The staff was wonderful. They couldnt get parts in time for the rest of our trip, but they were helpful in getting us fixed up and safely back on the road. Thanks for being so helpful!!

Very courteous staff. I feel like they where reasonably priced. I had to get my brakes done and was surprised when the price came back lower than I had expected. They could have tried to up sell me but they didnt and I appreciated that a lot. Everyone was friendly and kept me updated. I will definitely go back next time I need to get something fixed.

Best service that I have experienced!

I took my kids car in there to have a couple things looked at. The mechanics got on it pretty quick. They went over everything and told me what was wrong with it. The office manager told me exactly the cost and when they could get it done. Everyone was very professional and acknowledge.

I have used this shop several times in the past 2 and 1/2 years and have been more than satisfied with their work. Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Midas since moving to Oklahoma. I have tried other places and I always get taken advantage of because well, I’m a woman . I know when I walk in the door at Midas, the long time manger(Roma ) always welcomes me and never judges me . If I don’t understand what’s going on with my car, he will take the time to explain it and not in a tone like I’m wasting his time . I have my car serviced there and my husbands and we never walk out leaving un satisfied ( we trust Oscar) . The prices are fair and the work done is always in a timely matter . I have never been worried leaving there .

I am so grateful that I found this service place. There was an extreme snow storm/drastic cold temperatures coming. These folks got my vehicle serviced with a great discount. Their inspection was a no nonsense assessment. They gave me the facts and did not try to upsale me. I will use them for ALL my future oil change business. Thank you

My biggest issue was to verify that the technician would be masked while in my car and they did with no problem at all! Front desk associate also wore mask! They are incredibly friendly and very efficient. Definitely will be using them in the future.

I made an appt then rescheduled. They accommodated my needs with no issues.

My steering was popping so I brought my truck here to be checked. I needed a rack and pinion and 4 sway bars. The before and after chart of the before and after my all wheel alignment was nice to see and have the visual. My wheels looked like they were about to just fall off. Excellent customer service as well and that goes a very long way with me. I highly recommend.

They did a great. I am new to this area, but have always used Midas for my repairs. Roma was great. Dropped my car off in the morning as my check engine light was on, and was told they needed to do a diagnostic test on it. I called early afternoon and was told I would have my car back today. I new they closed at 5:30, and when did not hear anything at 6:00pm figured I would not get it back till the next day. Then at 6:30 had knock at door and they were here with my car. I was very surprised. All I had to do was drive the person back and pay for the work. Will be going back to this location for all my work. Great job guys.

Scott is amazing .. Rome is amazing .. Oscar is amazing...They have taken great care of my vehicles and Have always been completely honest with me when something can wait to be repaired ... they are not the fastest because they do real work and cut no corners ...the work they do is top notch ... and they have good prices.. what else would you want out of a locally owned shop... I can also attest that they care a lot about safety of the customer..I’m calling tomorrow to get my oil changed and i know it will be a pleasant experience just like every other time!

Ok, so we took our 2002 Toyota Camry to have the brakes fixed. We didnt have an appointment, and they were short-handed but took us. It was a Tuesday. They said it would be ready by 1ish in the afternoon. We received a phone call letting us know it was ready. So, went to pick it up and was informed that while they were driving it a noise was heard and they put it back up to find out what it was and found a part of the axle was broken during the brake job. They would fix it and give us a discount on the next service. Well, Steve, called several places to no avail was unable to locate a part and would have to go to a parts dealer and get a part but would not be able to until the next day. He offered a ride,uber or a rental car. I took the ride. He said the car would be repaired by 1ish on Wednesday. It was and he gave us a discount on the job due to the inconvenience. Now, Steve not only did a phenomenal job, but has enough integrity to back up his work! Dont hesitate USE THESE PEOPLE! I would suggest making an appointment, but these guys are honest and by all observations trustworthy. Highly recommended!!!!!

I took my car back twice its still not fix

I would 10/10 recommend midas. After being turned away from a scheduled appointment made 2 weeks in advanced- my husband called this location and they took care of us! I mean.. TOOK CARE OF US! I needed a rack and pinion repaired and was quoted over $1,000 everywhere and they did it for a decent price and got us in SAME DAY and was finished by the next morning. I dont know why I didnt think to call them first. My husband let me use his car because the steering wheel was too hard to turn for me and it would have been done right away instead of waiting 2 weeks! I support local businesses, but Midas now has loyal customers. Thank you so much!!!!!

Stopped in on Saturday for new pads and to resurface my existing rotors. Scort and the staff had my vehicle completed in a few hours. Competitive prices and friendly service. The new pads perform well on my commute. I would return for future service on my 13 Elantra GT.

