Love this location. I’ve been to the one on 23rd n meridian and live by that one but they was on bullshii and lost a customer. But I’ve been going to this location for 3years now and Chris is an amazing manager!’ Needs to get top of the line money! Knows how to bring in business and keep loyal customers! I dont know why I always have bad luck at this jiffy lube but I do. They dont listen. I ask them not to do stuff and its like a dare. Specifically asked them not to pull the air filter, they pulled it anyway. Tell them the hind tires are set at 80 and the fronts at 70 and they let the air out of the tires to 60. Then the go over the estimate by 30 dollars with no real reason why? Did the cost of the filters go up over 30 minutes? I just dont get it.

The day I arrived to the business it was raining. The employee who helped me made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by asking for an oil change. I went to the lobby and set up the oil change I needed for my vehicle. When the oil change was completed, the manager did give me a military discount and advised me of alternative services I should consider getting done. When I went to my vehicle, my drivers side window was down and rain was getting inside. Also my vehicle smelled like someone passed gas in it. As I was backing out, two employees stood there watching me leave and had smirks on their faces. This is not what I would expect from a place that charged me $90 for an oil change. I gave this place a 2-star rating because the manager was helpful but his employees weren’t respectful of my vehicle.I’ll probably get an automated scripted response like the other reviews on here.

I was charged for another persons work. After I questioned the price I was assured it was correct… it was not… then had to wait 4 days for my money to be refunded. All I ended up with was an oil change that cost me $180

Did not trust what the gentleman was telling me about my vehicle. Also the Groupon is not worth it. After all the extra fees the place I got my oil vhange before was about the same price. Service was a lot better as well. Will not be returning in the future.

Wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst. $113 for full synthetic oil change is fairly average now a days. BUT I would’ve expected, Air in my tires, Windows cleaned, car vacuumed as listed on services performed. Guys weren’t rude but not friendly either. The guy who did the paper work mumbled so much I never knew what he was saying to me. I wouldn’t say to stay away, but I won’t go back.

I really only wanted to just get a diagnostic on my car but like most fell victim to spending too much for literally nothing because of my first time going there and not having much knowledge about cars. My AC wasn’t working so instead of giving me an option to do a diagnostic first they went immediately to do an ac recharge and didn’t even give me the exact price but an estimate allowing me to believe it would be cheaper. Only to find out that it was an entirely different problem that couldn’t be fixed at that time and could’ve been found out with only a diagnostic. When I asked if they could’ve taken off the warranty they made it incredibly difficult to work with. I just decided to take my loss because it really just became more trouble than it was worth but I will definitely not be coming back. Very poor quality and I am very disappointed.

The employees are fantastic people with great attitudes and kind nature, but the prices for the services are absolutely outrageous. $100+ for an oil change that should cost $30? $60 for an air filter that costs $10? Theres no excuse for these prices other than corporate greed.

They were very professional they got me in there and out in no time. They also answered all of my questions. I have been receiving service from them using my GROUPONS and I recommend others to do the same.

Pulled in 40 minutes before closing time. No cars in the bay for oil changes so I was excited that I would be able to get my oil change. My son usually brings my car in to this location. A guy approached me and asked what I needed & told him I needed to get my oil changed. He told me they closed @ 7 and I told him it was only 6:23. He said he was off the clock and he would have to get his manager. Next they asked if I could drop my car off tomorrow and I said no. Suddenly the manager asked if I was paying cash or card (what difference did it make?). As a female, I suddenly felt very uncomfortable like I needed to flash some cash to get my oil changed 40 minutes before they closed. Im a grown woman and dont get intimidated but this was a weird situation!! I told them I would just come back. I will NEVER set foot in that place again. Very unprofessional! After reading the reviews of this place, Im glad I trusted my gut instinct.

Yeah, they successfully performed an oil change. If that’s all you’re looking for, my 16 year old niece does a great job.But a good mechanic is someone you can trust. When you go in for an oil change and someone comes out to inform you of your vehicles other needs, you need to be able to trust that person. Especially when they’re trying to up sell you by hundreds of dollars.These are not those guys. From my experience and what I observed talked to people in the waiting room, they are in the up selling business. If you HAVE to come here, know what you need in advance. And don’t take their word for anything.Definitely dont send your kids or significant other here.

