It took Hamilton Service two weeks to start on the repair of my Avalanche ? In the interim the vehicle just sat in you lot. Once You started it was a little over one day to get the job done. My request that you review the recall listing on this vehicle for this item was not followed up by the dealership and now I have to go it alone with Chevy Central office. The repair could have been handled in a more timely manner and with a little more understanding,
Got my car! Dan was so so helpful. He listened to me and my needs. He offered recommendations and guidance regarding the car purchase and finances. Dan kept in touch during the whole process and even after I signed the deal and got the car. I love my car and I am grateful to Dan. I got a nail in the tire within a month of purchase, I called and they took really good care of my car. I got the tire wheel protection, so it was no cost to me. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and got a car for my needs.
Bought a used truck. Brought back under warranty for engine noise. Staff shared very little info. They rarely called me. I had to call weekly to find out what was being done. I called all the way up the chain, leaving messages. I still have not received a call back. They had truck for 1 month.. Avoid this place if you need timely informative labor.
Great experience! We went to the pre-owned dealership to sell our car and John was amazing. He gave us the best price for our car and wasnt pushy at all. My father-in-law also bought a car from him last week with 2 trade-ins and raved about what a great guy he is. Definitely go to Hamilton and ask for John! Well be back in the future!
We were looking at Dealerships while on are mini-vacation and found this hidden gem on Mound. We were only in the lot for a few minutes when Greg came out to great us. He was down to earth and very helpful. He mentioned a vehicle that just came in from a lease trade in. It was the perfect vehicle for me, it handled well and is in great condition with very low miles. Kelly who handled the financing was just as down to earth and personable as well. Everyone we encountered were not just pleasant but it felt like dealing with good natured people. This is a rare find especially being in the customer service industry. From the first day I buy the Silverado 2020 every time I have something missing to many problems issues I keep going to the dealership they should change the car from the first day there is missing parts…the last time I visit hamilton service it was for oil change and tires rotate they lose OIL FILLER CAP .. and no one noticed it’s missing .. so after I pick my track on my way home the track start shaking and after 5 minutes track Engine stop working.. I call Hamilton I told them what happened and they say somebody will come and check it … nobody come I’m really really upset from chevrolet specially for hamilton.And also for Silverado 2020 custom it’s very bad quality I don’t recommend anyone to buy this kind

I called ahead spoke with parts, gave my vehicle number confirm they had a key, fob and cost 271.00 spoke with service for a price for programming was quoted 35 if I had the original, got there, cost for programming went from 85 to 115 not 35 and they did not have the parts but had to order them so I’m waiting on a call, big disappointment, grateful for my first oil change and tire rotation being free.I wastold if I ordered a key from them I couldn’t go to another Chevy dealer to purchase one if they had it, it’s a new car if I had found one at another dealer seems to me they could still have one available for the next customer when the key fob came in.
I am a long time customer and have always thought the service was top notch. This time I needed body shop work and was completely satisfied with every aspect of the process. From the excellent communication, the thoroughness of the repair to the perfectly matched paint, I couldnt be happier. My truck was even washed and detailed with no trace of dust! The repair and service rivaled a high end custom shop experience. Well done.
Had an appointment, and the wait was to long for an oil change and tire replacement.And when they took the spare off they did not put the spare back in the compartment which they are familiar with underneath the vehicle....There is no way my wife understands anything about that process....never did they come out and even ask her in the waiting area if she needed the spare put back in its proper place or if she had someone to do it... poor customer service

Paul was outstanding. After 3 dealerships in Chicago took deposits from me, they all sold the Tahoe I ordered. I finally found another Tahoe at your dealership and called Paul. He was professional and returned my calls and texts and held the car for a week until I could get to Detroit. I would absolutely recommend any friends or family use Paul.
I had an oil change appointment. My car was taken back on time and it was completed before a half hour was up. Very good service. While I waited I stopped to see my favorite salesman, Dave Asner. Will never buy or lease a vehicle from anyone else.
Usually the service is excellent,but this time they had my car 3 days before anyone had checked it out,it cost $1,300 to repair/plus another $280. For a rental car because they was out of loaners an now my engine light keeps coming on.on my way back up there today light back on this is really SAD 😕😕

I dropped my car off Wednesday and was told I would be called Friday. It is now 6:02pm and never heard a word. Now I will have to wait until Monday simply for a diagnosis.
This is specifically toward the body shop and the manager Joe Queen. He stated exactly what was going to be done and the time frame.that it would take all of which were met perfectly. I would take my vehicle there again the work was stellar and you cannot tell where the damage was or that it was repainted.

