I signed up for a monthly lease for a smaller storage unit to facilitate my moving house. The monthly rates weren’t cheap, but the facility was great and the storage unit served all my needs. Also, Nicole the General Manager at this CubeSmart was incredibly helpful, and offered me a great promotion that saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend CubeSmart in Waltham for any of your storage needs.

The facility is spotless and customer service at the Waltham location was great. Signup and cancellation was simple, easy, with no pressure. The high-bay load-unload area was key for moving stuff out on a rainy day. Just needed short term storage, but would use them again.

No one present during office hours. No one answers the phone. Access codes stop working randomly. Not great if you plan on accessing your storage.

Our belongings were safely stored for almost a year, and the facility was as clean when we picked our things up as when we moved in. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout the whole process, and canceling was quick and painless. Would highly recommend to anyone and would use again myself in the future! One of the great perks is dollies that are available for loading and onloading and being able to load your vehicle in a garage type bay.
