Amazing prices and well quality parts regardless if its CAPA or not. However I did work here and there could be better working conditions in the warehouse. Aisles tend to be messy and the ladders need hooks or to be one of those you see at home improvement stores (large push ladders). Cause of those two factors. Wait time can add up, but if you are willing to wait a hour or two. You wont be disappointed. A hour or two is better than paying for a bulk shipping price and waiting up to a week.

Very good prices and excellent collection of parts. The turn around time from the time you get to the counter and paying the amount to getting the parts in your hand is about 10 minutes or more. Thats the only drawback.

Amazing prices and excellent pieces, they managed to have parts in stock for my vehicle which is very uncommon: a 2013 Mazda 2.Prices were stellar, could not beat them locally or online.4 of 5 parts were okay - all the body parts had good fitment but the radiator came with damage, and they do not offer replacements even if youve tested them outside of store. This is alright, its listed in their policy but still very unfortunate they dont have testing equipment in store.Overall, Id recommend them over anyone, especially if youre trying to save money by ordering non-OEM. Save on shipping, use Quality Automotive.

They had what I needed considering people out there think truck parts are made of gold when they are no different than cars engines as well...Make sure you check the parts before you leave and ask is there any part you should know about that might also be needed when dealing with bumpers or anything for that matter its up to you to make sure you get what you need, not them.

Very disappointed, because I miss my seven day window to take back a part they gave me that was the wrong one for my car. So, I tried to change the part to the right part or get my money back. They said that they cannot help me. Im wrong for getting the wrong part. This is wrong for any company to not change your part or give you you a refund. I will never come to this garbage company ever again, and tell all my friends to stop going here as well. When you treat people bad you pay for it.

I went in to order parts. Guy just kept telling me he didnt have them. Nothing about, Oh, I could order them for you. I would order them on ebay. 2000 GMC Sonoma SLS rocker panels and a passenger door post. NO, SALE. GUY WAS A LOSER. NO STARS but google think you have to start with a star.

I love the staff and prices but the service IS HORRIBLE..they lack the proper system of servicing in and out. They gotten a bigger building but u can still be in here waiting 3 hours for parts, forcing me to goto ksi trojan which is beyond unacceptable ..get it together fellas ill return

Prices are good, but they need to better manage the business, like trojan, you would normally spend minimum 1 hour just waiting on a small part, hire more people and have a quicker purchasing process. Customer shouldnt spend more than 10 minutes getting his part, i never spend more than that, and honestly only go to quality when trojan doesnt have what i need, regardless of price to avoid the wait, time is money!

I have a used car dealership and this is the only place I go to buy new aftermarket parts. They have almost everything in stock and if they dont, they get it next day. They deliver the next day, even if you order minutes before they close. Not only that, but their customer service is phenomenal! Their staff (Tom, Steve, Al, Chad, Rene, Tanya, and Scott) are amazing! Only place I will ever buy aftermarket parts from!

No! Place is a joke stand in line for 30 minutes to pay for your part that you ordered a week ago, then go to back & wait another 10 minutes for them to pull it. Oh yea good luck finding a parking spot. Only as a last resort would I go back.

Store ordered the wrong part for my vehicle despite my accurate description. Their system had the part marked wrong. Unwilling to order the correct part unless I came back in to return the part. I dont have time for that kind of nonsense. Dont care if I have the wrong parts and already paid for them. Its about the principal. This is the stores mistake, and they are unwilling to accept their mistake. Will never return, will let others know of this terrible experience. Also be prepared to wait 35 minutes to receive your part upon arriving.