I drove up to the dealership after hours (around 1:30 am) to preview a used 2011 Equinox LT that was listed on their website. After looking around a bit, I never did find the one I was looking for, but I did spot a used tan Equinox (for $9480) that was in the lot. When I got out and looked at the vehicle, I was floored to find that both front tires were 80 percent BALD. Seriously, who would put a FWD vehicle on the used car lot with two bald tires? Is that some of negotiation tactic? At that point, it told me everything I need to know about this dealership. I got back in my car and left. No thank you.

I have been to this dealership for service a number of times. I must say, this time was the BEST. It seemed there were different people, and the service advisor was Tom Koresky. He bent over backwards to assist me, as did another gentleman (whose name I didnt get). They were awesome. I went in just for air in my tires and to make an appointment for an oil change, and they took me immediately and I was out within 40 minutes.A+ for my service experience that day!

I was able to get the vehicle that I wanted, but the choices were limited. The staff at Hamilton was excellent.
In February I brought my car in because my brakes were squeaking. I was told they were in good condition. The squeak was do to the the weather. I was sent on my way. 3 months later come in for the oil change. I was told my brakes were rusty and needed to be changed. So in February they FAILED to do their job! What if my brakes failed while I was driving? Where is the Quality control. Hamilton Chevrolet has been the only place my car has been work on. Now I can’t even trust them with my car. When I came back and asked to speak to someone. I was told by the Service person brakes rust! He was told about what happened. And yet no one still spoke to me. Some customers service! FAILED
Dave was great! He helped get me the perfect vehicle for me and a great deal. Would recommend him to anyone needing to get a new vehicle. The rest of the staff was just as nice and helpful. Thank you!

Great job and quick. Forgot to fill my washer fluid as my “fill windshield wiper fluid “ warning was on when service was completed. Dealer offered to fix but it was Memorial Day weekend. Not been able to get it back in.

They called me for an appraisal, I left work, and they lied to my face. I took my 2020 Equinox in because the service engine light came on.(the car only had 2,260 miles on it) I made an appointment for 11:15 a.m. and when I got there the man told me they were running a couple hours behind.I said I have an appointment,he said it did not matter,so I took the shuttle home,when they called to tell it it was done and that they reset the ecm,that I cold come and get it.I said I need more information,like what does that mean,what is it,why did it happen,will it happen again.I was just told it needed to be reset,they did not know why or if it would happen again.I feel like they just dismissed my concerns.When I went to pick it up,I did not talk to the person who did the work, it feels like they are just used to fixing things which are under warranty,maybe because people lease cars and turn them in at the end of the lease.I bought this car and intend on keeping it for a long time,I had a 1999 Saturn before this,that car was 21 years old.Before that I had a 1987 Chevy Cavalier which I had for 12 years.I bought this 2020 Equinox intending for it to be a good car that I would drive for many years.For the service engine light to come on so soon and me not getting a reason why I an VERY disappointed with the response I got.

The service person that helped me was very efficient and very nice and easy to talk to. I wish I remember the name of the girl who checked me out at the cashier office because she was beyond fantastic and helpful. I had a hard time with my jGM rewards and she helped me the entire time and never got upset with me. I really really wish I knew her name because she was fantastic.

I was able to set my appointment up online at for 11a.m. The tech said that he was going to reach out to me next when I walked in the door. I can only assume it was a busy day. In a word he under-promise but over-delivered 😁.I didnt think they would get to it until later on that day thats what he had said which mean I wouldnt have it right now. I am very happy and satisfied with the service.
Horrible communication. I had a noon phone call appointment about a Camaro I wanted to purchase. Nobody actually called, so I called them. I then set up an appointment to come to the dealership to purchase the vehicle after I get out of work. 1 hour drive to the dealership, only to find out they sold the vehicle before I even made the appointment. A phone call would have been nice. Wasted 2 hours and 4 gallons of gas and turned down OT at work. Perfect!Thanks Andrew for your reply. While I waited in the lobby for my 5:30pm appointment, and asked for you by name, you never came out to greet me or explain the error. Instead, another employee explained how “we sent a email”, that I never received. (36 hours later.). The lack of good communication was compounded the next day when Mika, a customer service rep, called and asked how my appointment went. How did she not know how bad this went?

