Just had an amazing experience at Carquest! Tanisha was so helpful she found everything I needed to complete my battery project. awesome friendly and helpful team.

This is one of my favorite auto parts places. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Also, its not very inside but always has exactly what Im looking for..

Today I called in and attempted to return a couple NEW Carquest branded parts without a receipt. The manager Tuneisha refused to follow their stated return policy which states returns without a receipt shall be issued a store credit card. Not only did Tuneisha refuse the return but Tuneisha did not have the time or customer service skills necessary to answer the reasons for refusal with me directly. There was however a very nice driver who did her best to answer my questions but since Tuneisha is the manager and the manager is the only one to accept the return the driver could not help me get the return. The driver did refer me to the other Store in Wake Forest. Why the other store? I dont know, they are the same company. If you want a store that appreciates you as a customer look elsewhere. Perhaps Tuneisha and this wonderful customer service focused driver should switch positions

Rob and his team were awesome! I had ordered the wrong battery for my vehicle and they were extremely courteous in finding the correct one in a nearby store while I waited (and offered beverages during the wait). Rob did a great job on the install and I couldn’t be happier. I was in and out within an hour or so. Thanks guys!

I just had the best experience and incredible customer service today. Tanisha was not only pleasant but knowledgeable. I haven’t seen this type of outstanding customer service in a long time, you definitely get that walking in the door at Carquest in Wake Forest. They have a customer for life.

Mario was super efficient and great - went to Napa first and they said they wouldn’t install a battery because of its location in the engine - tried carquest across the road and Mario installed it in 2minutes. Great customer service and friendly staff - thanks Carquest!

Friendly knowledgeable staff.

This place has more of an old school vibe. The staff is always helpful and ready to assist you. I get the impression that they do most of their business delivering to repair shops, so they carry a vast array of replacement parts in stock. Cant ever remember waiting in line.

Just drop in to get a simple spark plug, no problem.They cross referenced it, bought two. While there though we notice they had a very large supply of specialty tools, like door panel clip remover, serpentine belt wrench.We were really surprised at again their large selection.sp we know where to go just left another parts store and sad they couldnt cross reference a simple spark plug.

I typically shop at advanced because of a history with them, but this was also nice and clean with a good selection.

Great service, great staff, quality knowledge. Compassionate. I was on edge about my car but they made it easy. Car was nroke down at napa but the guy attitude at napa made me walk over to car quest and glad i did.

Its closer to my house than Advance Auto and very helpful, but their hours are terrible. They have adapted everything from Advance except reasonable business hours.

They always have the parts I need.

Called ahead about getting my battery tested. Get there and they tell me their battery tester is down. Wouldnt that have been useful info to mention when I called?? Thanks for wasting my time.
