Amber couldn’t have been more helpful. We were looking for temporary storage for our overstock during peak and Amber was integral in conversations before we finally decide to grab a unit (keeping us up to date with availability and future availability) and couldn’t have been more helpful when left to restock our facilities. Going forward, we will be reaching out to Amber and this public storage location before anyone else.

Moved in August 20th and moved out September 13th. There were animal droppings in my apartment. When I brought it to management attention via pictures they did not act surprised. Just told me I could move my stuff out of the unit and file an insurance claim. Don’t waste your time here!

Amber was amazing in helping us get our pop-up into our space. It was a tight fit but with her strength and ours we were able to hulk it in and store it!! Shout out to Public Storage, especially Amber who was a jewel even though I showed up 20 minutes before closing, a day before my appointment! She was very nice, quick, accommodating, and if my timing was a problem, she didnt let on. She even got me to purchase a box of packing supplies and we were done in less than those 20 minutes but of course I did express check in which proved to be an amazing help... I am reserving the 5th star since I am not officially moved in but Thanks Public Storage from reserving online, your follow up calls, confirmation emails, and all have made this move a little easier!

Amber is amazing. Before I could finish my online express check in she was calling to confirm my request.Upon arrival she took me to view the unit and gave me my lock.This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had renting a storage facility.

The location was well maintain and the personal (Amber) she greeted me with respect and very welcoming. She could not find my reservation by my name. Then I provided her with my reservation number and the whole transaction went well. I was there less than 15 minute and everything was set. Thank you Amber for your time and quick service.

I recommend this Public Storage business in Wake Forest. I spoke with Norma to get a quotation. And when I was ready to sign a lease, she told me that she would wait for me (which it was very close to closing time). When I arrived she was very pleasant to speak with and was patient while I asked several questions. The business is convenient off of Capital Blvd, the rates are low and very competitive! You should ask for a quote, you wont be disappointed.

She is exceptional..provided great informative ideas...thoroughly explained all via the phone..I was coming from South Carolina...I found the right size then I found my moving truck was larger than space I rented...no problem for Norma, she quickly changed my reserved space to a larger one. She is a wonderful lady., always a pleasure to see and work with...just ordered my second unit from her today!

Great little storage, best price we could find. Location on Capital is a little difficult during traffic hours but it was easy to set up rental of the unit. We only needed it for a couple of months and when we were done it was easy to finalize the account.