Did a full diagnostic of vehicle, got in quick the staff was very helpful and thoroughly explained everything recommended and done. Even offer military discounts. I will make Jiffy Lube my go to.

I had my oil changed and my tire pressure checked. They used the oil i brought and topped off all my other fluids and did a few service checks for free. However, they lost three of my tire air valve caps, and my skid plate/engine cover for my civic. They are replacing the skid plate and already did the caps, but still. Take from this what you will. I advise checking everything before leaving, unlike me.

I was charged for a tire rotation that they could not do. They also forced me to do a more expensive oil change than I’ve ever done before. I had to go through the garage to the back of the business and step over a drill gun to get to my car as no one pulled it to the front for me. Also, small issue but still, when the checklist says you vacuumed my car, you did not… I have only went to this location since moving to OKC and this was my very last visit.

Oil change was fine, but the mechanic put grease stain hand print on front passenger seat. I have a Ford Fiesta so it is a little but smaller car. If it was a big guy, I understand getting in and out of a small car is hard. But if you’ve been working on cars and have oil and grease on your gloves, you need to be more careful or even take them off.

I went to this location for an oil change and asked about the price to rotate and balance tires I was told at that time it would be $36.99 to which I agreed. Then when someone who I believe must’ve been the manager, came in to have me sign the paperwork the price changed to $70. When I told him that I had been quoted $36.99, he said that they wouldn’t do it for that price. When something like this happens basic business practice is that you honor your word and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Thank God this happened before they did the work because I can only imagine the issue that would have occurred if they would’ve tried to charge me dearly double what they had quoted me after the work was done. Nobody wanted to take responsibility and the counter attendant blamed the guy who came in from the garage for the issue. Either way, this was very unprofessional and I would highly recommend that do you find another place to have your car worked on.

Ive been here twice for oil change. I was informed the first time on my rack and pinion. I have a personal mechanic that told me the same problem and changed it for same price as quote from jiffy Lube. Im thankful for there findings every time and no pressure to have them to fix it. I appreciate all your hard working hands there! :)

Thankful for a shop I didnt feel taken advantage of because Im a female. They did free services like airing my tires, cleaning windows and such. I feel like I was at a family shop and they just like taking care of folks. My car was running terribly and a few warnings were on. After thus visit my car is running top notch.

We have used this Jiffy Lube for years. We went in this morning for an electrical problem and the mechanic said that he will not be able to fix it until Tuesday. That was fine with me. However, he moved my car out of the garage and got grease EVERYWHERE in the interior of my car...on the ceiling...on the visor...on the inside of the door. EVERYWHERE. I took the car back to have him clean it up and he made a terrible attempt at cleaning it up and said that he would get it as good as new on Tuesday. The longer the day goes, the madder this makes me. How irresponsible that he got grease all over the interior of my car and then didnt even make a decent effort to clean it up! Would he want me to get grease all over the interior of the car that he tries to keep in pristine condition? I can only hope that when he works on my car on Tuesday that he wont be as careless as he is today. Ive gotta tell you, I do not have a good feeling about it. And, the work on Tuesday willl cost OVER $300.00. Its not like a $29.99 oil change. I hope the owner of this Jiffy Lube reads this and requires his workers to do better than this. If the mechanic doesnt treat me better on Tuesday, Our extended family, who has given them a ton of business over the years, will be going elsewhere. Im very, very unimpressed.

Customer service was the worst that Ive ever experienced from any auto service center. Considering that the oil change costs $196.00 the employees could have at least done the job right. I feel like I was cheated and regretted picking them for my car care. This experience has been bothering me ever since I had it done.

Got an oil change a few months ago. Just recently found out they didn’t tighten the oil plug properly. My car completely leaked out of oil and the engine seized. So your $60 oil change is costing me $30,000 for a new car.

Pretty good place to get an oil change. One quick note while COVID : Their website indicates that you’ll be staying in your car the entire time, this is not the case. You will have to go inside and pay, but by all means just walk outside and get a breath of fresh air if you’re sticking around.

