It was great. Its a drive through low maintenance place, and its a great price. Drove up, got in line, they got us set up and got our info, and within 5 minutes we pulled up and they changed our oil. The whole experience took 20 minutes max, and they were very efficient and friendly with it. Loved the experience, and will 1000% go there again for my oil change.

Did not hesitate to help me when my battery died at the business next door. Took a battery charger and walked over with me to charge my battery and didn’t charge me anything. Very nice and professional. While I was waiting, it was very fast and efficient how they took care of their other customers also. Highly recommend!!

Recently had my oil changed there and the service quality in the past year or so has gone downhill - I’ve had two issues with then in the past where they overfilled my oil way too much, with the last occurrence just a few days ago. I called them today to get ahold of the owner and he wasn’t there. The service person on duty didn’t seem the least bit interested in helping me and hung up the phone as quickly as he could. I’ll be contacting the BBB about this and if my engine is damaged, well, I’ll get a lawyer.

Ive used this location for years and have always been treated well. I had a headlight bulb out and I had bought the wrong size but the manager told me I could come back. I exchanged the bulb and came back and he took careof me with no issue. Ill always recommend.

I started coming here when I was a single Luther because it was affordable and I could stay in my car with my kids. I wouldn’t and haven’t gone anywhere else. I’ve never had one problem and I know I can trust them with my car needs.The owner is very friendly and trustworthy! He’s genuinely an honest man with a heart of gold!I’ve been going here for at least 6 years. They always do a great job and never try to get more money from me. Just today I asked about upgrading and I was told that it was better to stay with my current oil. They could have gotten $15-20 more out of me but they didn’t. These guys are the best! I first came here on a recommendation from work when I was new in town, andI have been getting my oil changed here for almost ten years. They know me and my family. They know my car. They go the extra mile. Last summer when it was stroke-inducing hot, they brought out water bottles to customers waiting in their cars. Took my car in today. We had recently moved and got my oil changed at our local kwik kar and unfortunately it was not done properly. My car had a leak. The mechanic which I believe may have been the owner took care of me. He showed me the problem and took me step by step on how they were going to fix my car so I wouldnt have to worry about anything happening since my car was losing oil. I would definitely would drive almost 2 hours to get this kind of service again.

Went to get an oil change at this place. The caucasian man was taking off my oil cap and shook my car tremendously. I asked what he was doing and got no comment. After the oil change was finished i notice my car was putting and it even made a popping noise. I asked the black guy what that sound was he said it sounded like the muffler. I barely made it home. I took my car back and explained to the owner and he was very rude and ignorant even went so far as to get in front of my car and dared me to run him over. All i have to say is dont go to this establishment if you dont have male persuasion with you or around you. Definitely unprofessional starting from the top.
