Customer service was excellent didnt have my size but took extra measures to help me find the shoe at another store all high vibes

Tried to get a military discount which the clerk tried a few times. A 170 dollar pair of Jordans for my grandson. It would have been 20 bucks off. She gave me a slip to apply on line for the discount. Link never worked so. Little disappointed. The slip she gave me did say for next time. Boo Hoo. A let down at Foot Locker

Lazy employees at the St. Charles mall location in Waldorf, Md. Three or more employees standing in the front and there was no greeting. Had to ask for assistance. Left out of store. Very poor customer service.

Long wait and long line because they only had 1 person working the floor but other than that its a cool lil store ok customer service

Arrived here @ 11:30 am and the store is closed with the gate pulled down and lights off. I proceeded upstairs to kids footlocker to inquire. An employee there called the manager for Foot Locker and was informed that someone will be there in 30 minutes. So it’s totally acceptable for a store to open 2 hours later than expected? Beyond poor service. However, the gentleman at Kids Foot Locker was very pleasant.

DONT GO THERE IF YOU USE THE APP TO RESERVE SHOES! The Footlocker in St. Charles mall does not accept VIP rewards coupons on launch app releases. All other Footlocker, Footaction and Champs locations do, but this one does not. When reserving shoes, skip this location because they do not accept reward coupons which is a rip off.

Nice tennis for my grandson

The store and products are nice however the service is horrible. first it took like 4mins to get some help since the workers was talking about their personal issues and then I asked the young teenagers a question and one guy just shook his head no at least speak to a future customer.