Maintenance required light in addition to oil change. Gave me a quote on work needed and looked for every available coupon to give me a good deal. Took in on a Saturday, done in about 3 hours. I took back on Monday since I was concerned about the light coming on again, they double checked everything and there was a loose air flow intake hose. They apologized and fixed quickly.Every step of the way they made sure to keep me informed and show me what was being done; lay people have to trust what is being done and all the employees I interacted with were thorough and earned that trust.Car has had zero problems since and is running great, very satisfied, will continue to use in future.

Anna, Chris, & Joe were very friendly and helpful. It was really good to have people who do their job right and go above and beyond to ensure everything checks out.

As a woman getting anything to do with your car is always a little stressful. The price of my oil change is way too high Hibdon tires plus is 80 and the dealership that I got my car from is 70 but I Jiffy Lube it’s $122. They also are supposed to top off all your fluids and I read through the service checklist and everything was marked completed including the exterior window wash which my exterior windows are not washed. It also says vacuuming floors which, none of my floors are vacuumed. so now I have to go to a different mechanics just to make sure that they actually changed my oil and that they actually checked my fluids because they just come off as untrustworthy.

I’ve received service from this Jiffy Lube twice now. Oil changes have been efficient and well priced. You can typically find a coupon online, so check before you go. Recommended services are also fairly priced and they provided a discount even though I didn’t have a coupon.

The Jiffy Lube signature service was it priced that you can live with the last time I did it was $29 this time $78 what in the world happened in less than one year a two thousand percent markup I dont think so I was cheated and I will never go back there

This is our local oil change location we use for all our preventive maintenance. The staff is always professional and quick to turn you around. The manager, Lacey E. is a great leader of the team and Justin V. is all over the engine specs. We feel more secure with this pit crew on our side.

Overall performance was adequate. On my way home! Approximately 3 miles from your facility the undercarriage cover came loose & began dragging along the pavement. I had a pretty good idea what the noise was and immediately pulled over and attached the front two screws for the undercarriage cover. Need to insure that is properly secured before allowing customers to leave. If it was a lady customer she may have not stopped to see what the problem was and or how to remedy the situation.

The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the staff were very personable and professional.

I would like to be able to have the option of the “courtesy inspection“ that is done to my vehicle. It always feels like a sales pitch. Many times I just want an oil change. Also, to hear an employee tell a customer “we charge more because we do more” is probably not a good slogan to use during this time in our economy. Made me check out your competitors. I could have saved myself $25 ($55 without the emailed coupon) by going to Midas for a full synthetic oil change. The extras that you do does not warrant the extra price. I gave 4 stars because of good employees and good work.

Tyree and Anna are amazing to work with. They really know what they are doing and take the best care of me when I go in for my oil changes. They notice things I don’t even notice and let me know what they can do to help. I highly recommend them!

Excellent experience fast service and professional behavior. A very good value for my money.I posted the above before my wheel loosened up because the Jiffy Lube Tech forgot a bolt. This ruined my aluminum wheel, cost to fix 1200$ ultimately brake job cost 1700$ Don’t go to Jiffy Lube. I will be going to small claims court to try and recover my loss.

Go in for oil change. And always find something else. They do not do high pressure sales. They make reccomendations, unless it too dangerous. Luckily they can do most everything there.

Shady price structure quoted $73 for an oil change with using the basic oil nothing fancy. Once I questioned the price I was told they have 3 new owners and they need to be paid as well. They I got a coupon code offered and paid $43. Basically if you are clueless about oil changes you get to pay the premium price. If you are knowledgeable you pay the reg. Price.I forgot my credit card on the counter and returned to the shop after 3-4min. To find the crew sitting in front of my car watching TV on their cell phone. I was promised a 20 min service as well as a phone call to let me know once done. Nobody called....I called in after 1h and was told its done. First time customer....I would not go back its a bit on the Blah site.

Manager was very rude and disrespectful and dismissive!

