At first was very pleased with norris. Its the only place Ive fianced a vehicle from. Didnt have much faith I could get approved and they got me into something I actually wanted so that kinda shook me.... they took care of me to say the least... fast forward 2 years now.. different story. I see them in a different light.. I took my truck in for service a month ago, supposedly started working on it a week ago... to find out an employee quit and the rest of service has no clue whats going on.. new information as of yesterday. We are restarting the warranty process that was started a month ago and completed a week ago.... long story short. I will be taking my vehicle and business else where. Stay away. Go find u a reputable dealer and do business with them...
Awesome experience every time! Very organized & professional. Thanks for taking care of us ken!
They sale good looking trucks that need lots of work.
Super quick & painless. Easy to work with. Knowledgeable staff.
Good place to buy a nice pre owned vehicle
They made me a fair deal which included some mechanical work and they delivered like they said they would. Got all you can ask for used car dealer.
I was at Norris Auto Sales on August 9, 2018 looking for a good used vehicle. Chris waited on me and I could not have had a better person to help me. When I say helped--that is exactly what I mean. He helped--He didnt try to push something off on me that wasnt what I had told him I wanted. I was there several hours--had a lot of questions & he was very patient (didnt try to rush me). I ended up finding just what I had been wanting (I have been looking for a good 6 months--Im picky). Course I havent had the Subaru but a few days but I feel like I got a good buy. Chris even helped deliver the SUV to my home. Cory in finance was also very helpful in answering questions about this vehicle. Best part of my experience was: Chris and Cory werent rude to me (something I dealt with at several places) and they really tried their best to find what I truly wanted.
I brought my son in...he test drove 2 vehicles and decided on the 1with a slightly lower monthly payment. Once all paperwork was signed, we drove home and the car wouldnt start. We thought we had a lemon AGAIN. We called Tom at the dealership...he rode to our home and jumped the car and realized he needed to put a new battery in the car. The next day, he came and got the car, took it to the shop & replaced the battery. Its running well and were satisfied with the purchase. Id recommend them.
Great place to buy a car. Wonderful salesman. Amazing and prompt service department. I have been dealing with these folks for years. There service department does more than just the cars they sell and even has financing for expensive car repairs!
My wife went here to purchase a vehicle. She was told that $1000 down was good for about any vehicle she wanted but once she arrived they pointed her to a 2010 Honda Accord with 145,000 miles. She obviously said no to the car at first.I pursued her to go ahead and purchase the vehicle, but when she arrived she was told that the car would be financed for a little over $21,000, but the cars asking price was only 9950. Not only was the cars overall price double but they also told her it would be about $290 bi weekly (580 per month) with no car fax on the car or anything. Long story short we decided not to purchase from them, and purchased from Land of Cars ( little further up the street). The down payment was higher ($2000) but she drove off the lot with a 2012 Volkswagen CC with 68,000 miles and a clean title and car fax. She also got to choose her own payment schedule (about 325 per month for 28 months). We only owe about $8,000 more on the car rather than double the cars price. Be careful when shopping with Norris Auto, they are deceitful and over charge for everything then use the excuse “that’s how buy here pay here works”, which is a lie. There are plenty of car lots near them with better deals.
Im not gonna lie, I had read some bad reviews on this place... however I was in a bind and needed a reliable vehicle. I decided to drop by. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the new management. These guys worked with me to find the vehicle and a price I could afford. I was in and out same day. Thank you Norris for a good experience. I would recommend Norris any day!
Norris auto sales!!!This is one of the most pleasant dealerships I have ever had the pleasure to work with in finding the right car for the right money!!!The sales person was patient and answered questions easily with out the hassle of trying to put me into something I didnt want.Jack Hudson (sales person) listened to my needs and wants and DELIVERED TO THE MAX!!!!Once in the business/finance office Cory Rains delivered the same courtesies and was helpful in finding the best interests rates!!!!5 stars across the board!!!I Will Recommend Norris Auto Sales To Everyone... Family and Friends!!!!
Got a great deal! They were able to get me financed when no one else could!!! Highly recommend!
Tom was great! Love my new Truck! Go see these guys if you are Car shopping, they made it super easy and enjoyable!
