I was pensive about using public storage because of horror stories about their competition in other areas.But I was moving and needed a place to keep my stuff, and gave it a go.What ended up happening in reality: Everything functioned as advertised. No hassles, unexpected price gouging or drama of any kind.The process was quick, painless, mostly automated, and easy. During the few times I did interact with staff they were friendly, charming, and had a zero wait time.

Chuck was very helpful and kind with assisting and setting me up during the moving in process and anytime I called with questions. As I was vacating Kerri was there that day and she was so nice, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend public storage.

Harry was an amazing sales consultant. He is super friendly and explains every detail with knowledge and a smile on his face. Well you can tell underneath the mask. Just stepped out of this facility after renting today. It is not my first time. Chuck is the same one that helped me the last time I had to move - and he is one of the main reasons I came back. There is a storage place right next to my apartment but I took a walk in there and knew I did not feel comfortable. So, I travel 30 minutes to this facility because it is clean, staff are amazing (Chuck and Tyler are friendly, honest, want to help) and prices can’t be beat.

The facility manager at the Waltham Public Storage, on Lexington Street takes very good care of the customers, whom he gets to know very well. He always has a friendly greeting, offers great service and keeps the facility extremely clean.

My husband and I were looking for a storage unit and we went in for a look at what Public Storage had to offer! We were a little skeptical on what we needed and being our first time we did not know what to expect. We walked in and instantly greeted by a young man. He instantly got up to help us and gave us a list of units they offer. We told him what we planned to move and he gave us a instant recommendation of what size we should go for. He showed us the unit and it was perfect! We asked him some questions we had and he answered and explained everything we asked! We were informed that he had just started that week but he acted like he was a PRO! Defiantly will be storing here when we are ready!

Found the $1 first month deal online at Public Storage and after doing my research and reading the reviews, I decided to visit this PS. Chuck greeted us and showed us the storage space. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I thought the paper process would take a while but surprisingly, we were in and out in about 15 minutes. If you decide to come here, make sure you ask for Chuck because he is very helpful and has his customers best interest at heart. I would definitely recommend this place and Chuck to anyone.

This place was really good. Chuck the manager is an affable guy who tells you what you need to know. He will sell you storage equipment (boxes, tape etc.) at a reasonable price if you need it. They had an unbeatable special rate for customers storing items for less than a month. The storage area was clean as a whistle. Chuck does make you purchase the lock he assigns to you but then I felt better knowing that no one had used that same lock before me. ... Ya never know...

So Friday 1-10-20 had to be one of the hardest days of my life I walked in to the Waltham location with my mom I was a hot mess crying and all and CHUCK helped us he made me smile laugh and took his time and made sure I understood and he explained everything to me with in that 30 mins we where there he made me forget what was going on, then I needed a larger space and helped me with that I will always recommend public storage just because the service and help we received I wish I could give move stars!!!!YOU ROCK CHARLIE BROWN 😁

The Manager there (Chuck) was very helpful. I was looking for a place to store my apartments items during a move. He told me about a promotional for a space that was 10x20, twice the amount of space I thought I needed. It was 1$ for the first month, though there was a fee for administration and insurance and a lock, the total bill came out to be about 60$. It was quite a deal. I was very surprised. I would rent space from here again.

Great location, clean and well maintained. Code access to let you in when its a good time for you. Ive been storing there for quite awhile and rarely had problems with availability to the various carts but they are limited so your time may vary with access according to other move ins or move out.If youve got time, Chuck can probably debate and discuss with you on most topics. Super interesting guy, well versed and knowledgeable.Over the years, Ive had the pleasure to discuss many things with him.