The workers were very friendly and welcoming! They informed me about their program to assist with monthly payments on tires (no where else I know does this)! I was concerned that it was based off of credit or would have interest. Thankfully, they assured me that the program doesnt. Definitely something Im going to take advantage of and look into when I need more tires (probably here soon). They offer discounts for essential employees due to the pandemic (my case was law enforcement). I was sceptical going to this location due to the reviews I saw beforehand, but Im happy to say that I actually had a very good experience and recommend this location to anyone who needs their car serviced.

Whenever I come in, they get straight to the point, give you an estimate on the phone and get it done within a reasonable amount of time.

Went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated, and the staff were awesome from the minute I pulled up to the minute I left. I needed a new air filter and even though they didn’t have one on hand, they got one delivered and put in before I left which was well under an hour. I’ll definitely be back.

I had to replace my filters because they were destroyed being taken out. Also a blade they took off that had no streaks was completely trashed when they put it back on. I’ll just stick with the other locations next time.

Very expensive, went there for synthetic oil change, but didn’t do oil change because of the high price.

I was driving home from work when my car randomly died. It wouldn’t turn on and had absolutely no power. To top it all off, my car got stuck in park. (I have a Nissan with shift lock).After waiting in my absolutely dead car in the middle of the entryway to the Starbucks for about 30 minutes, a couple of the employees from Jiffy Lube approached me and asked if I needed help. They immediately helped me get my car out of park and helped me jump it and all that. They even figured out why my car was shorting out and resolved the issue!I’ve never been a guest of Jiffy Lube, but that changes starting today! Between Anna, Tristan and the other guy (I’m pretty sure it was Chris), y’all have an impeccable team of helpful, knowledgeable individuals! They truly are THE BEST!I cannot express how appreciative I am of your staff! Incomparable!

I work nearby which makes the location convenient but I feel comfortable knowing they will give me good advice and I know what what to expect once they create an estimate for services. The helped me remember I had a coupon and offered reasonable options for the services I needed. They were polite and jovial. Everyone was wearing masks 😷, too, yay.

I was lied to about what was wrong with my vehicle. We were not there an entire 5 minutes and they determined the issue was fuel injection, head gaskets and water pump after paying I took the car elsewhere due to car still ticking and received a legit diagnostic and determined it was a leak in the radiator hose. Car runs so much better. Jiffy lube is a complete rip off and I will not be returning ever again and will let others know not to return. Tyree then admitted to my husband he was incarcerated prior to working here and knows nothing about cars. Tyree I trusted you guys and gave a $20 tip that I could’ve kept now I’m out of an additional $250 in one day to get the job done correctly plus money lost for trusting you. Jiffy who? Yeah you guys lubed me alright. SMH LAYCEE is the only reason I’ll give you guys another chance. I just got off the phone with her and she made things right

I go to jiffy lube for my synthetic oil changes.Last time I got my oil changed they said I needed my power steering and my bracelets flashed so when I had the money to pay almost $230 to get the fluids “ flushed“ I took it in and was overcharged and overpaid and I was told my brakes were going out and should not even drive the car home I took it for a second opinion there was absolutely nothing wrong with My breaks (drums). Jiffy Lube has lost a loyal customer.

Manager was very polite and helpful. Technician was curteous and informative. I reluctantly went on my lunch hour and was surprised at how quick they got me in and out. I am definitely returning to this location for automobile servicing.

The new staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. They do a great job of explaining just what your care needs and letting you know when your next scheduled maintenance is. They were able to give me a fair estimate about what to expect on my wife Nissan in about 20000 miles. I will being do all of my future car maintenance here. I will be recommending this Jiffy Lube to all my friends and family. This is the place you want to go for fair and honest pricing on all of your car maintenance needs.

Service is always top notch. The only complaint that I have is that we have been coming to this location for almost 20 years and still do even though we have moved out of the area, we have never paid more than $40 with or without a coupon yet this last week we were charged $67 for the same service as we had received in the past. The manager claimed they no longer gives discounts unless we had a coupon in hand. We have always had great service for a great price. We may have to start looking around for a less expensive service center.