DO NOT GO HERE!! The rudest and most hateful group of salesmen I have EVER dealt with! They lie and say they will help and dont. They play the he is with a customer or not here game over the phone and are just FLAT OUT RUDE and NOT HELPFUL. Your better off taking the bus!!
Was in and out within just a couple hours. Was expecting at least a 4+ hour back and forth negotiation, but they worked with me and what I could afford. Tom was really nice and got us taken care of.
We went to Norris to get our 20 year old son his first car. Got a very reasonable price on a 2016 Ford. Onyx our salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. Robert in finance was a hoot. Good experience all around - no hassles, no trying to sell us something we didn’t want, just a smooth transaction.
Had a great experience here with these guys Jack took great care of my wife and I and was able to work out a great deal for us. A special thanks to Corey and Troy for making sure we were happy!!! I would recommend this place to any and every one!!!! Thanks guys
Bought a great little pickup for my son here last month. Jack was an awesome salesman, very friendly and willing to negotiate...Make sure you ask for him! Received the title quickly in the mail with no problems. I would definitely recommend Norris to friends in the future.
Thought it was rather strange to be asked come inside and sit down as soon as i got there. I was inquiring about a 2003 Tahoe they had for sell and ended up driving off in a 2005 trailblazer with a better price than the Tahoe and lower monthly payments compared to the Tahoe and the staff was very friendly and helpful with the needs wants and must haves about the vehicle i was wanting to purchase. I found out that once i sat down and talked with the salesperson that my it opened my mind to the vehicles they had available with the price range i was wanting to stay in and lower payments than i was expecting. Very enjoyable and pleasing experience with me being a first time buyer. I highly recommend this car lot to anyone in the market looking for a well maintained and good quality vehicle.
Everyone here is so nice.!!!! They answered all of my questions and made choosing what I wanted so fast and easy. No hassle. My salesman had all the information I needed even with my not so good credit.!! I recommend this to anyone in the market for a vehicle.
I went to norris auto group, i was a first time car buyer and i was handled with great care. They are a great group of people and they are fair! if you are looking for a great car at a wonderful price come see them. Car salesman recommended preach.
They end up charging you over double what a vehicle is worth and are sneaky about it. Ridiculous biweekly payments most people can’t afford. 10/10 would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.
I had the worst car buying experience here. First the sales team seamed very uninformative about the vehicle i was looking at, nor any other vehicles on the lot. Also, I had discussed with them that I was coming in and scheduled a time to arrive at the dealership (1.5 hours away) to test drive a couple different pick-up trucks. When I got to the dealership, I was informed that the truck was not at the dealership and that the BOSS was out in it and they were not willing to call her and have her bring the truck, unless i gave them an agreement saying I would purchase the truck before even seeing the truck. When I did not want to do that they showed me another truck in their parking lot that was being driven by the finance manager and told me that if I wanted it they would go and clean all the managers personal stuff out and go wash it real quick. I did look at the other truck that I had scheduled to test drive and the truck was in really good shape and pretty clean( other than the cigarette ashes in the truck from the guy smoking in it after detailing it). I went ahead and purchased the truck and then the main nightmare started. When my bank finally got the title from them it was in correct and had a lien on the title( that they claimed to be a mistake) but I just continued to get the run around over the title to my truck. Every time I would call and see what was going on I was always told some different story of what was going on, if they would talk to me at all. My bank attempted to contact them for two weeks straight and never got to talk to anyone, the dealerships title people were always out for the day are busy. Finally when my bank did get the title in they had to get an error affidavit for one mistake, and then wait for a lien release from another bank( which I was told had a clear title when bought the truck). So when it finally was straightened out for the bank and got the title, so I could register my truck it was 23 days late past the 30 days temporary tag. When I talked with the dealership about the late fees and extending my paper tag they told me they couldnt and that there was nothing they could do about the late fees I would have to pay. I asked what am I to do if I get pulled over for driving an unregistered tag and the manager gave me his cell phone and said to call him and he would explain it to the police what is going on. I am only rating this place 1 star because I have to rate it something. I will never go back to this dealership, nor suggest anyone else go there.
