience for they are busy but others u wonder why the wait.

I have nothing good to say about the Verizon location near the circle. We purchased our phones there...went back for help and was refused service..not their job description!

Switched back to Verizon from Sprint this morning and Denny at the Bosque store made the transition SO EASY! He was very informative and made sure we made the best decisions for our budget. We got there right when they opened because they get busy so quickly. We were there about an hour, maybe less, and even had items transferred from our old phones to our new ones. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and ask for DENNY! He was great!

EXCELLENT customer service...was the end of the day for the Lady who helped us but she gave us 110% of her time and attention...went out of her way to help us with some difficult situations and never let us feel like we were wasting her time. I thanked her for her excellent customer service and she looked shocked that I would thank her...she said that she appreciated is as customers. Pretty fast service. Bought new phone but salesperson didnt check it out so when tried to set up found was locked out of voicemail. It said had to enter code well I dont know it.called Verizon they had me try several number combos but none worked, also new phone new number had lots of people listed under contacts that I dont know, had to delete. Nothing should be in new phone. I paid cash in full for cell, now telling me I must take my time, my gas, back to store with phone and get them to either fix or replace within 14 days. How is this my problem? I drove to store, took time off work, waited and paid for service, spent over hour on phone trying to fix. This supposedly brand new phone with number in good faith. Have 14 new messages in addition to what appeared when purchased, not sure if Im missing calls or if their someone elses. Im frustrated expected much better service and help offered no compensation no discount just basically told me to take to store and hope they fix or change phone. Maybe another competor should contact me to do a commercial for them. Sharing my story of unsatisfactory service and frustration.

Had two different rude associates on two separate occasions trying to fix problems created by improper information entered into my account at this store. Which happens to be a device I paid in full for but they are charging me a contract fee because payment was categorized wrong on their end. Still have yet to resolve issue. If I could rate less than 1 star I would. I recommend going to different location or an entirely different service provider.

I cant say that it is ever a good experience when you go to a Verizon store. They try to sell you crap you do not need every time. My wife has me come in with her when it is time to upgrade to help her fight off the baloney they try to push on you. But hey, the cell service is great so order your phone online or get one that is compatible off of eBay and you are gold.

It was the worst service ever. I was told one thing but when I saw my bill they had charged me for things that they said were free when you activate a new line. I have been dealing with this for 2 weeks and finally a customer service representative helped me with the problem, however in this store they treated me like a liar, politely I had asked them to check their cameras to see whos been lying and they only said no we cannot do anything for you. Well, so sad because I like Verizon and I have been with them for several years, but because of this incident I think I may have to take my 5 lines to another carrier. One that will respect and treat their customers with kindness.
