I bought a NAPA fuel filter several months ago and lost the receipt. Last weekend I finally dropped the access plate to find out I was sold the wrong filter. I was able to verify what was also bought at that time but was refused credit for the NAPA brand part.That was the last $30 NAPA will ever get from me.

They have AMSOIL Synthetic Motorcycle oil, Motor oil, Transmission fluid and Differential gear in stock.

Very considerate and helpful!! Shawn and others there went out of their way to help me exchange my battery for a new one. They weren’t in a hurry and took time to answer my questions. I have been self employed for years, and know what customer service looks like. They deserve an A+ !!! There is something else I need to mention. There was a technicality that could have voided the warranty on my battery if they chose to, but Shawn STILL honored the warranty!!I recommend this store to everyone.

Brought a new power steering pump for our L8000 1995 Ford truck from another place.They could not tell us what kind of fluid it takes, do we called Napa they were eager to help and told us the power steering fluid. Not automatic transmission fluid.Thank you Nap.

I went here with my two kids. The staff was amazing. They greeted me at the door and held it open for me as they could see I had my hands full with a small child and a baby carrier. They found out what I needed and got it for me quickly. They interacted with my three year old son and even gave him a basketball! After I paid they offered to help me to the car, I declined but they still ran to hold the door for me. Best experience ever. THANK YOU!

I called and reserved a water pump for our 2001 Buick Lesabre and picked it up the same day. My husband took our car apart and got ready to put the pump in only to see the clerk gave us the wrong part. The correct part was clearly written on ticket, the clerk pulled the wrong part off the shelf. This meant 50 minutes of driving to return it. When asked about a small discount to cover the cost if gas, the clerk refused. Next time, well go to another auto parts store.

Saturday morning bad experience at the store.Only one employee working i.I had vehicle problems with battery not charging.(Employee Refuse to test the battery.He explain that he’s only by himself at the store..Well customer service I purchase all my parts from you guys.I had to goTo other side of the street to your comparator for help.In my business I work hard for my customers do you???

Went in to ask about a specific bolt, the man behind the register didn’t even look up for 2 seconds from whatever he was doing just to say he doesn’t have it in a rude and short way. Offered no alternatives or other places that could have it.