Norris Auto Sales made my car buying experience very simple and easy. I told them what I was looking for and they managed to get me done without any hassle whatsoever. Their finance department was knowledgeable and timely. I will not have a problem recommending this dealership to any of my peers, family and friends. Thank You Norris Auto Sales.
Great people at Norris! They have awesome vehicles and even if they dont have something you are looking for they will bend over backwards to help track it down for you. Locally owned and operated. Great rides, great service, great experience all around!
Great people and service! I will definitely go back here for my next vehicle. they gave me huge discounts at their service-center! They where honest with me from the very beginning, and very straight-forward about everything!
Happy with our purchase friendly service I would recommend this place new sales person was so nice to me and my husband his name was Jon Hazer he was so nice to me and my husband they did everything they said they would do great price on his purchase so pleased
We were so happy when we left with our lifted truck last year and we immediately posted how much we recommend using this company. Well I definitely retract my statement now. We didnt have the truck a couple weeks and it was already in the shop. We have spent thousands in repairs. Our transmission is going out and they said dodge would cover us for that as long as its under 100,000 miles. Well that isnt true either since our truck is lifted and what they state is they sold us a regular truck. They illegally disclosed the information on the paperwork on the truck they sold us. And told us things were covered under factory warranty that are not. They have no clue how bad they have financially put us in debt over this and we are so upside down we cant even trade it in. So we are stuck with a 2014 truck paying over 500/month that can barely even run. How do yal sleep at night??? ( Heart broken and feel used and betrayed =( ) I highly recommend to stay away from this company!!!
If u want to get a good used car then come here friendly customer service and help u get what u want
Awesome place. If youre looking for I vehicle I suggest you stop by and see my buddy Marlow. If you think your credit is bad it cant hurt to try. You never know, these guys are amazing
Very good and quick
Come to this place..nice vehicle..they worked with us to get us in a vehicle we liked... very quick service...
Loved it great price, good people, my lasted me 2 years before I traded it in for a newer model. And my sister got a good deal on a Chrysler aspen. Would recommend it
It’s a complete and total shame that I have to even give one star to type the review. After numerous attempts to contact my sales person and being told the person was either unavailable or not there but I could speak to another salesman by some girl with the most annoying voice in the world I finally found the business card given to me with their personal number. After a short brief conversation I will now be checking all of my personal information to make sure my credit score has not been affected or compromised by a disgraceful car lot. Beware to anyone who attempts to do business there.
Called to get approved over the phone, by the time I got out of class they had me approved and ready to come in. Love my new car
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle. Paige helped me out and I would recommend her. She is knowledgeable and answered all my questions..
My experience at Norris auto sales was decent, I bought a truck from them and they were very helpful, I talked to Dave at first and Corey finished things off for me, however, I got the truck home and the tail light had been busted. I called as soon as I noticed it and they refuse to fix the taillight for me. Although they claimed the truck had been through their shop and tuned up... Im just saying, they couldve helped a brother out. All in all, they seem like good guys.
This place is a joke!My fiancée got an 06 mustang from here back in 2017 and has had so many problems with the car! They over charged him on the car! When he tries to make a payment they’re not there or not answering their phones!!THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE IS RUDE AND SOUNDS LIKE SHE TALKS THROUGH NOSE!!DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME HERE!!BEWARE THE LAST FINACE WOMAN WAS APPARENTLY STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE WHO MADE THEIR CAR PAYMENTS WITH CASH!!
Great Bunch of Guys!! Quality cars and plenty of inventory to help any type of buyer looking for a vehicle. Regardless of credit. They will find a way to make a deal at Norris Auto.
I had to have my vehicle serviced the other day! No hassle, short wait time, and great customer service! Thanks guys!
The whole team at Norris Auto went out of their way to help me with the purchase of my new work truck. My business depends on the dependability of my truck and they really cared about getting me in the right vehicle for my needs. Thanks again Jeremy, Greg, and Randy. Norris Auto Rocks!!!!
Salesman were very informative! Well prepared! I am very happy with my new vehicle! Thank you Norris Auto Sales!
This was the second car dealership I visited today and it was a great experience. The employees were very friendly and willing to work with me on finding the car that I wanted. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Chris at Norris Auto Sales was the most patient and helpful salesman ever and I would definately recommend going there. Great shopping experience!