Had an appointment for 7:30 a.m. Dropped off the car. Didnt hear back until about 5:15 p.m. Cant give a review on quality yet since I had only picked up my car yesterday evening. From previous experiences, quality is a 4 out of 5.
Sales and finance people were fantastic, however it is disappointing that the dealership doesnt offer more than 1 free oil change. Especially when you purchase a very expensive vehicle. Many other dealerships offer that perk.
Was able to get my vehicle in the following day after calling for warranty repair. Service rep Kevin was great in getting my truck in quickly and, back to me after repair quickly, as well, later the same day as drop off. I was unable to get a loaner but, I was just very happy to get the vehicle in so fast
Everyone was extremely friendly. It was pretty bad outside so I called to inform them that the roads were a little slick and I was still coming so dont give my spot away. I was reassured that I was fine and even told to take my time and get their safely, that was something I really appreciated. Thank you!
Everything was ready before I got there. The signing of the paperwork was easy (although if we could do it through docusign, itd be even easier) and everyone was super friendly. The safety protocols were in place and followed so I felt very comfortable.

Liked ease of scheduling appointment. Did not have to wait days to bring car in. Upon arrival at dealership I explained issue with car and my concerns were taken seriously and acknowledged. Communication regarding status of my vehicle repairs was good but could have been better. Estimate provided within hours of car drop off. Parts had to be ordered so car had to stay overnight, would like to have received call next day regarding how long repairs would take. Got call around 5:30 that car was ready but could not pick up until next day because I did not have transportation to dealership. Overall good experience.
Jeanine Bellman is the best sales person by far!What makes a dealership great is its sales and service personnel. I could go to any Chevy dealership and get the vehicle I want. But I come to Hamilton because Jennine Bellman goes all out to make sure I have great service and makes sure I get exactly what I want in a vehicle. She is friendly, professional, and accomodating.I would also like to say that I was very pleased to see the dealership was great at following safety protocals and protecting their employees and customers. This is not always the case in many businesses. I attribute that Hamilton carries the safety protocols from GM and 5-star ratings of their products into their business operations. Great job Hamilton!
Today may24th2021 I went to hamilton dealership for my ac recharged. Before they take my car they asked me if there any leaks on ac line I told I did have but it’s repaired already so they know there’s no leak to be fund but 2hr later service man came told me there’s a ac line disconnected witches is done by there mechanic so they can charge me extra $250 service charge. After service man explained me that issue I asked him to see my vehicle so he toke me to the shop and showed me where disconnected. Before I turned my vehicle in I made a video of under the hood there’s no disconnected line where’s he shows meI will recommend not to go to that dealership for service please be careful with your money it’s your hard working income

Alex was great and went above and beyond what he needed to do. We did work with him for over a month to find the right truck for the right price. The day of delivery told us he saved us another 750 for a rebate that just came out as well. He couldnt get the parts we wanted to get for our new truck but was able to refer us to the right place. could not have asked for anymore more he did it all!
My 2019 Chevy Cruze was part of a safety recall regarding missing bolts from a start-stop accumulator. I had a scheduled inspection appointment and was serviced reasonably soon, even though the service department had a rush of post-holiday customers. The service staff were very courteous and effective in processing the customers. My car passed the inspection without needing attention and was released within an hour. I am very pleased with the quality of service I received on this and previous occasions.

I had an oil change and lube with tire rotation, two days later 3 of my 4 wheel center caps were gone and the forth cap had 4 of 8 cap nuts were loose flopping around I called the dealership and left detailed messages no return call yet will try again today

GM delayed my part to fix my car. I was told if I picked up my vehicle before it was cleaned GM would not warranty it. I have the voice mail. I am greatly disappointed with the service and the personnel. You have lost a customer.

I would rather you donate your time, energy and money into those matters than an able body person having to wait and having the choice to leave a dealership. I ordered my new truck and it will be here soon, im good. Please put your energy into helping someone who really needs it. You have a lot of people working there even on this past saturday, if I found no great customer service out of all of those people that were working then its not worth the trouble.