I took my husbands truck in for brakes and shocks. My appointment time was 8am and they got me right in. They explained the necessary repairs to me and had the work completed shortly thereafter. So nice to find a shop that you can trust! Thanks guys for a job well done!

If you value your life....do not take your car to the Northwest Expressway Midas in Oklahoma City...after having a routine oil change and tires rotated I drove less than a half a mile and my tire popped off, the technician forgot to tighten the lug nuts and my truck tire flew done the road.... now my wheel well, door, and hood are severely crunched, drum, brake, and rim are totalled.... and now we are stuck in Oklahoma City from driving down from Alaska....please do not take a chance on Midas...I’ve taken my truck to Midas for decades and this is where I draw the line....I value service and literally my life too much to ever take it to a Midas again...three thumbs down...

Friendly service, honest & straight to the point regarding what you need as well as telling you if there are any other problems or issues that you should know about. Also the Tech at the front desk worked with me & shaved off a couple of dollars bill wise because I was already paying a good penny there.

Had an oil change done quick and easy for a reasonable price. The manager was very polite and explained everything they were going to do and let us know we had been using the wrong oil (yikes), saving us a ton of money down the road. Ill definitely be back for service or issues in the future.

They didnt communicate with each other and damaged my car which caused me to have to return to get what they broke fixed and then I had to pay out more money because they had not repaired what I went for in the first place.

I only needed to know what was making the horrible sound under the hood and if it would be safe to make the six hour drive back home. You guys quickly solved the problem, did a courtesy check, and had me back on the road. There was no pressure for other repairs or services, just what I needed to be safely on my way. William the manager is very helpful and customer friendly. The waiting area is nice with comfy chairs. It has coffee (sometimes donuts!) a TV and plenty of magazines. Service is quick and done right.

Jason is knowledgeable and very customer service orientated. They service my familys vehicles and have done so for about 15 years. I read the reviews here and have never had the problems others mentioned, but I do understand that repair work sometimes has multiple issues that need to be solved and sometimes one problem masks another. When that happened to me (one time), Jason reduced the labor charges on the continuation of a repair and discounted the price of the additional parts - that was fair and honest - and more than I would have received from others. Great service and repairs at fair prices - and always treated politely and respectfully.

I went in this morning to change my headlight . I called Friday, becuause I was given outrageous prices for fixing my headlight . But I was told I had to go to a dealership because of how you had to change it, since it was the HID that went out . They were the only people I called that allowed me to bring my light bulb which at the dealership was 189.00 so I bought it myself they said all I had to do was just pay for labor which was still pretty good . Got there and they got my car right in . Timothy is so sweet and accommodating . He told me I had ordered the wrong one but it was okay he would get the part and have them do it he did exactly what he said and they had me in and out if I had the right part would have taken maybe and hour but everytime I have ever been here they always go out of there way and don’t charge outrageous prices just me being there I had 4 repeat customers come in and he knew them all by name . Timothy is great and I would recommend this place to anyone

I have done business with Scott and his staff approaching a decade. It started because of how wonderfully honest their whole culture is. Not only did he tell me what was going on, they also told me how long I could go as-is without high pressure sales tactics. I have brought many cars in just to get their opinion. They even set APPOINTMENTS!

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an automotive shop. The owner was very aggressive and highly disrespectful. All I wanted was information on the extent of damage before the repairs were made. I called 3 times being informed that I would be contacted the next morning each time. I was never contacted with the information on the repairs until they were already complete. When I inquired as to why this was, I was treated very poorly and with disrespect by the owner, who yelled from his desk and wouldnt even approach the counter to talk to me like a fellow human being, which was completely unwarranted. I believe his name was Scott. When asked why he was treating me like crap when I had not treated him in such a way, he said hed had a bad day. I dont understand how this has become an excuse to treat people however you want, let alone a customer!! I will not go back to a Midas, and especially will never return to this location. Jason the service writer or manager was very helpful and kind throughout the whole scenario, credit where credit is do. Jason, you should look for a different shop to manage as you are far more capable than the owner. Thank you Jason.

On Saturday March 9 I got a flat tire on my way home.I stop by midas and saw that they were closed,but Timothy the store manager said he would take us in even though they were closed.I asked him if they could find out were a grinding noise was coming from.Itook it to a couple of shops and they couldnt tell us what was the matter with it.Tim took the rear tires of the truck and brought us out the to show use what the problem was. It ended up being the rear brakes needed to be replaced. I am very thankful for the service that Timothy and Scott at Midas for helping us out after hours.I will being going back to them. They went above and beyond even though they were closed.