Well I bought a car through here, and even though we were there for hours, they eventually got it approved and I drove off with it, putting $1000 down. Then, around 2 weeks later, they call me and tell me the bank apparently didnt approve the financing, and I had to return it.Okay - so not a problem, Ill just get my deposit back and go somewhere else. Except - apparently getting my refund to me will take around 5-7 days, so Im going to be a week without a car. Since I make around 1000 a week at my job, that pretty much means Im going to lose the same amount they are refunding me - for not being able to work.So yeah - be wary of buying a car through here, I was supposed to be on dealer financing, but thats really just a crock, its not really a buy here/pay here place, they just tried to go through banks like any typical car lot.
Getting a new truck great people working there
Guy was nice and everything seemed ok until a $6995 priced car ended up racking up to $16,000 for fees and financing. Shoddy. Makes it difficult for anyone to get a vehicle nowadays. Or trust a dealership.
I just loved my experience here. The finance manager Cory is The Truth!!!! He will go above and beyond to get you in the car you want! 5 star service at its best!!!! Thank you Cory so much😊😊😊😊
I wish I could give 0 stars! this place is a joke and they lie!!! my twin took over payments over her car and said to make a payment on july 1st and she sent it and now kelli the finance lady said that she is filling harboring property on my twin but the car is in a friends name as we thought but to find out its not and kelli said she dont know who the friend is but shes been texting the friend and talking to her about the car! the car payment isnt even 2 days late! Texting is not professional at all!!!! once my twin talked to this kelli chick she explained to her that she tookover payments not even a month ago and she sent the money to the friend they still wanna say they are pressing charges on my twin so besides working with my twin and getting her in a car in her name they want to press charges! my twin got messed over on the car!
I just had the worst experience with a car dealer than ever before. I have been looking at trucks on Auto Trader and found one at Norris Auto group. Never do business with them….. I went in told them I saw this truck and would like to drive it. After the drive we did the usual and went into their office and proceeded the negotiations. Told them what I would give, the car salesman came back and added $3774 to the asking price. Pissed me off but I stayed calm and told him what their advertised price is and he got mad and walked out. Will here comes the manager and tried to tell me that they added the money for finance charges. I told him that I already had the money and would write a check to buy the truck for the amount i told him. Will he got mad and kicked us out of his office said he will not sale the truck to me because I was rude. So let it known that they advertise one price and try to get more money out of you. Still mad about this. Norris Auto Group is the worst, ripoff, scam artist, will never do business with them.
Ive never had worst customer service than what I experienced at this dealership. Norris Auto Sales had a specific vehicle I was looking for, I called and was told the vehicle was still available. After making a 30 minute trip to see the car, I was told the car had been sold. Several days later while checking their inventory online I noticed that the car I was looking at was still listed, out of curiosity I called to see if it was actually still available. I was told it was by two different sales men and decided to give them one more chance. I again made the 30 minute trip, only to be told when I arrived (only an hour after calling) that it had been taken to a completely different location and had been sold. At this point I was extremely irritated and unamused by the immature sales associates and their inability to adequately help a potential customer. What a shame.
THESE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME WITH FINDING A VEHICLE. THEY WERE GREAT! WILL DEF. SEND FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO THEM! THANK YOU DAVE AND KORY!
Great place to buy a car, but you miss one payment due to surgery and not get your insurance in order fast enough to their standards when they switch you out a vehicle after intentionally selling you a lemon at first that they cant fix they will repo you. Plus their bi-weekly payments are unaffordable for the average joe.
Excellent customer service and selection. The sales staff was very helpful and friendly. Will buy from them again for sure
Rude women work there, they never answer payment calls when needed.
This place gets 0 stars text me ask me if im interested in a vehicle they already sold. Tryed to sell it for more than it was advertised for dont do business with these idiots how they are in business have no clue. The excuse was we have 4 lots you also have a computer to check availbility.
What did i like about it huh? Well I liked the proce of the car i came to see. Test drove it agreed on price. Thought wow that was easy then wham the bait and switch! They come back and say oh we sold that car two days ago, but how about this piece. At first I was like ok so they sold the car then later that night i saw my car on their website price tripled they never sold it.
