The store manager was super helpful in setting up my account, guiding me to my unit, and answering any questions I had. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in the Boston area.

Usually when it comes down to finding a storage area, you would need something close by with quick responses from the facility staff. Paul, the site manager, is extremely helpful to get you the right storage space in his facility. Paul was prompt in getting back to me with my request and walking with me through all the possible options. He assured that the even if the current storage space is not large enough he should be able to accommodate my stuff in a bigger unit.

Just rented a space with extra space. I saw an online special which they honored without any issue. Larry helped me out and walked me through everything step by step: no hassles, no confusion, just what I needed to know and clear as to what I was getting into. Place looks clean and well kept, no smell. I feel like i got lucky finding this place!

I would rate this facility as five stars. It is clean, bright and airy. The staff, Norbert and Larry are great and Ive been at this particular facility for eight years. Easy access, huge elevators and this makes professional movers very happy how easy it is to get all the items in and out. I live close to the facility and store very heavy things that my attic cannot take the weight.

I have had my valuable possessions stored with Extra Space Storage in Waltham since 2001 while I have been on a post-retirement adventure. Norbert Ferris is the most amazing and helpful manager there is and always goes the extra mile for me. He is always friendly and helpful. This has made a huge difference to me. We have never used a storage facility before so we were pleasantly pleased to meet Norbert upon our arrival. He is accommodating, personable and sincerely cared that we found the space we needed. Larry is great, too. The facilities are clean, well lit and the background classical music in the office was an extra treat. We highly recommend.

This place is great. I rented a parking spot from here. This is the second Extra Space location Ive rented from and they never disappoint. The manager even asked if I was familiar with Google maps just in case I didnt know how to get home. Excellent customer service.

Norbert is always so helpful in getting us set up with our unit. It is clean and dry and they are so helpful in making sure we have everything we thing we need. We even upgraded our unit and it was easy to do the transfer :)

One convenient feature is being able to reserve a unit online (and then goin when you have time to finalize the sign-in process). Helpful and efficientas well as very clean and organized.Also: On 5/08/20 it was helpful to go in to my local store and actually get a much larger unit for almost the same price due to a special promotion. Very pleasant and easy process, overall!

The Willow Street facility in Waltham MA. has been great. The staff has been incredibly Friendly and easy to work with. I have no gripes with this facility and it has definitely served me well. My only gripe with Extra space is their lack of better pricing for LONG TERM storage customers. I think they should really consider offering 6, 9 and 12 month storage pricing for folks who need it. New customer acquisition pricing is great but It makes little sense that a new client gets a deal and a long term client has continuous price increases. Perhaps more folks would consider longer term storage if they could sign a contract that offers them rates that mirror NEW customer pricing. There is revenue to be made in RETAINING customers as opposed to having them move out hastily due to increasing costs. Just my 2 cents. Beyond that issue, I think its a great service, and if I need storage again in the future Ill choose this same location based largely on its staff. Norbert and Larry have been great for the entire time Ive been doing business with Extra Space.

Driving in from a different state, I was going to arrive 1 hour after the rental office was closed. Paul, the manager of the building, offered to stay later just so I could rent out the unit and be good for the weekend (the office is closed on Sundays so I would have had to wait a day before being able to rent the unit). A unit is a unit, but Paul went above and beyond - customer service here is A1.

We are a small business with 8+ years of storage experience. Extra Space has always been very reliable for support and customer service, but the Willow Street location has been great every step. Larry and Norbert are great managers who take care about their customers. We receive packages at this location and we have great peace of mind knowing that everything will be smooth. Highly recommend this location.

They are the only place I would consider working with in the Waltham or Metro West Boston area. The staff is great. They are always helpful and available if needed. This was my first time renting a storage locker and I have to say my experience was amazing! The space is well-maintained, clean, climate-controlled as well as having access after hours. This is a great place for storage. Nice and clean. The staff are very helpful. Answered all my questions. Narberth was kind and took his time to show me all the different options that they had best on what my needs were.

Our company has started a new business in the area and we needed to find a storage space ASAP that was able to accommodate our needs. We had no luck in the area, it was either full or self service but luckily we were able to find Extra Space Storage Waltham and extra lucky we were able to meet Larry! We needed a storage that was able to receive and an 18 wheeler access, this unit does not have a dock for 18 wheelers but Larry was very understanding and willing to help us out! Were an out of state business so were not able to be on the spot when we get shipment so Larry agreed to receive for us and store our shipments in our unit. Larry has been more than helpful and accommodating! Top quality service!!

Reserved two units from the website and was called by the facility manager Norbert 5 minutes later. He was very courteous and helpful throughout the whole booking process as I required some special accommodations due to my move out dates conflicting with the system. The facilities itself are what you would expect. Pretty clean with decently wide hallways. The only knock is that they dont have a loading dock so if you have a big truck full of items to move it might take slightly longer thats all. Otherwise A+ for the service received so far.

If you want to have a zero balance and close your account here, then be prepared to be scammed and charged the next 6 months, then turned over to collections for $1000.... Then go here. Norbert said everything was closed on our account and that he wanted the lazy boy chairs and other items that I left FOR HIM, JUST LIKE WE AGREED. I am sorry that I gave my precious items to Norbert, I thought he was sincere in everything he told us. I would of taken them the day I paid the zero balance, which was also the same day I had this agreement with Norbert. Norbert never said there was any issues, until he called me a month after.! YOU KNOW WHAT U DID NORBERT AND THIS IS SICK AND GOD WILL PUNISH YOU FOR LYING. Norbert lied to us, and he is a scammer. This is my first time having a storage unit or being turned over for anything. You should be ashamed. #NORBERT.

Only been renting a storage space for a month and a half, but am very satisfied with the facilities and the service. Norbert was very helpful in showing me the space and making sure that all went smoothly. Very nice guy! No people live in the facilities (haha), that is always a plus.
