Bee Storage kept the building too warm and my furniture developed mildew over the course of the year I rented a 10x10 unit. I wanted them to pay to get my 6 pieces of furniture cleaned. I was referred to their insurance company(Bee requires their tenants carry the insurance) and had to contact multiple times after supplying them with picture documentation. The person whom I finally got in touch with and was assigned to my claim stated it was a non covered issue. My things I had in there were probably worth over $15K. Thats my story and figured I might as well air my grievance. Disregard the owner response. They have my information if they were genuinely interested in resolving this problem.

The woman behind the counter is so nice and great with our questions. The storage unit itself is super nice.

He made us actually feel wanted by the business instead of giving us the feeling that we were an annoying byproduct of running a business.Great experience.

So clean, I cant believe just how accessible everything is. The elevator to the upper floors are fast, the carts to carry your things in the elevator...just first class in my first days experience.

Really nice and clean reasonably the best deal I found without worrying about flooding. Dont stress the floors the carts and elevators make it all pretty easy. I like being a floor up in storage places due to having a unit be flooded once before at another facility. Got a larger one and was able fit a three bedroom house full of kids stuff.

I very much like the Ease of access, proximity to where I was staying, the security coded door, the ease to get my items in and out of the unit/facility.plus its a good proce in comparrison to other options.

The manager on duty that day went out if her way to show me all the options. And she was very professional and took the time to show me every unit available.

Staff was helpful, very courteous and thorough. The facility was clean, well maintained and we even used the truck for free! I would use again if the need arises and i highly recommend this place.

Bee Storage is a very clean and comfortable facility. The staff members are friendly and helpful. I was impressed with this storage facility. So much that I recommended them to a family member who is relocating to this area who has some storage needs. My family member has been satisfied with them as well thus far.

Very nice new facility with inside climate controlled storage as well as exterior units. Good security and they have a friendly staff. Specialty climate controlled wine storage with individual locked cabinets is a plus for the wine coniseur.

Easy rental process and excellent customer service!

Office staffs were pleasant and friendly however I gave three stare because I was not able to fit a piece of my furniture on the elevator and had to get a second storage unit for that said piece of furniture. I ended up paying the same insurance and administration fees twice after I could not get my couch to my second floor storage unit and I had no choice but to get a second storage unit for just one couch. I felt they should at least waived the fees since the elevator also malfunctioned

Staff extremely knowledgeable and thorough with all information regarding the storage facility. Very friendly and professional. The storage facility itself is extremely clean, well lit, with carts available for loading. Security is tight. Excellent storage facility.