Bought a car for my company here. They had a nice inventoy, and helpful sales staff. I would definitely buy again.
I got screwed by this dealership twice. I put down 1500 on a cute 2005 Scion Tc and I was guaranteed that I would be able to get that car for that much. They call me two weeks later b**thing about they want me to return the car, apparently they claimed I wasnt working where I say I was. (As If) So I return it, and they give me a car thats complete garbage that they originally tired to charge 3000 for. It had poor traction and so many other problems. They do not finance vehicles like they say they do, on top of that, they do not honor their own paperwork and deals, and to top it all off they will f**k you out of their money. Its no wonder they cant sell cars...
Man Norris auto sales has the best salesman I have ever seen I really like the way they do business here I highly suggest this place
OK so I bought a truck from Norris six months ago 1 month after buying this truck it started knocking took it in under warranty and they told me they checked everything and it was fine so I continued to drive this truck a couple months go buy and it starts running rough so I take it back in they had my truck for ten days and called me saying they fixed it but it wasnt covered bye warranty so I paid the bill 500$ and now the knock is so bad it sounds like the motor is a diesel engine.on top of that now it also will not start now so I call the manager Robert who tells me oh ya we will trade you out but u are gonna have to put another down payment down.i tell him no I have already been down that road I put 3000$ down on the truck when I bought it on top of the 800$ I have put in it in while in the shop and he basically told me I was screwed so heres to you Mr owner you have lost me as a costumer I will put down another down payment but it will be with someone else btw my payment was always on time and would have been from here on out and if you would have done me right I would have bought many more cars in the future so come this Tuesday when my bill is due you know where to find it oh and bring a tow truck because your pos doesnt run.
Public beware...I really advise you dont buy from these guys, look at the past reviews and it’s what I saw in person also. I’m not a dumbass I listened how they tried to sell me..I have owned 3 corvettes and high dollar trucks.. I saw a corvette I liked and drove 3 hrs to look at it, when I got their the corvette was in the shop hooked up to ac machine and I was told I couldn’t be back there.. did some checking into the vehicle and the car was a flood car from Houston so the guy told me when it was at his auction and had rusted bolts on the inside.. they still tried hard to sell me it. I left and said “ I’ll think about it”Once I called back and let them know it was reported it had a “accident” they threatened to sue me if I left a negative review like I told them I was going to do. I don’t want anyone to get ripped off by these people.. if you decide to buy, check the history of the cars first..these guys are a joke, trust me! I wouldn’t be suprised if they put up bogus positive reviews for themselves!DO NOT BUY THE 2012 black matted corvette.. they painted it for a reason.. why els would you paint 2012 corvette with 35k miles and a corroded alternator and rusty bolts on inside of car.. check the CarFax and put 2 and 2 together trust me!
Things didnt work out the way I wanted, but Cory and Dan who helped me tried their best to get me into a vehicle.
Just bought truck off jen last night 8/18/18 nicest staff great vehicles is the 2nd on i bought from them no problems finance crew is great talk to the jens they will get ypu fixed up
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! This place was the WORST car lot I visited! First, the review saying how great they are from that Troy guy is a fake- hes the manager I met with up there!!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF SLEAZY LIARS!!! I went there to look at a car, and they dragged me inside without even letting me look! Then they hammered away at me to fill out all this paperwork and answer all these questions- I HADNT EVEN LOOKED AT A CAR YET!!!! I tried to leave but a different salesman followed me out and apologized- I felt bad for the poor guy when he said that the general manager up there forces them to drag people in like that so I walked around with him and talked to him. There was a group of dirty looking women all clustered around the side of the building smoking cigarettes and looking like they were working a corner for pay. The lot was filthy and loaded with cigarette butts. I was interested in an Expedition they had and wanted to take it to my mechanic but some other manager named Randy wouldnt let me. This guy was GROSS!! He kept staring at my body and making lewd comments. WHen I was rude to him about it, he said if I wanted to buy the car I could and if not I could f*** off. THATS WHAT HE SAID!!! I couldnt believe it! I have a great credit score and can shop anywhere I want. So I went across the street and bought a great 2012 Expedition at the big, professional dealership. THAT is where I will be sending my friends and family! NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY BELONG IN A SLUM!!