Made me an appointment. After 50 minutes of waiting, car was still sitting in the parking lot. Why bother with making someone an appointment if you’re not able to honor it?

1/6/18 10:45a I called Midas and asked if I still had time to come in for a complete brake repair... they said not a problem. Bring it in within the hour and we will get started on it, mind you they closed at 3:00p and it was Sat. They went above and beyond giving me details about my vehicle and told me up front how much it would all cost me. I even asked them for an oil change after being there for about 2 hours and they said not a problem.. I told William that I always put synthetic oil in my car. He advised me that it was not necessary that I do that, all I need is there regular 25.00 oil change. I even had him quote me New tires AND 60,000 mile maintenance. He told me that I did not need maintenance until I hit 100,000 miles. He even told me that he refused to sale me tires until I drive another 1,000 miles so he could make sure there was not anything else wrong with my car. DONT ALWAYS BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! Some of the things I have read that people have come up with is more than likely because they were already pissed off and something didn’t go there way so they decide to give a poor review... also, some of the ways I have read people describe the way they were talked to and treated is a bunch of bull because those managers would never talk down on a customer like they have said they have done!! I highly recommend this Midas shop. Joel Herren

Every time I go there I get treated like I matter. Theyre straight up with you, and if they tell you a time itll be done, itll be done at that time. Im 17 and theyve never tried to screw me over or tell me something other than what I asked for. Not to mention they have good prices for the excellent service they do.

Ive been going there for 6 years now, and have always had reliable service. If they make a mistake, they own it, and dont try to get out of it. They dont try to sell me something I dont need, and have helped me make a plan for services that I know I need but cant always do at one time. They prioritize for me. Ive even seen them tell people that they dont need any brake work, when they came in thinking they did. I trust them with my corvette.

The guy at the desk was nice but Ive had a couple problems since I took my car in late September. The first problem was that they did not fill my window washer fluid, I took it up there and they filled it up with no problems. Now I have discovered that they did not completely screw on the pin for my oil pan so Ive been leaking oil all over the place. I took my car back and they tightened it and put some more oil in. havent noticed any more problems, so all is well now.

Always honest. Never feel taken advantage of for the lack of my automotive knowledge.

Scott got my appointment scheduled in short notice when my brakes went out completely, then William let me know exactly what was going on even had the tech show me the worn parts, brought a used car in and they did a full check up, great service

I have brought all my vehicles here. Before i purchased vehicles... I brought them here. Scott is a stand up guy who always shoots you straight. I have never been pressured to fix things. They all tell you exactly what you need to be safe. Im from Pennsylvania and it was not easy finding a new mechanic. I get their opinion first.

They were great! Only mechanic able to get the special lock nuts off my tires. Only too bad I found them after I blew out my brakes completely. Great to know they can get the parts and fix them on a saturday.

There is a new manager. I brought in one vehicle to have the oil changed and tires rotated and it took nearly an hour and a half. He was professional and comped the old change so I decided to bring my other vehicle in to give them a second chance. This time I showed up at 1 o’clock like he told me and they didn’t get the vehicle pulled in until after 130. I decided to walk back to work and have him call me when the vehicle was finished. 4 o’clock rolls around and I still hadn’t received a call so I called them. He apologized and said the vehicle was finished but he got really busy and lost track of it. So I walked over to get the vehicle and it turns out they still weren’t finished. So now we’re looking at a three hour oil change. As I’m watching his crew try to figure out the windshield wipers he tells me there’s must’ve been something wrong with my phone number and start playing with this phone to prove that my phone must be broke. At this point my irritation is turning to anger because he’s obviously lying. Suddenly the problem has changed from him being too busy to my phone not working. I pick up my phone and called him right in front of him and watch him pick it up to prove that it worked. These clowns are not only incompetent, they lie obvious lies to your face like a child. Avoid like the plague.

Took my car in on December 18, 2017 to have the cooling system flushed. The gentlemen behind the counter was rude and treated me like a stupid woman and told me they would have to check my while car before they could flush the system. Told him fine but Im not paying for anything more then the flush.When I got my car back the heater was not working (it worked fine when I took it in. It was cold that morning so Im sure). I know cars break down at anytime so I let it go but a couple days later my car wouldnt start. (My positive battery cable was loosened).Not sure why this happened but wont be using this location EVER again.

They are honest and straight forward with the work they do on my car. They never tried to fix things that arent in need of repair.

I had to go back the next day because the problem wasnt resolved. But Timothy made it right & of course, I didnt have to pay more. They get super busy at times. If youre in a hurry this is probably not your place. I went here because I had a fuel problem that my maintenance place wouldnt service. Call ahead.