Left with oil leak. Went in for a regular oil change on my 2020 vehicle. 3rd ever oil change. Get home it’s raining for 2 days and then once it stops I find my oil plug barely loose. Just enough to allow for a small stream of oil to stain my driveway, undercarriage, everywhere else I’ve parked. They said they would make it better. But nothing positive has been done. Lots of promises no delivery. Too bad I cannot post pics on here. I cannot believe this place is in business. And how many cars have been ruined unknowingly.

This place is a joke. My husband came in at the end of May to get a tune up for our Malibu. He was told that the tune up consisted of full diagnostics, spark plug replacement, and an oil change. After diagnostics we were told that we needed to have the timing solenoid replaced. After almost $800 we were done. Fast forward to the beginning of July and the oil change light comes on. I call this morning for them to state that they never did an oil change, and that an oil change wasn’t included in the price. What a rip off!

The tech crew and manager are amazing! They get the work done and get you back out on the street. As a woman, they have made sure that my truck is safe and let me know when anything is going bad, anytime I bring it in. With coupons available online and the concern from the men in the pit. I wouldnt choose anywhere else.

I am a 20 yr. old girl with no car experience, so I ended up needing a couple extra things done when I came in for a standard oil change. I ended up getting an oil change, a new air filter, windshield wipers, and my tires rotated. They were all very kind and extremely helpful, for an awesome deal as well! Will definitely return!

I was impressed the young man in the office, who took my call, and I was impressed with the mechanic who changed my oil! He took the time to check my ‘check engine light’, and noticed that two tiny hoses had pulled loose from my air filter. They were both very knowledgable and professional! They weren’t trying to sell me something I didn’t need.

The good part was my car was serviced right away. I do feel that the pricing is not as good as where I normally go. I will be going back to Midas. Midas doesnt have to offer discounts when a customer feels they are being overcharged because the prices are more than acceptable and the quality of work is trusted.

Absolute great place to get your vehicle serviced for any type of oil services. Mike, the manager I believe, spoke with me as I had to stay in my car due to the fact I am wheelchair-bound individual. He had told me that I need to plan on getting my transmission and differential serviced & was not pushy about it whatsoever. He was very courteous, respectful and understanding to ones pocketbook.I highly recommend and ask for Mike, you can see for yourself what a nice gentleman he is. Thanks Mike!

I went to get a quick oil change that I would have done regularly because I drive for postmates. This morning I noticed I had an oil leak. I put a couple quarts of oil in and returned to see why my oil had all of a sudden started leaking after I got the change. When I returned I was told the computer had crashed in my car was not pulling up. When he asked for a receipt I produced it then he went back outside. I watched as the crew really didn’t seem interested in getting the problem resolved then about 15 minutes later a guy came in and told me to follow him. We went under the car to see a crack in the pan that wasn’t noticed when they initially did the oil change. Weird that all of a sudden a crack appeared in the oil pan. They said they would get me a quote but said their computer was down and they couldn’t even do that. It just seemed like they were a bunch of con artists looking to make a lot more money off of me than I bargained for. Welp they’ll never see another dime outta me.

Everybody was so helpful, VERY fast and very entertaining to say the least! Gave me the best deals, he was super informative on everything going on with my car. Overall AMAZING experience. Keep up the good work fellas.

Came in just before closing on a Saturday evening. At most places where people have worked long hard hours they are less than courteous and usually resent the last minute customer. Not at this Jiffy Lube! They were more than courteous and treated me with tremendous professionalism and respect!

I wanted to use this location for the synthetic oil change on my 2004 Hummer H2. But I was told by the technician when I arrived that it would take two hours to change the oil due to the two oil pan system on this vehicle. Two oil pans? Really? Wow - I don’t even know what to say. Can I give zero star rating?

When I started my low tire light was on and it is still on. I also have another light on now that says the dealership has to look at it. I drove back and asked about the tire light not realizing the other light was on and they said I have to drive it a while before it will go off.

Great service, virtually no wait time and the only lube shop that I know of that has a mechanic version of Dougie Houser.

They were quick, and friendly. But they didn’t reset my maintenance light, give me a new sticker (I’m definitely not gonna remember 3000 miles from now) and they didn’t air up my tires which every place I’ve ever gone to get my oil changed has done. Pretty frustrating