Great people and they gave me an amazing deal!
Very good car buying Experience!! Would recommend to anyone!!!
They wanted to sale me a 2006 dodge magnum with 190,000 miles that sounded like cans were crunching under the hood. Then all of sudden thats my only option after 2 1/2 days of bs. I really was trying but they def didnt work with me. My salesman Chris was fantastic however it was the financing person Vince that sent me home in a loaner car to come back and continue looking but when I came back I had no other options. And the car was over priced even if the miles were low. I left and came to camokc and I only been here 30 min and already have a car picked out and Im signing right now. If the finance guy Vince didnt back track on what he told me last night they wouldve had my sale.Their detail team is A-1 though I highly recommend those two hard workers
They are awesome!! Want to thank Jack and Cory for helping me get into the right car that fit my budget... couldnt be happier thank you!!!!!
Let me start by saying THANK YOU GUYS!!! We wasted 8 days at Joe Cooper Ford. I come to Norris on a referral from friend. Best thing we ever did. Corey the Manager there was very straight forward, never bs with me at all. I told him what I wanted, how I wanted it and he got it done. Sales men Damon and Kaden if Im even spelling the names right. Lol Where patient, and understanding to my needs on my truck. Took care of everything as smoothly as you can expect when buying a auto. Again to all you and the owner TJ you all should be proud of the work you do and the willingness to go out of your way to make the customer happy. Keep it up. Ill be a customer for life.Mike
Guys in dealership are nice enough, had a few issues with my payments not getting posted in their system but hopefully that’s resolved.
These guys are awesome, they got me in a 2010 fj cruiser that i didnt think was possible, i had a 0 credit score, i never tried to finance anything in my life, but they managed to get me approved, it took a few days so be patient, at least for me anyway, i was a challenging deal, but they worked hard to make dreams happen, thanks to preach, cory, and the guys....ps, they also have some badass lifted trucks...
DO NOT EVER ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE. I went in to purchase a car from Norris. The price total for the vehicle was $5500. I traded in my car which they gave me $1000 for and I handed over $3000 in cash. The salesman AKA OWNER told me to go to the bank and get a loan for the remaining $1000 because they could not finance me. I had the car a total of 4 days before they left me at my job, to walk home. They did not return my money, nor did they return my trade in. They found every little hole they could to completely screw me over. >Side note: This has happened to 3 other people that I know personally. If you know what is good for you, you will stay away from here.
Its a shame you have to leave a full 1 Star review. First off, I dont appreciate a Salesman telling me You have time, if you didnt have time you wouldnt be here. After I told them I needed to think about my decision. Wed been there for 3 hours past our babies dinner time. Typical GET THEM IN AND DONT LET THEM LEAVE WITHOUT ONE OF OUR CARS policy right!? Our poor kid ate Mcdonalds in their lobby..Secondly, they are great at manipulating a situation like the A/c Blend Door not working on my truck resulting in complete hot air... Into a Oh that is an easy fix once you sign for the vehicle well get her fixed right up for ya...Oh yes!!! Its get better -the vehicle I purchased was being used by one of the Salesman as a daily driver. For who knows how long.. Another seller told me how they drive it to the lake pulling their boat and such.. Not a big deal to me really. Except maybe a little added wear, Which I mentioned to them, To do a break job on the old screeching breaks, fix the ac blend door and do an alignment. Only due to the personal use of the truck.Once they realized what I already knew -The a/c blend door actuater would cost $1,000 in labor to fix they swindled the down payment so I would take it as is, Turned the cheek on the breaks and told me bring it by for an alignment later this week..... I didnt even bother..... Bad decision on my part.In the end I drove home a filthy truck from a dealership!!!! Blowing hot air, brakes squeaking and pulling terribly to one direction due to alignment.... It cost me $250 total to fix myself. I can think of so many ideas a dealer is hurting for $250.....First oil change resulted in the discovery of a leaking rear end... When I describe leak I mean a leak that had been leaking for months. Gear oil all over the place. Tells me someone does not complete point inspections on new units or just doesnt give a darn enough to have the peace of mind they are selling a quality pre owned vehicle.60 days into owner ship... Shes at the Ford Service Center getting $1,300.00 fix. After dropping sixth gear to first gear at 65 miles an hour! Completely out of my pocket.YES, OF COURSE BEFORE I BOUGHT IT I WAS TOLD OF THE Certified Pre Owned 100k mile warranty from Ford it had on it... Ford Confirmed that was hock of LIES as wellWas this a quality result of low credit and desperation or did a dealership get over on me by selling me a lemon.. Personally I am stuck between both. They did help me in a bind... But the experience was salty. Bottom line if youre desperate do what you gotta do.. Otherwise be wiser than I was. Double check EVERYTHING
