We walked in and were greeted immediately. When we said we were just looking, the salespeople listened. There were no high pressure techniques, no one followed us around. They were close enough that we did not have to go find assistance, but they were not in our way. This makes a great shopping experience for my family! We ended up working with Justin. He is knowledgeable about all of the mattresses and bedding in the store. He was polite, friendly and personable. I plan to make my next bedding purchase with Denver Mattress and Justin particularly.

We shopped around at several different stores but decided on Denver Mattress in Waco. The prices were competition and good variety. But our decision was largely based on the service we received from Dawn. She was amazing, never pressured us, answered all our questions and went above and beyond by contacting another company to find out if the base we wanted would work with the bed we wanted. I walked in and my sales rep knew exactly what I wanted. My only issue was that I was told the bracket for the headboard was included with the base. I received a voice-mail from my sales rep stating they would have to order it. I called back and was told it would be an additional charge. I told the rep (not my original rep) that I was informed it was included. I was then spoken to rather rudely and again told it would be an additional charge. I may return, but will only deal with my original sales rep. He was helpful and even called when he realized there was incorrect information. I do not know the name of the female I spoke with when I called back, but I will turn and leave if my sales rep is not there. I believe some of the staff need training in empathy and effective communication. I would have been happy to pay the additional cost had it not been for the rude attitude I received.

I went to Denver Mattress a few weeks before my original purchase due to closing on my home. I explained to the salesman (Mercades) my reason for just looking. The salesman was not pushy at all. He patiently answered all of my question and even showed me other items to go with my mattress to protect it. I recommend this gentleman to anyone who don’t have much time but want the right product to fit their needs.

Mercedes is so well informed you know your being educated not just being sold a product. There is zero pressure which is wonderful. Must say Denver and Mercedes are 5 stars across the board. Highly recommend you at least TRY Denver (great value) before you spend ridiculous money on a product less quality. They have many styles and selections to choose from. Thanks again Mercedes.