In the search for a new truck for my husband I came across Norris auto sales on 39th on the web, from day one that I called the employees were very nice I spoke with Kelly on the phone several times and each time she was very helpful, today when my husband and I came into the location on 39th to look at some trucks in our price range, our sales mans name was Jeff he was very outgoing and very helpful, also the GM of 39th location did everything he could to get us in a payment that made us happy. We are leaving happy costumers and will definitely be returning for all of our vehicle needs... Thank you Norris on 39th
Saw a jeep for sale and stopped by with my daughters and the advertised price on the Jeep was 16800. When I talked to the salesman, he wanted to know what kind of payment I would like. I told him I wanted to stay in the $300 range. After an hour of going back and forth on a payment and all the while I was asking what they were selling the Jeep for that wasnt getting my payment in the ballpark. Finally made it to the closing department and I asked to see the amount to be financed. When I saw the break down I about dropped out of my chair. They had the Jeep for 19900 and change, plus another 2200 for a warrenty! $22000 for a 2008 wangler x! Sales manager came in and said I wouldnt be able to find a Jeep this model year for anything less than that. Well Im sorry, I fould a Jeep Wrangler Loaded with same miles, same year, with more extra than the one on their lot for $16,500. This dealership works on scaming people out of their hard earned money. I call it Fraud! If you advertise a price, that should be the price you pay. Do your research before you shop at any dealership. Just becasue they can wiggle you into a payment that is somewhat close to where you need to be doesnt mean your getting a good deal. Stay away from Norris Auto!
Dont trust their online prices. I bought my truck from them, and the price they had online was total BS. Also, they play games when you do all your paperwork they play all the snake salesman games. I was a mechanic for years, and I asked them to change the oil on the truck before we left, before my truck went into the back I checked the oil filter myself and marked it. We waited outside an extra 30 minutes. When we got the truck back the only thing they had done is reset the engine oil change light. These guys are dishonest and cannot be trusted. Go somewhere else.
Jeff Magee at 5959 NW 39th Expy Oklahoma City, Ok is a great guy, dude is super awesome and willing to work with you, and great customer service, and give you what you want. 5 stars!!!
Wonderful staff and great inventory!! I would suggest anyone check this place out for a new vehicle!
Stay away from Norris Auto Sales (atleast the one on 39th expressway) they are very, very very very rude, And down right lie to you. They do not stand behind what they tell you. I will never do business with them again and I will tell anyone and everyone to stay away from them.
Over rated over milage junk
Great Service!..Talk To Christopher
Place is terrible within 6 HOURS my truck broke down on the side of the road. These people are a joke
More helpful that the big dealers.
My son has not had the car he bought not a month and has taken it back for repairs 3 times. I am not happy!
Went down twice and found that the cars I was looking at were in bad condition. First sounded like motor problems and second car had manual transmission problems and made claims it could be adjusted. I suspect clutch was on its last leg. Seem like con artists to me.
Thank you for a painless car buying experience
Way over priced any looking for a car should look around first

PLEASE, do your research before going anywhere for a vehicle! And while youre at it, skip Norristown Auto Sales entirely! The Manager, Corey, is a dishonest snake!
They didnt know what vehicles they had and we drove a long way to find that out.
Great selection of cars and trucks
Very dishonest place I wouldnt recommend this place to my worth enemy took us for 10.000 dollar down payment and lying about what we owed to get the vehicle back never even sent any notification or anything dont never buy a vehicle from a place like this I had to put one star so I could leave this the rudest and ruthless people there didnt deserve any star
